- Jerene (8/5): - I chose this hotel for location, it’s very walkable to the Main Street, so it’s business friendly. However, it was one of the highest priced hotels in the area. I asked the receptionist if there was an event going on to make it higher priced, but I was one of three guests there, parking lot empty. She gave me a room with a view of the wall & utility wires, pipes. I asked for another room & was given the room next to it with the view of an alley. Finally I was given a room facing the street view, much better. Sad because the view of the nearby bluffs is beautiful & available at other hotels in the area. The room was clean but of the quality of budget hotels.

- Isaiah (10/5): - One of the nicest, friendliest places we have ever stayed! Great and convenient location. Room was spacious and very clean. Front desk called our room about 30-45 minutes after we checked in to see how we were doing and to make sure everything was accommodating for our stay. This was the only hotel we stayed at that did this! Pool floor needs some repair, but nothing that prevented or disrupted a great swim for the kids. Breakfast was great and well stocked/maintained. Lounge area was open in the evenings for drinks. Lobby was adorably decorated for the season. Very inviting. Staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and inviting. Plan to specifically seek out Cobblestone for future travels!

- Scott (8/5): Adequate stay. - This hotel appears to be cutting back in some areas. Breakfast is not what it was. No bacon or sausage, less selection of yogurts. They need to visit the local Holiday Inn to see a great breakfast. They also are not opening their bar at night and check-in staff seems young and inexperienced. I have stayed here close to 25 times and this was not the best visit. No bodywash in the shower. Container was empty.

- Leah (4/5): Just yuck - Unfortunately there was more wrong than right with this place and I was so relieved to leave. The lady at check-in was abrupt. There were only two luggage trolleys and we had to run all over the property for 15 minutes to try to find one at check in time. The tv remote was dusty and dirty, the bed ruffle had obvious milk splatter all across it, the clock was dusty, and the whole room smelled damp and musty. The sheets and pillow cases are thread bare and the elastic on the fitted sheets is so old they they won’t stay on and popped off in the night (which wakes you up when your bed unmakes itself in the night). The duvet is worn thin and doesn’t keep you warm. The view was so awful; alley view of the back of a derelict and abandoned building. Had it not been more depressing to close the curtain, we would have done so. The back entry to the parking lot has huge potholes filled with muddy water and chewed up pavement, don’t use it. The breakfast was the worst I’ve had in years, could not have gotten much cheaper as far as quality, healthiness or flavor. The ice machine has been out long enough on the 3rd floor that they’ve attached a sign sending you downstairs. The elevator badly needs a repairman and actually left several guests concerned that they would get stuck in it. I could not wait to get out of here, it was way overpriced, and I will never book a hotel in this chain again.

I traveled with my parents who needed a handicap accessible room and they were given a second floor room but right in front of the elevator which they appreciated. It had a great continental breakfast, spacious bedrooms, & comfy beds. I would stay here again if I ever needed to.
- Mark or Traycie (10/5): Pleasantly surprised!! - This was truly a little gem!! The room was very spacious. The staff were very attentive!! We and the hubs went down for breakfast, walked in and there was nowhere to sit, one of the staff noticed and then went and opened the meeting room so we didn't have to take our breakfast to our room. Breakfast was yummy!! The only drawback was the elevator it almost shut on me while trying to hold the door open. A little plus the next morning was Oregon Trail Trail Day parade right outside the hotel. I would DEFINITELY stay there again!!

The room and bathroom were clean. The pool isn't overly huge, but our youngest enjoyed herself. There is also a bar if that is your thing. The hot breakfast the next morning was great (waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy) and they had plenty of fruit options, breads, yogurts and a couple cereal options as well.

Major stackup of people due to the car show at the events center across from hotel. Young man behind desk ccd of been a bit more professional in dress. Shirttale 1/2 tucked in and hair had not been combed. Not a good look for the desk crew.

