- Dawn (8/5): Decent room, clean, with convenient location. - Friendly staff Good location for our needs Clean room The room was very large but very bare. Could have used a couple chairs for us to use while in the room. Maybe add a sitting area with all the extra space. Otherwise, it had everything we needed for a quick stay. I would still recommend staying here.
- Costello (8/5): - Very clean, comfy beds. I found the hotel very quiet and clean. However, when I checked in I was given a key and told my room number. I misheard and I accidentally went to room 17 instead of room 19. my key for 19 opened the door to 17. I went and told the desk clerk, who got another key that said 18. It opened the room 19 door as well as my key that was marked 19. This is very concerning that multiple keys open multiple doors. The clerk was very apologetic and nice about it. We also never got hot water in the shower.

- Frank (10/5): Good "Little" Motel - This is a "motel", not a hotel. However, it was one of the most spacious "small" rooms in whch we ever stayed. The bed was a little hard for me but great for my wife. Now the toilet seat was not secured. One of the nuts on the seat was the wrong type and did not secure it. I would have complained if it wasn't for the fact that we only stayed one day.
- Paul (8/5): A really good version of just what you expect - Executive Inn is just what you expect, but still good. The room was, in all respects, adequate, which would have been worth three stars. We only stayed one night, so I haven't got much to say about the service, but the refrigerator cooled my sodas, the air conditioner worked well, the shower was hot and plenty powerful, and the bed was so comfortable I wanted to steal it. That bumped it up to four stars for me.

- Brea (10/5): Exactly as Shown - Honestly the stay was perfectly fine. The staff member who checked us in was very nice and knowledgeable. It was very quick to get our room. Our only complaint is that the bed was rock solid. Otherwise, everything was exactly what we expected and it was perfect for quick overnight stay.

Usually fresh apples and packaged donuts, milk and Hi-C is available too. I like that this hotel is pet friendly (for a fee) and understanding. Nice grounds and a trial. I stay here frequently during business trips and the Hotel Manager is always professional, helpful and nice. The restaurant/bowling alley across the street closed, but they will re-open Aug 8, 2025, so no problem. A little further and across the main road is a really good restaurant called Nicks Country Oven. The food and service is excellent, but they close at 4:00 pm. They should be open later!

We had to go into the front door and walk the length of the hotel to get to our room. Our room key would not work. We had to walk down to the office and have the clerk come down with another key so we could get into our room. Who gives out a key to a door that does not work?

We arrived just a little before official check in time, but the staff was extremely helpful and kind and checked us in really quickly. Our room was overall pretty clean. I was wishing we would have nightstands on both sides of the bed, but there was only one. The comforter was very old school and kinda uncomfortable/itchy so we went without it. The bed was quite firm, but I didn't mind this, my husband wasn't a fan though. The heater in the bathroom was plus. The AC in our room worked really well, we stayed nice and cool all night. Ice machine was out of order and the vending machine was not able to take cash at the time of our stay. Overall the property could use a little bit of a facelift, but it was nice to find something affordable during the holiday weekend.

The refrigerator in the room had the freezer compartment almost totally filled with frost, rendering it useless. The drink machine was out of order for many selections and the ice machine was broken. The couple running (owners?) the place were pleasant, and I suppose doing their best but...we stayed as it was the only place available and reviews didn't look bad.

But the hot tub didn’t work and I still had to pay for it which was $100 more than a normal room almost. I spoke to the owner Roger and he was not helpful at all his phone number is 989-670-7505 if anyone else has an issue! I should have gotten use out of what I paid for!! The vending machine was broken and I was told that has been broken for 69 months the icemaker was broken that I was told has been broken for over a year. The owner is not keeping up with this hotel and I definitely recommend you staying elsewhere.

The front desk clerk was pleasant and attentive. Since we are still in the midst of the pandemic, there was no breakfast or coffee in the morning.
