• Robert (10/5): A truly unforgettable experience, I give it a big thumbs up! - The location is perfect, right next to Piazza Archimede and a 5-minute walk to Piazza del Duomo di Siracusa. The room was beautifully decorated, neat, and clean. The owner was incredibly warm and hospitable. There were no other guests the night my wife and I stayed, and since it was the off-season, owner had originally arranged for guests to have breakfast at a nearby restaurant. However, upon hearing that we had come from afar, the host personally prepared a sumptuous breakfast for us the next day, just like a formal hotel breakfast, with ham, eggs, various breads, cakes, cereal, milk, cappuccino, fruits, and more. It was so touching! no

Właściciel, Nino to złoty człowiek – bardzo miły i pomocny. Dzięki niemu pobyt był jeszcze przyjemniejszy. Śniadania też na plus – smaczne i spokojnie wystarczające na dobry start dnia. nic

• Jürgen (10/5): - Wir hatten 3 fantastische Tage in Syrakus/Ortigia und können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, sie liegt perfekt in der Mitte von Ortigia, mit kleinem Balkon, trotzdem ruhig. Sehr bequeme Matratzen und Kopfkissen, alles sehr sauber. Gutes Frühstück, viel Auswahl ( Käse, Wurst, Eier, Croissants, Toast, Kuchen, Joghurt, Obst etc.) Das Auto haben wir gleich im Talete Parkhaus für 15€ am Tag geparkt, von dort bis zur Unterkunft sind wir mit unseren Koffern ca.10 Minuten gelaufen, war kein Problem. Ein weiterer Haken für Handtücher im Bad wäre schön.

• Anastasios (10/5): We a had restful stay! It’s an excellent choice ! - Me and my family stayed in Ortigia for one night. The B&B was the perfect choice, it’s near the Centre of the town and the parking but at the same time it was a quiet neighborhood. Our host Nino was really kind and helpful about the B&B and the town. The rooms were really clean and comfy, with big size bed and shower. The breakfast was homemade, we had enough delicious choices and the coffee Nino made was the best. I totally recommend!!! Everything was good

• Mihai (7/5): - Micul dejun a fost servit la o locatie din apropiere. Fara multe optiuni. Un croasant, o cafea si un suc. Fiind destul de frig afara si cu reprize de ploaie nu a fost foarte placut. Locatia este foarte buna, fix langa fantana zeitei Diana. A fost extrem de frig. AC ul functiona doar daca erai in camera si atunci pornea dupa cca 10 min. A trebuit sa solicitam gel de dus si sampon, pentru ca nu am avut decat pentru o zi. In camera de deasupra noastra pe la ora 24.00 cineva se plimba in pantofi, in rest camerele sunt bine isonorizate.
• Walter (7/5): Ein guter Aufenhalt im Zentrum der Altstadt - 👍 Saubere Wohnung, sehr zentral und modern eingerichtet; ohne Küchenabzug mit Mikrowellengerät und 2 Kochplatten ausgerüstet. Auch das Bett war in Ordnung; speziell in meinem Fall bin ich auf eine etwas härtere Matratze angewiesen (nicht durchgelegen). 👎 Nach der Dusche gab etwas Wasser am Boden. Das Frühstück - 2 Getränke und 1 süsses oder salziges Gebäck - wurde im Februar / in der Nebensaison in eine Bar mit Gutschein verlegt. Insgesamt ein eher dürftiges „Breakfast“!

• Chiara (10/5): Tutto perfetto - Host gentile, disponibile e premuroso. Al check-in ci ha accolti di persona mostrandoci la camera e i vari servizi. La camera molto pulita e accogliente. Il letto comodo, televisore ben funzionante. Bagno pulito, set per igiene personale e asciugamani. Wi-Fi gratuito. In stanza vi sono dei punti adatti dove poter sistemare i bagagli e un armadio capiente dove poter appendere gli abiti. Punto a favore va per la colazione, salata e dolce, e le bevande preparate direttamente dall’host. In più, ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out senza chiedere nulla in cambio. Posizione centrale, raggiungibile a piedi dai vari punti turistici e a 10 minuti a piedi dal parcheggio Talete.

