Zużyte meble i brudne ściany, grzyb/zardzewiałe meble w łazience. Gdyby pokój trochę odnowić wtedy wszystko byłoby super 🙂

So glad we chose to stay in Thisseo, which felt very quiet and local after busy days out and about. The apartment was comfortable and clean and had all the facilities we needed. The staff were helpful and friendly at all times. Breakfast included at the hotel was a great added bonus. Thank you! The bathroom basin tap was loose, leaked at the base, and had no hot water option. Not a big issue for us but it does need repairing.

- gordonmD144XA (4/5): Rock by Be My Guest - Spacious apartment but lacked even the basics - We stayed at the Rock by Be My Guest apartment which turned out to be a basement suite. Spacious 2 bedroom with a kitchen but lacked basic essentials. The Wi-Fi didn't work. One bathroom had a near empty bottle of shampoo, the other had nothing. It was a good thing we had brought some with us. No soap in the kitchen. Cigarette burns in the furniture. There was no running hot water from the showers after testing (hot and cold) for several minutes. Only after we contacted the main reception did the temperature rise. It is relatively close to the Acropolis but in a rundown neighborhood.

- Sara (9/5): - Appartamento molto ampio, con 2 camere da letto separate e 2 bagni. Salone grande, cucina abitabile con tutto il necessario. Molto carino l'arredamento. Posizione ottima, abbiamo visitato a piedi tutte le attrazioni principali della città. La metro più vicina è a una decina di minuti a piedi (ma non l'abbiamo mai utilizzata). Trovate nelle vicinanze ristoranti, bar e supermercati. Buona colazione inclusa nell'hotel principale, a 2 minuti a piedi. Personale gentile e disponibile. Difficoltà di parcheggio se arrivate in macchina.

- Tania (7/5): Great Location, but Check Room Allocated as Main Hotel is Better to Stay In - LOCATION: Great. Definitely recommended. 10-15 mins away from Ancient Agora & 20 mins from Acropolis Hill. Lots of food options around. FOOD: Lots of restaurants around. Bakery across the street is a must-try. Grocery stores on same street. BREAKFAST: Not 5* but great options...very nice healthy options and fresh food. Recommended. CUSTOMER SERVICE: We had an issue with our first room on Day 1. The staff were very helpful and nice & changed our room on request. Staff was nice and friendly. ROOMS: If you are staying in the main hotel, the rooms are lovely. Modern. Spacious. Recommended. BATHROOMS: If you are staying in the main hotel, the bathrooms are new and renovated to a good standard. Modern. Spacious. CLEANLINESS: Not good. Bathroom was left not clean each day, despite getting fresh towels etc. (The floor still had hair etc each day) Bedsheets and towels were well-used and seemed grey-ish rather than white, which was offputting. ROOM ALLOCATION: We had been advised in advance that our room was in an adjacent building, which we were fine with. We did expect the building to have the same level of renovation & style as was shown in 90% of the pictures on booking.com. However, the BUILDING was actually across the street in an alley (again, fine). The building was older and not well kept. Coming from UK, we are used to older buildings & their challenges. But in that case, we are making an informed decision & know what we have booked. In this case, we were expecting what we saw on the site, but did not receive it in this building. Though the apartment pictures matched our booking, it did not match the overall style of the hotel advertised on booking.com (see images) The rooms were fine & spacious for a family of 4: 1 bedroom & 2 beds in the living room. The mattresses & pillows were run down, wardrobes did not open (broken) & the towels & bedding looked very well-used (though clean). The main issue was the bathroom, which was an old, seemingly un-renovated bathroom. It smelled. You had to turn on hot water through a circuit-breaker 30 mins before showering & the 'shower' was actually just a hand-held shower in the middle of the tub, which was very hard to shower in. The shower curtain had mould on it. There was barely any lighting in the bathroom. We had booked this place thinking it was a newly renovated & modern hotel, but the room allocated to us was not & the bathroom was hugely disappointing.