Kudos to Tracy who kept the breakfast bar stocked with fresh food and a beautiful smile. She is a gem. Water pressure was pretty low and the water could have been hotter to suit me but it may have just been a busy time for showers. I would definitely stay here again.

- ruben (8/5): Annoying housekeepers - The overall trip was good. Only complaint was housekeeping knocking at our door multiple times before checkout. Also we were running a little behind so we got a knock at 11 and told them we’d be out in a few minutes. Two minutes later another housekeeper, an old lady knocked and threatened to get a manager if we weren’t out in 5 minutes

- Verified traveler (6/5): Worst staff. - The day shift staff both days were rude and condescending. The hotel was pretty empty so maybe they had nothing to do, or maybe it was the children with me that set them off. Either way, the way my daughter and her children were not treated well. When I would inquire about issues i was told there were none. The evening staff were much nicer and agreed the day staff come across very rude. The hotel itself is very nice. Maybe with a change in staff it wouldnt have been so empty. Will never stay there again.
- Tricia (2/5): - Had to leave because of terribly rude staff, they were rude from the minute we checked in. We had moldy food behind our couch and when we asked them to clean it they were rude again. Ice machines were not working, lounge hours were 430 to 1030 and no staff was there. We checked several nights no one was at the desk or working the bar. Breakfast was awful, and we were rushed so they could clean early and closed it down 30 min before 10. We were charged 150$ extra for our dogs because they claimed we damaged a towel and charged us 75$ a day for 2 dogs for 4 days when it was supposed to be 25 per dog per day. So we paid 150$ for a towel. We called to talk to them about our bill and were told we damaged several towels and we didnt. My son had digestive issues and stained a towel. Not my dog. I tried to explain it and she said I would have to talk to a manager and I left my number and they never called me back. Very rude, falsely charged us. No ice, tv remote didnt work and they were rude when I asked for batteries for it. We were planning on staying several more days but we couldnt take the staff and they barely cleaned our room. Disgusting, rude and we left and had to go to another hotel. Never whiped down anything, didnt vacuum, didnt make beds, didnt replace coffee or anything. After what they charged per night plus dog fee to not even get fresh coffee or cups or towels. We went to ask for blankets for pull out bed and were told there were none.

Front desk staff have a very matter-of-fact attitude..nothing friendly in their greeting, except for the new trainee, he was warm and welcoming and seemed interested in conversing during ck in and greeted us every time he saw us. Breakfast sausage was cold...there was a vat with a sign that said "sausage gravy" but nothing in it. When I asked about it, the attendant simply said, "we don't serve gravy" in passing...wow, ok, then don't have that kettle sitting out on the counter is my thought.

- Ryan (2/5): - The room reeked of cigarette smoke. I was moved to three different rooms. All the rooms Stunk of cigarettes. My throat has been irritated all day. My sinuses are congested. I’m a pilot and I was not able to complete my second flight of the day, so I ended up losing money because of this hotel stay. The hotel was not willing to issue me a refund. it was literally the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel in years. I still have not recovered from it.
- Denise (10/5): Clean location with friendly staff - Very clean location with friendly staff. The woman working in the breakfast room during out visit was nice and the breakfast room was immaculate and organized. The Seattle's Best coffee was so delicious that i ordered some to arrive home before i do. I stayed at this location 2 years ago and had the best biscuits and gravy for breakfast and was disappointed that in my 4 day visit, there was no biscuits and gravy offered. Also, I was told there was no alcohol selection at the lounge, which was disappointing. I enjoyed having the pool all to myself, but i wished there was a jacuzzi. My real concern was after spending $750 to stay there for 4 days, i was immediately told no when i asked if i could check out at noon instead of 11. I stayed in 6 hotels over 2 weeks, and this was the only hotel that would not consider allowing an extra hour for check out. Surprisingly as it was a Monday and the hotel was dead. I would still return as its close to my family and an overall great stay.
