La atención muy buena , la habitación q me tocó la 14 con baño privado, TV y aire frío calor q funcionaba todo, cama matrimonial, mesa para apoyar cosas, colchón y almohada en buen estado. Agua caliente en todo momento. Hay heladera, pava eléctrica y microondas para calentar la comida q uno puede comprar en el súper u otro lado, comprarse cubiertos q venden en el súper que son practicos!!! Tiene ascensor para personas q no puedan subir x escalera. Está en buena zona ya que está ubicado a 3 cdas de la Catedral, calle angosta llena de comercios. Se respeta el silencio. El check out es a las 11 hs. donde cordialmente pude dejar las valijas en otra recepción (pensión) en la calle Duquesa 10 q hay servicio de recepcion desde las 9 hs. hasta las 23 hs, donde también dejé las valijas antes del ingreso a era a las 14 hs. Volvería a elegir, a la Pensión Zacatin!!! cuando vuelva a venir a Granada!!! Gracias x todo.!!! Estuve conforme con todo, acorde a precio calidad ubicación.

El grifo hay que revisarlo porque no esta bien fijo al lavabo y se puede soltar en cualquier momento. Edificio común poco limpio. Zona común con alimentos de cortesía siempre vacío o no queda café o infusiones.

• Olga (7/5): Im großen und ganzen zufrieden, danke fürs entgegenkommen. - Dadurch dass mein Zimmer verraucht war habe ich ein upgrade für ein größeres Zimmer bekommen. Das war nett. Hotel liegt direkt an der Kathedrale. Die Fenster gingen auf die Plaza raus und es war sehr laut bis spät in der Nacht. Fön war am Griff beschädigt und die Duschstange war nicht fest montiert. Auf der Decke im Bad sieht man Schimmelspuren.

Wszystkie główne atrakcje w zasięgu pieszego spaceru. Właściwie wychodzi się z mieszkania, albo otwiera się okno i już się zwiedza.

• Carlos (4/5): - Ubicación El retrete estaba sucio, la máquina de bebidas no funcionaba, habían pelos y cabellos en la cama.

• Ilaria (4/5): Mucho ruido - Cama cómoda. Posición céntrica. Si la intención es descansar y dormir tranquilo no lo recomiendo. Está en el casco histórico y hay muchísimo ruido y bullicio hasta la madrugada en la calle y en las habitaciones (no pudimos dormir). Instalaciones viejas, la ventana (de madera) no cerraba bien. Una toalla para todo, un sobre de shampoo y uno de gel de ducha por persona, no había jabón de manos. Puede servir para emergencia (que es la que tuvimos), no para quedarte más de un día.

The room was quite small with no window outside (one window to the common space), there was a lot of noise as we were just in the corridor after the entrance. Sheets were a bit dirty, some things broken (the mirror shelf), tube from the air conditioning to the sink, the lavabo was clogged, one soap bag was already open and used! One bulb missing. The common bathroom was not super clean and everything would need some reconstruction. We would expect a bit more for the price 75€/night.

Molto apprezzata anche l’accoglienza dello staff, sempre cordiale e disponibile. Letto molto comodo. Per un viaggio di lavoro, e più in generale, consiglierei di aggiungere una postazione adeguata, come una scrivania con sedia, perché altrimenti si è costretti a lavorare dal letto. Migliorerei anche l’illuminazione sia della stanza che del bagno, oltre alla pulizia: il bagno, in particolare, non risultava perfettamente pulito. Infine, suggerirei di intervenire sull’insonorizzazione, perché si sentono chiaramente i rumori provenienti dalle stanze vicine.

Tienen gratis sobres de cafe y de té y algunos pastelitos que la verdad se agradece No hay nada que no me haya gustado, pero sí mejoraría algunas cosas. Por ejemplo, el personal no siempre está disponible: suelen llegar sobre las 9 o 10 de la mañana (a veces incluso más tarde), así que si tienes alguna duda o necesitas recomendaciones, tienes que salir a preguntar fuera. También tienen nevera y microondas, pero no hay forma de cocinar, así que si quieres comer algo allí tiene que ser precocinado o tienes que salir fuera.

La puerta se atascaba, la puerta del baño estaba con cinta adhesiva, la lámpara descolgada, las ventanas no estaban insonorizadas y entraba frío y mucho ruido, tenía un aparato de aire acondicionado pero sin mando. Las zonas comunes con un microondas todo negro por dentro no apto para su uso, pero igualmente lo tenían allí. En fin muy defraudada, para no volver
