- Constantino (8/5): - Location, close to train station and convenient to restaurants. They serve a pretty good breakfast. The staff was accommodating. Facility needs updating. Room setup with shower within the bedroom is odd.
- Linda (7/5): Cute boutique hotel. Would have been perfect if no odor and better lighting - Nice neighborhood location, nicely appointed. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Distinct odor in the room. Poor lighting.

- Matthew (10/5): Highly recommended - Fantastic hotel! We loved it. Nothing. It was excellent
- moncoer (10/5): Central Haarlem gem - Wonderful stay as part of a bike tour. Private safe bike parking. Great ambience. Unlimited coffee or cappuccino in lobby. Generous and amazing full breakfast. Quiet remodelled room with bath robes and slippers. Well situated hotel would return

- RKClassic (8/5): Quirky and very friendly - My wife picked this hotel as it had good reviews and looked a bit quirky. Quirky it certainly is. Extremely friendly staff unfortunately the dinner let it down a bit. Would i stay again, absolutely.
- Bertelink (8/5): -
- Estelle (10/5): Héérlijk - Super behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel, we voelden ons meteen heel erg welkom! Niks om op te merken.
- Svenja (9/5): -
- Shaun (7/5): Comfortable - Very nice building, well doctorated and unique. Room service between 12 and 20 was restrictive. Premium for breakfast in bed would have been expected for an almost 300 per night tarrif, even at a premium cost.
- Simone (7/5): -
- Jan (10/5): Heerlijk genoten - Ligging en uitstraling Hygiëne badkamer kon beter
- Allison (9/5): Beautiful and unique spot in Haarlem - The hotel is very beautiful and unique. The front desk was so welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed having breakfast and a place to get a drink downstairs as well. We could have used more wash cloths during our stay (but we also never requested more) since we were only given one. Also having shampoo and conditioner would have been good.
- Ellis (9/5): - Heel erg mooi hotel in een prachtig pand. Onze kamer was zeer smaakvol en compleet ingericht. Erg fijn bed.
- Liene (9/5): -
- Timothy (7/5): Beautiful rooms in an Interesting Property - The location was quiet and a gentle walk from the centre of town. Restaurant availability seemed limited for hotel guests (maybe due to the holiday period) Housekeeping/Cleaning was a little lax.
- Julian (10/5): - Super!!
- Annelies (8/5): -
- Jelle (10/5): - Grote kamer Tv klein
- jacobus (9/5): - comfor van kamer geen lift
- Mihir (9/5): excellent - The breakfast was exceptionally good and with variety and uniqueness , not usually found in most european hotels. excellent smoothies ( avacado -mango) and eggs to order were the highlights of the breakfast .
- Janet (10/5): -
- Lise (9/5): -
- Rosalia (8/5): Always nice to be back. Is our 5th time ❤️ - The location and the coffee machine :) also the breakfast. The panekoken is best ❤️ Somehow our room at 101 the heater is not working properly and we are freezing while we are in bathroom :)
- Emily (9/5): Delightful stay in a welcoming environment. Happily recommend! - Interior spaces thoughtfully appointed. Friendly and accommodating personnel. Delicious and varied breakfast. And wonderful and convenient location. It would be nice if adaptors for phones were available for loan to guests.
Note: There is a leak or broken caulk seal in the shower of room 204 that is getting the carpet of the room wet. The bath mat does get wet from showering so the leak must be hidden somewhere.
- Folkwin (9/5): -
- Pieter (8/5): -
- Jan (9/5): We hebben het goed gehad. - Kamer. Gratis koffie en thee. Personeel. Traplopen.
Zeer vriendelijk medewerkers
Sfeervolle kamer
Heerlijk ontbijt
- Sjoerd (9/5): -
- koenb248 (10/5): Great evening and stay - Great food, hotel and staff! Had a lovely evening with freinds - highly recommend this place.
Location is very central and beautiful
- Goldman (9/5): Genoten!

- Heleen (8/5): -
- van Sluijs (10/5): -
- Ingeborg (8/5): -
- Ronald & Eveline (9/5): - Prachtig ingericht hotel.
Alles tot in detail bij elkaar gezocht 🤩
- Margrit (10/5): -
- Long Ting (8/5): - It’s clean, nice room, quiet too floor. The aircon in the room constantly has water running noise and pretty loud.
- Werner (10/5): -
- Andrea (9/5): Spannend spooky warmherzig etwas teuer.
- Aalbers (8/5): -
- Marleen (8/5): -
- Stephan (10/5): -
- Coen (9/5): -
- Peter (5/5): -
- Michael (10/5): Quaint and cute - Cute hotel, close to train station and to the restaurants and shopping area.

