Debe haber algo RARO pues las transferencias son instantáneas. Pésimo detalle!!

Hay ruido excesivo, bares. Restaurantes. Alarmas de auto sonando literalmente TODA la noche, imposible dormir. No teníamos ni jabón, nos tuvimos q bañar con shampoo. Teníamos una reserva por 7 noches, nos fuimos al día siguiente. Preferimos perder el dinero y reservar en un lugar más cómodo que volvernos locos y echar a perder nuestro viaje. No lo recomiendo para nada. Relación calidad-precio. No hay.

James (9/5): Had a fabulous stay in a gem of a hotel. Would definitely recommend it. - Can’t fault the property and staff. A gem of a boutique hotel Only slight negative is the location is great for being close to the Zocalo but the street its’s in is a bit gritty with graffiti. But important to mention that we always felt safe. Re the breakfast… it’s great but they should have signs at the food for international travellers so that they know what they are being offered.

La relacion costo benefico es excelente par auna noche o dos, muy recomendado. El unico detalle fue que la habitacion que brindaron para esta estancia tenia una puerta compartida y el ruido de la otra habitacion se escuchaba completamente en la mia, esto deben cambiarlo si o si y muy rapido.

Lusjena (10/5): Stylish and Comfortable - A beautiful, modern room. I really liked the lighting design. The breakfast was delicious, the staff were responsive, and the location is great. We stayed for one night and everything was excellent, but for a longer stay it might be an issue for me that the room has no windows facing outside and there’s no way to air it out.

Neena (8/5): Central to the historic centre! - Location was central in the historic centre, and easily walkable area. Near the metro and bus stop too. Breakfast was plentiful, choice of eggs (made to order) and various local mexican dishes (buffet style) available with tea and coffee. The staff were fabulous and always helpful. There is a cafe in the hotel plus a restaurant serving lunch and dinner...food was good. Great stay and enjoyed my time here.
Michele (10/5): - In generale è davvero un'ottimo hotel nel centro della città. Il nostro soggiorno è andato oltre le nostre aspettative. Lo staff è stato di una cortesia e gentilezza ineguagliabile. Forniscono acqua gratis e frutta fresca ad ogni piano, cosa che mi è piaciuta particolarmente. Il servizio di deposito bagagli davvero eccellente, così anche come lo staff del bar e del ristorante. La posizione è davvero centralissima, motivo per cui dopo mezzanotte bisogna fare un po' di attenzione per le strade...ma nulla di grave. Abbiamo usato anche la Jacuzzi ma purtroppo (forse per il poco utilizzo?) emetteva dei residui dai getti.
Seth (8/5): I enjoyed this hotel, I would recommend it except for a couple minor flaws it’s a great hotel. - Right in El Centro, love it. Clean, big room, comfortable bed, modern decor. The breakfast buffet was not very good. There was one woman making omelettes and eggs and it took forever she was doing one person‘s order at a time. Also the wait staff were not very attentive to coffee refills, I went up and got it myself several times. Two mornings the shower took forever to get hot water going which I found odd. The last day the third day it was hot right away.

Disha (1/5): We chose to stay only because we were exhausted from travel, but we felt unwelcome and disrespected - Some of the staff members were helpful despite our experience with Marcus and his female colleague at the front desk, as well as their manager. My stay at Hotel Punto MX was the most unprofessional experience I have encountered in years of travel. While the building is well-located, the management culture and front-desk behavior are unacceptable and, in my opinion, predatory. 1. Attempted Contract Circumvention: Upon arrival, we noticed a significant price drop for a superior room compared to what we had paid for our "Executive" room. The front desk staff, Marcus, suggested that the "solution" to help us was to cancel our non-refundable Booking.com reservation and re-book directly with the hotel. This was deceptive and dangerous financial advice; had we followed it, we would have been charged a 100% cancellation fee by the platform while paying the hotel separately. When I later confronted the manager about this attempt to bypass the booking platform, she explicitly replied, "Yes, we can [do that]," confirming this is a standard, albeit unethical, property policy. 2. Harassment and Mockery from Staff: The staff member, Marcus, was incredibly condescending. When we raised legitimate concerns, he laughed in our faces and mockingly offered a "free cheesecake" as a solution to a serious service complaint. He refused to provide his name initially and actively gatekept the manager, claiming she "might not be willing to talk to us." Even after the manager became involved, we never received so much as a basic apology from Marcus for his initial rudeness and mockery. 3. Empty Management Promises: The manager was cold and dismissive. To end the confrontation in the lobby, she claimed she would "take care of us" during our stay to rectify the situation. This was a total lie. We received absolutely nothing—no follow-up, no service recovery, and no gesture of goodwill. It was a clear tactic to silence us so she could disappear. Conclusion: The leadership at this hotel lacks integrity.
Philippe (9/5): Emplacement géographique idéal - En plein centre historique de Mexico (Zocalo), ce joli hôtel est idéalement situé pour découvrir, à pied, la ville de Mexico. Les chambres étaient très propres et le personnel chargé de l’accueil, sympathique et disponible. Nous avons pris le petit-déjeuner tous les matins de notre séjour et franchement cela valait le coup car très bon, beaucoup de choix et le personnel de salle était très attentionné. Pas de place de parking. Salle de sport fermée. La terrasse sur le toit de l'hôtel mériterait d'être refaite.

The bed has different pillow options which was good. The room did not have a small fridge so I could not buy anything cold, the room was EXTREMELY dry irritating my skin and the air conditioner made it much worse (the AC was also being very loud)

El desayuno bufete completo en todos los aspectos (fruta, jugos, café, leche, huevos al gusto, antojitos mexicanos etc) Un gusto ir ahí. Ya es mi hotel consentido x 3 estancias en menos de 4 meses. valdes_island (8/5): - This is a DON'T LIKE REVIEW. The hot water in our Room 22 shower was unreliable. It was only hot one day, during our 10 day stay. It was cold some days, including our first day, and lukewarm the rest of our stay. The sink water was barely hot, at all. The sink faucet sprayed water when it hit the drain cap. The water volume could not be reduced, to lessen this problem. On several days, a foul sewer smell filled the air in the bathroom. It was extremely unpleasant. It made us nauseous. Only flushing the toilet helped to reduce this problem. This was a health issue. Our telephone never worked. This was a safety issue. I believe a courtesy refund is appropriate in light of these room problems. We were offered to change our room, after we were already settled in, when we first had NO hot water (although friends in another room had too much hot water!!). As some warm water came on the next day, I declined the offer to change rooms as I considered this to be a significant inconvenience, without corresponding compensation. I look forward to your timely and considered response. Please note that we, and other friends, are booked to return next year. Your response to our request for a courtesy refund will determine if we return, or seek alternative accommodation.
