Everything was clean. The breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t like that they charge you a fee for property damage and say you get it back in your card within a few days it’s been almost 2 weeks. I have not received anything back. We left everything perfect other than that. No other complaint.

- Brianna (6/5): Good property just lacking basic cleanliness and technical issues. - The property had minor outdated things I think most hotels struggle with, employees were amazing and friendly it was more of just technical things issues arouse. The pools are very cloudy and gross given a busy weekends i could look over that’s issue, my room was a little gross tho. Hairs in the bath tub and sink from previous guest was a but gross and when we opened a drawer and found a wet gross towel was a bit nasty as well. Elevators were sketchy sounding along with the pool and cleanliness of the rooms was the issues. Great staff, great breakfast, good pm hotel for single night stays.

We like the location of the hotel; it's off the main path but close to everything. We love the size of the rooms. We have a son that is autistic and we need room for all his stuff. The room sizes are great for that. I don't like the carts they have to carry in your belongings. They are triangle shaped and you can't put as much on the cart at once and we have to make multiple trips to get everything in. I'm 71 and we were all the way on the 3rd floor and to the back of the building.

Americans seem unable to shut doors without slamming them. Many travellers had dogs with them which you could hear barking, thank heavens for ear plugs. You could see big family groups wasting food at breakfast, plates piled high then not eaten.

The pool was ok, the water made our eyes burn though. The size 0f the room and bathroom were really good for our family of 6. - Kristen (7/5): Great hotel, but pool was inoperable - We like the location of the room and the frie4ndlisness of the staff. Hotel is clean. We were traveling for my daughter's 10th birthday and a big part of why we chose this hotel was for the pool. The pool however was closed for repairs. I wish we would have been notified prior to arriving and given the option to cancel at no charge. I would have booked elsewhere.

- Annette (1/5): Maintenance tried to use metal hook to break in room. - The location is good. The fragrance is horrible as soon as you walk in. The room was dirty and had unfinished dry wall in the bathroom. We were moved rooms and a maintenance man tried to use a metal hook to break in the room at 9 am without ever knocking or calling. The front desk worker made excuses and said they had the right to enter the room anytime they wanted.

- Laura (10/5): - This was our first time staying in a Home2 Suites and we loved it! Everyone was super nice from the registration desk to the breakfast staff to the housekeeping staff. Very accommodating with whatever we asked for. Property is very well kept, common areas also kept neat and tidy. Appreciated the hot fresh coffee 24/7, the fire pit outside and the outdoor pool area. Rooms are very spacious for 3 people plus 2 pets. Also, our room had an awesome view of the iconic Ferris Wheel. Will definitely stay here again on a future trip to the area. Easy drive to Gatlinburg and the Smokey Mountains. Beware, however, October is a very busy month for that area. Lots of car and foot traffic.