- kariw613 (10/5): Amazing Stay! - We visited 5 Countries on our trip and this by far was the best hotel that we stayed in during our time. It is such a beautiful boutique hotel with the kindest staff. Endless coffee and tea 24 hours a day and our room was spectacular! The food in the hotel was wonderful as well.
- Uwe (7/5): -
- Nicole (10/5): - Pure perfection...the staff, location, decor, food and beverage offerings and overall "vibe." I can't wait to return!
- Carl (10/5): - It's the 2nd time my family have stayed here. We will always come back, which says it all.
- Marc-Antoine (8/5): -
- Christian (9/5): -
- Jacobus (7/5): -
- Anne (9/5): We loved it and would definitely book again - Loved the atmosphere of the historical building combined with a cool and colourful style. Super friendly personnel. Breakfast was excellent, same goes for the drinks. Only a couple of minutes from Haarlem station with Zandvoort and Amsterdam Centraal easy to reach by train in no time. We had no problems with the steep stairs (saves you a visit in the gym) but where required, guests might want to book a room on the ground floor
- 812cathleenm (8/5): Lovely place to stay in Haarlem - This was a beautiful B & B a short walk from train station. 12 minute easy walk to city center or bus stops nearby.
The room was very comfortable and had an electric kettle with coffee & tea available in room. Beautiful, open shower and 2 bright windows with room darkening shades.
The breakfast was delicious with a variety of hot and cold dishes, breads, pastries and a fancy coffee machine with lots of options.
I was there for two nights and ate in the restaurant both nights. The pasta and salad the first night were delicious, the steak the second night was overcooked, but flavorful.
Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend especially if you are looking for a room that isn't a standard hotel room. It was a fun and convenient place to stay.
Haarlem canal tours was a fantastic way to see the town. Guide was local, knowledgeable and provided lots of history and fun information.

- Irene (10/5): -
- Keith (10/5): - train and buses were really convenient from airport and to Amsterdam. Interesting place to stay and Haarlem is a great place to stay.
- haleys354 (10/5): Wonderful stay in a superb boutique hotel with homely Vibes - Amazing hotel 2 mins walk to the town centre. Homely feel in a cool cosy boutique style hotel. The lounge and dining area was so homely we went in our slippers and sat reading books chatting to the lovely staff. Special mention to Joey and the chefs who took amazing care of us and cooked to order an amazing meal for the whole family who each requested different things! The front of house ladies were awesome and made us feel at home. A lovely stay and we will definitely be back! The rooms were very unique - each a different theme. We had the red presidential suite - it’s quite a dark cosy room and has 3 connecting areas master bedroom area with tv - up 2 steps into a bathroom with a very cool bath tub and a separate toilet and rain shower. Then into the living room area with another tv and smeg fridge - they converted the sofa bed for our kids to sleep. And then when leaving our room you can go through a door nearby to a lovely garden where they have chickens that lay the eggs for breakfast! Such a lovely wonderful cool place to stay - originally a school house so the brick work is fabulous! On a leafy suburban street just 2 tucked away and 2 mins to train station to take you to the beach or into Amsterdam. Super quick trains! And Haarlem itself is a gorgeous city. Boat rides cute bistros and lovely boutiques!
- Vytautė (10/5): Exceptional - The property is very nice, the room was specious and very nice equipped. Coffee was free and you can grab it to go, it was very nice small detail. All property is very nice and the design is beautiful.
- Eflin (9/5): Superb -
- Luke (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jonathan (10/5): Exceptional - Beautifully decorated, friendly staff, perfect location near the square and the train station.
- Iréne (8/5): Very good -
- Jayne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marcel (9/5): Nice location near both the centre and trains. - Nicely decorated throughout, nice touches every where you look.
Location was great for arriving by train, 5 min walk.
Staff, especially the chef Joey were outstanding. Not over keen on a shower that can be seen from the bed….. even after 30 years of marriage!!
- Pascal (10/5): great - Great atmosphere, old building A bit out of center, but close to the railway station. Unfortunately, there is no solution for parking except to find a free place on a street 15 minutes walk
- Pamela (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect
- Nikolay (9/5): Superb - Prime location in Haarlem, great clean rooms, and superb interior design. Recommended The stairs are steep and narrow, although that is quite typical for historical Dutch buildings.
- ISZ1024 (8/5): Bohemian luxury, highly recommended (but please sort out those open-plan bathrooms!) - The hotel is beautiful, feels bohemian and is an overall great place to stay, in a very convenient location close to train station, with just 2 minuses in my book.
Hotel is lovely, rooms are spacious and comfy, beds are super comfortable (such an important plus point for me), touches such as capsule coffee machine and fridges with free mineral water are really nice. Likewise top marks for cleanliness.
Downstairs lounge has to be the hotel's biggest selling point. Felt like living room at home, great setup and lighting and seating and overall vibe. Free unlimited tea, coffee, water and nibbles. And a bar for that something stronger 😉
Staff are brilliant, really helpful and friendly, we needed something unexpected and they were super efficient in helping us. And the breakfast chef is amazing, chapeau.
Just two minuses: no lift, not so much an issue for us but I'm not sure it was listed at booking given that some people might have mobility issues, but also have bulky suitcases to carry up stairs.
And my pet peeve, why oh why do hotel designers insist on open-plan bathrooms? Super awkward for families travelling with teens, shower and bathroom all in full sight in the middle of the room. Especially when it's a family room. (Though even here I have to say staff was super helpful in providing a makeshift solution.) i know it's not the staff's fault, but the designers', who have obviously never stayed in a hotel in their life.
- Matthew (10/5): - Lovely staff. Yummy breakfast. Near train station on quiet residential street. Charming, bold interior. Comfy bed. Perfect for a stay in Haarlem or as an alternative to Amsterdam for lodgings in the Randstad.
- Rupert (8/5): Very good -
