- cheryl (2/5): Absolutely awlful - Nothing about this hotel was good From the reception where the staff are behind perspective windows and you had to push a button to speak to them, to the untidy unattractive outside area, to the bedding which didn’t feel or smell clean, the towels were thin and only small enough for a child to use, to no bath plug, that left a big hole to watch for when having a shower, to the front door having a broken chain to double secure your room, to feeling very unsafe due to people arguing, to hearing everyone walking upstairs and past your room, to the main reason we booked out after one night, the hotel advertises fast wifi, it absolutely was not, the staff tried to rebook but the speed never got past 3, which means we couldn’t google things to see and do or book anything in advance. We have stayed in a lot of places during our travel and this is absolutely the worst ever, and we are very tolerant people plus they won’t refund the night we booked out early, booking.com were wonderful but could not work out a good outcome for us through the hotel, we are now in a quality inn property and it is 150% better and cheaper

- barry (6/5): - I like staying here in normal conditions but i keep booking a king on line and pay for it and they keep giving me the same room with queen that the air contion cant keep up in the hot weather and the room dosnt get under 80 and the tub faucet dosnt work right cant get anything but hot water
- Kelly (4/5): Unsafe - I was traveling through town. Online pics don't show area or how unsafe it seems. Clerk had to be behind closed windows with just a slit to pass id through and there was no lobby. No breakfast or coffee pots anywhere. Towels were thin, white with stains. Was worried about the cleanliness of bed and sofa. Being a solo woman, I went in, locked the door and didn't come out til I left in the morning. Would have found another hotel if I had not prepaid for room. No wonder they make you pay ahead of time. Will not stay there again.

- Sylviac (10/5): Older, but kept up nicely! - We srayed overnight both coming and returning from our vacation to Florida. The lady that ran the front desk was so friendly and remembered me when i came back through. She even gave me the same room when I asked for it. The hotel is older, but you can tell they try to keep it nice bd clean. The only complaint was the group of people that were in the courtyard area talking and laughing so loudly that it kept me awake for several hours. They also left. Lot of trsh laying around that the staff were clening up as I left. But tht is relly not their fault. Some people just dont have consideration for others in the hotel. It was close to several fst food places to eat, and despite being in a less than reputable part of town, it was comfortable and secluded from it.

It’s not fun checking into a hotel by passing slips of paper through a hole in 100 degree heat. It’s dehumanizing to the guests.

The beds were comfortable and the place was quiet and felt safe. The rep at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. We are staying again on our way back through.

Bathroom/shower were clean and water pressure was good. Quiet location, seemed to be mostly workers/contractors staying. The lady who checked us in was super friendly and checkin was smooth and easy. No complaints, clean and comfy and great value for the price.

The staff was super friendly and very helpful, tended to anything we needed and made sure to check in on us when I told the front office i may need a wake up call, Lisa made sure to come knock on our room door as a wake up call (no in-room phones). 1 small issue was the toilet in the room was off kilter so when you sat down it would throw you to the left a lil bit. Lol. Told staff of this and they sent someone straight to the room to fix it immediately! I would love yo give this place 5 stars all the way around, but it is a bit outdated, the matresses arent all that comfortable, and the broken toilet issue are my reasonings for 4 stars.
- Keith (6/5): Poop in tbe bathtub room 223 - From now on, ill check the tub/shower right after checking in. I didn't do that, and when i got up and took my shower in the morning, i discovered that poop had backed up into the shower, and dried. I delayed my shower, so I could turn on the shower, and let it rinse for a while, then, I took the washcloth, (which i obviously didnt use) and used my shod foot to clean the rest. I didn't bother to tell anyone, because I cleaned up the proof, and didnt take a picture. On the bright side, the person who checked me in, probably the owner or manager, was very nice.

- Lester (8/5): - Its an older, but well maintained, two story property with exterior room doors. My room was on the second floor and had a king bed, It was comfortable and I slept well, The bed only had a bedspread, no blanket, There was also a desk and chair as well as a mini fridge and microwave. There were plenty of electrical outlets. The sink is located outside the bathroom which is fairly small. The shower head is mounted low, around five feet off the ground, which made showering difficult. Also the water pressure was low and the temperature fluctuated a lot. There were many food options nearby.

- Jeff (6/5): Welcome back to the 90's - When we got to our room, the Air was turned off. The room was Musty, and took over 2 hours for the air to get the room comfortable. The fridge was turned all the way down, so no way to keep anything cold as the fridge did not get to temp for many hours.

I will admit I am a bargain shopper and price wise this Hotel was cheap, but was more than just out dated like most reviews said, and yes the towels were bad as other reviews said. There is a difference between being out dated and neglected. I wish I could upload pics because some of the things you need to see. The beds are like something you would expect from summer church camp when you were a kid. The mattress was sagging in the middle and ancient. The grass at the property looked like it hadn’t been mowed in a while probably over my knees. The check in was a little different you ring a doorbell then walk around to the side of the building and check in through a window while standing outside, the lobby is locked up.The air conditioning was cold and worked good . Not sure how they got the favorable reviews but that wasn’t my experience, maybe I just got a bad room.

Just grabbed the air freshner out of the car to eliminate the old smell, showered and went to bed. The bed was super comfy also. Slept great. And the staff was super friendy as well.
