• Andrew (10/5): - Clean accommodations, friendly staff, good breakfast, and close to old town.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Clean, comfortable, quiet, and very conveniently located. My only criticism is that on Hotels.com the room was listed as having kettle, but there was not one in the room. I showed hotel staff a screenshot indicating that there would be a kettle in the room. They dismissed that as an error.
• John (10/5): - This place were really simple and good place. But to be 4 star hotel it could be little more upgraded. The bed was really good, breakfast was really good. All the warm food u need to order, which means it fresh and warm. Could be little more to choose between, but was ok.
• David (8/5): Buen hotel - Buen hotel. Habitacion y baño amplios. Corrrecto desayuno. Parking 10 euros noche.

• Kenton (10/5): Nice hotel in a good location - Very nice small hotel. Within walking distance of many of the sites and the river. Free parking and a nice breakfast buffet. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Comfortable large room. The patio for eating or relaxing was very pleasant. As you drive up to the hotel, it's good location and nice benefits are not apparent, but become clear as you wander around the neighborhood.
• Hanna (6/5): - Undersheet was way too small, it went off all time while sleeping! Room wasn't so clean as 4 stars hotel should be. Two of reception womans was really nice, and two of them was not. Is it crime to smile for customers, or what? Location is great!
• Verified traveler (6/5): Gemütlicher Innenhof, gute Lage - Hotel in sehr guter Lage, schöner Innenhof für ein gemütliches Frühstück bei schönem Wetter (mit leckeren Pfannkuchen!) , großes Zimmer. Leider wurde im Innenhof am Abend eine laute Hochzeit gefeiert, die erst gegen Mitternacht endete.
• Umit (10/5): - Fint centralt hotell, spatiösa rum med utmärk service. Rent och fräscht! När AC inte funkade fick vi direkt ett nytt rum.
• Rita (10/5): Will stay again! - Very clean, very nice interior. Amazing staff!!! Parking in the inner yard. Breakfast is also good (ask for made to order blintzes with vanilla cottage cheese). The only minor complaint - the fridge in the room was very very weak and practically unusable as drinks and food stay warm and spoil quickly.
• Povilas (6/5): A hotel not to come back - Some new experience. Booked a room for three, paid extra and on the checkin it asked for additional payment for an extra bed. What the..? For the hotel managament it seems ok to sleep three in one bed. Air condition system was not working and was extra hot in the room.
• Andrew (10/5): Great location in Klaipèda Old Town - Great location in Klaipèda Old Town; easy walk to most of the notable sights. Parking booked in advance. Room was clean and functional - ours had a sofa, which is always nice! Safe and fridge in the room - all drinks and snacks are chargeable, even the bottles of water. Bathroom was fine, with shower over the bath. Most importantly … it is in a great location!!

• Yannick (8/5): Good place to stay in Klapeida - Very calm hotel, teracce where we took breakfasr is very cosy staff is noce. The only drawbacks is that they « forget » often to not clean rooms and change towels
• Davide (4/5): - The overall facility appears outdated and the staff not well prepared. It is positioned in a very strategic position which makes it appealing, but the hotel per se, does not worth the 4 stars

Not ramp access for prams or disabled limited parking AC did not work the hand wash basing was draining very slowly and hot water was a temperamental hot one minute cold the next of you have an infant with you should be very careful when showering them because of the hot and cold water.

• Martin L (10/5): We shall stay here again - Excellent value; great staff, spacious room, perfect location in the old town, safe parking, etc., although the WiFi is terrible. No complaints considering the difficulty hotels have during the "pandemic" (minimal occupancy and thus less staff than the norm). Breakfast served to your table based on previous evenings choice (we had ordered far to much not knowing the quantity to be served, but they gave us a doggy bag for what we could not eat :-)) What great service. Hotel should really indicate on their website the fixed €5 charge for parking as the existing wording gives the impression it is included in the price when booking and that it needs to be booked in advance given the limited spaces. Overall 9.9 out of 10
• Grzegorz (8/5): Prawie idealnie - Bardzo sympatyczny mały hotel. Jedyny mały minus, to mógł by być większy wybór na śniadanie - na czas koronawirusa trzeba dzień wcześniej wybierać co chce się mieć na śniadanie i tu mógłby być trochę większy wybór - po kilku dniach może się znudzić, ale same potrawy bardzo dobre (oprócz jajecznicy - która bardziej przypominała roztrzepany omlet niż jajecznicę). Łóżka bardzo wygodne, pokoje ciche, czystość na wysokim poziomie. Przy większym obłożeniu może być problem z parkingiem (tylko kilak miejsc na parkingu wewnętrznym hotelu). Wifi bardzo dobre. W 4* hotelu woda mineralna w pokoju powinna być za darmo , a nie mała butelka za 3 Euro.

• Matthias (8/5): Cosy, clean, friendly, good value for money - We stayed for two nights with our baby of two years. Crib was ready upon arrival. The room is spacious, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is nice and the coffee (ask for cappuccino) is excellent. Recommed this place highly.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Could have been great, but only the breakfast was - The good: The breakfast was great and the breakfast staff were amazing. The location was good. The bad: They couldn't find our prepaid reservation through hotels.com. The TV in the room did not work and we asked three times and nobody fixed it. The liquid soap dispenser in the bathroom was never refilled. There weren't enough parking spaces in the hotel so we parked on the street and had to run out before 8 am each day to put money in the meter.
• Stefania (10/5): Ottima colazione dolce - L'hotel offre camere molto spaziose e luminose e si trova in un'ottima posizione nel centro storico. A colazione vengono serviti una grande varietà di prodotti sia dolci sia salati e soprattutto prodotti da forno freschi.
