Guest Reviews
- Rob (8/5): - Found instructions for check out confusing , notification says leave keys in lock box, check out survey says leave in room ? We only had one set of keys at check in in lock box, said was supposed to be 2
- Mary Leigh (8/5): - Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Applewood Condo's. The Condo was at a perfect location for anyone or family, who wants to tour the city of Toronto. The Air Canada Centre was practically next door which was great during the playoffs. I feel the customer communication should have been better, maybe by making that a bit more personable, and touching base with the customer to make sure they are satisfied. We had no face cloths, no dishcloths, and no dish towels in the condo The blinds were in terrible condition, they would not shut properly, and were starting to fall apart. The condo itself was clean and comfortable, and I would definitey return, if the few small issues are addressed.
- Paul (2/5): Applewood Suites Disaster - Stay Away! - 1. This was not a hotel. We booked it on hotels.com. They called it ‘Applewood Suites’ to fool people into believing it was a hotel
2. There were no keys found when we get there, despite the instructions.
3. The place was difficult to find. We were told look near the bike rack.
4. Wifi went off and needed to be fixed.
5. There were no instructions on how to lock the door. We had to wait hours for an email reply for those instructions. On vacation, sitting in the room
6. The door was broken and would not lock.
7. The worst thing was the front door whistled almost constantly. It ruined our time there. We couldn’t sleep. It was common in the building according to other tenants
8. We needed to get all of our stuff and move.
9. The new unit was in a completely separate tower of the same building, We wasted another 2 hours with this mess.
10. In the new room, the TV remote didn’t work. We couldn’t change certain things on the TV (volume, on and off, etc.).