• maria (9/5): This B&B was an extraordinary box of surprises! EXCELLENT!!! - We are traveling for 1 month and until now is the best bed and breakfast we had been stay. It is a surprise when you open the door of the B&B, very clean, minimalist, white, the breakfast is so good, Nino and his wife are very polite, passionate about their work and they feel you very well. Very good breakfast. Location is really good, just a few steps from Piazza Arquemide, really safe place. The milk cake is amazing!!!! The AC is perfect. They offer you different types of milk for your coffee. The entrance of the building (inside) have to be renovated. The pillows should be softer or have some soft ones available for the guest.

Hosts were fun people but I would have appreciated more communication regarding special arrival and parking instructions, particularly the reason for the complicated procedures. The entry hallway was a bit scary and not representative of the quality of the accommodations.

• Rustem (8/5): Якщо ви сам спите і не дуже переживаєте за спеку то місце окей. - Прекрасне розташування в сердці Ортіджіі. Власник приміщення дуже любязний чоловік. Тіснувато але для короткого перебування норм. Сніданок простий і аскетичний без особливих очікувань. Найбільша проблема це не дуже добре працюючі кондиціонери і не зручні ліжка, дві ночі там дуже погано висипався через спеку. Спарений варіант ліжок - готуйтесь провалюватись між матрацами.

Nino , der Gastgeber ist super sympathisch und gibt gute Tipps! Empfehlen wir jedenfalls sehr gerne weiter! PS: Parken ist nicht unweit, allerdings soll man sich schon unter Tags einen Parkplatz sichern.

• Vivian (9/5): Sympathische Unterkunft! - Wunderbar gelegen auf der kleinen Insel Ortigia vor Syrakus gelegen. Sehr modern und schön eingerichtet mit hervorragenden Matratzen und kleinem Balkon. Nettes Frühstück und gute Tipps für Restaurants in der Nähe. Alles prima fußläufig zu erreichen. Parken im Parkhaus, da es dort keine anderen Möglichkeiten gibt.

Consiglio vivamente la struttura, ci si sente a casa anche a km di distanza e consiglio tantissimo di assaggiare le torte fatte in casa dalla proprietaria, delle vere prelibatezze 😍

O Nino é um ótimo anfitrião. Explica onde estacionar o carro… chegamos tarde e ele nos recebeu fora do horário combinado sem nenhum problema.
• Sabrina (8/5): Praktikabel, netter Gastgeber und unkompliziert - Sauberes Zimmer; hatte alles, was man brauchte. Das Bad ist riesig, man hat sehr viel Platz. Zimmer ist hellhörig, störte uns aber nicht gross. Schade war ein bisschen, dass wir in einem Zimmer waren, das nicht viel Tageslicht hatte (ein Fenster in eine Art „dunklen“ Innenhof und das andere Fenster im Bad war mit Milchglas).

Nino e la moglie perfetti e ottimi nel consigliare il ristorante dei nostri desideri e anche le spiaggie ideali. Entrambi sono stati una piacevole scoperta e assolutamente consiglio di andare. La struttura mi è’ piaciuta moltissimo sia per la cura e l’ arredamento molto funzionale e impeccabile come la doccia che è’ comodissima 🥰 torta di mele anche buonissima e la colazione. Non da meno la collocazione assolutamente centrale a Ortigia.

Un peut de bruit côté piscine à cause de la route en contre bas. Peut être dû au vent qui soufflait fort. Par contre les chàmbres donnent de l'autre côté. Pas de nuisance.

Ottimo il mini balconcino presente in camera. Host a dir poco eccezionale: flessibile, accomodante e con ottimi consigli su ristoranti/cose da fare in città. Iper consigliato. Prenotato con tariffa scontata, che lo ha reso un rapporto prezzo/qualità eccellente Nulla.

• Jochen (10/5): Schönes B&B mitten in Ortigia - Super schöne Unterkunft mitten in Ortigia. Besitzer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstück gibt es in der Nebensaison im Café Achimede. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Man kann mit dem Auto zum Piazza Archimede fahren, jedoch muss das mit dem Besitzer besprochen werden, da man sich innerhalb der ZTL (autofreien Zone) befindet. Parkhaus ist 700 m entfernt. Alles perfekt - gar nichts!
• MARCELLO (9/5): Consigliatissimo - Posizione centralissima per visitare Ortigia, camera ampia e luminosa, bagno e doccia molto spaziosi, tutto pulitissimo, host (Nino) puntuale ed operativo La colazione, seppur ottima, era prevista a soli 70 metri dal B&B, nel buon bar di Piazza Archimede, e non in struttura, cosa che non avevamo evinto all'atto della prenotazione. Avremmo preferito farla all'interno di questo ottimo B&B