- zana (7/5): The stay was good we had a very good time. - The location is in the best area of Athens downtown or like monumental part of the city. It is 5 minutes by walking in every important parts that is worth visiting. Been in be my guest many times but slept in the hotel room. This time we were in the appartment. Eventhough it is on a quiet area of Thissio, i could hear all the cars, motors and people talking at late night.

- Kseniia (9/5): Great experience! - We stayed at Be My Guest Hotel Athens and had a really pleasant experience overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, always available when needed and happy to answer all the questions. The location is fantastic, close to the city center, so it’s easy to get around, but just outside the busiest tourist spots, which made it feel more relaxed. The price-to-quality ratio is very good. You get a comfortable stay and good service without paying more than necessary. Definitely would recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located and reliable place in Athens. Our room was with the balcony towards the street, so you could hear the garbage trucks in the morning or occasional cars. The street is not busy, though. My mother stayed in another room with windows towards the inner yard, and it was very silent for her, even though she is a light sleeper.

Bed very comfortable. Loved the secured doors both to enter the property and to enter the hallways where the rooms are located. Felt very safe. Also it is a very quiet neighborhood and all guests were quite as well. The shower needs to be updated from a high tub step which can be a little dangerous if not really careful. Everyone should use the grab bar to be safe.

- odelya (8/5): - האמבטיה היתה טובה תמיד היו מים חמים הצוות בקבלה היה אדיב כשהזמנו דירה לא נאמר לנו בזמן הקבלה על כך שהדירה עברה תיקון ויש ריח כימי בדירה וכשנכנסו לדירה הינו צריכים להתקשר לדווח על הריח ורק אז נאמר לנו מהו מקור הריח ואז הוצע לנו חלופה מהדירה הנוכחית או לסוויטה או לדירה אחרת במרחק הליכה נוסף שאם היו ישירים איתנו בכך מהתחלה היה חוסך לנו מעבר מיותר מהדירה למלון (הם לא באותו מקום -הליכה של כמה דקות עם מזוודות)

- Iwona (9/5): Warto się tam zatrzymać - Doskonała lokalizacja, praktycznie w samym centrum, blisko Akropolu i niedaleko do stacji metra. Wynajęliśmy apartament składający się z 2 sypialni, salonu, 2 łazienek i kuchni w innym budynku niż hotel, ale bardzo blisko głównej siedziby. Może przestrzenie nie były nowoczesne, ale pozwalały na komfortowe mieszkanie przez kilka dni i były wyposażone we wszytsko, co potrzebne. Pokoje sprzątane były codziennie, ręczniki też były wymieniane każdego dnia, pościel co drugi dzień. Łóżka były bardzo wygodne. Kontakt z recepcją oceniam jako wzorcowy - bardzo miłe i konkretne wiadomości przed naszym przyjazdem w celu ustalenia godziny naszego przyjazdu i dogodnego sposobu zameldowania, doskonała obsługa na miejscu. Śniadania dobre, ale z przewagą słodkich propozycji. W ostatni dzień nie mogliśmy skorzystać ze śniadania z powodu wczesnego wyjazdu, zgłosiłam to Paniom z recepcji i okazało się, że hotel wyposażył nas w obfite i od serca breakfast boxes w wieczór przed wyjazdem (za to duży plus). Myślę, że tapicerka narożnika wymagałaby wyprania, zabrakło mi też kawy z ekspresu (okazało się w ostatni dzień, że Panie z recepcji mogły zrobić na życzenie), mało warzyw na śniadanie. Jednak w sumie uważam, że to są naprawdę szczegóły w porównaniu z tym, co hotel oferuje

- CharmJD (6/5): Petite apartment basic and not comfortable - We stayed in the Petite apartment, which has two bedrooms, living/dining space and a small kitchen. The location was great, with attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was clean and housekeeping was done daily, which we appreciated. However, the amenities were quite basic, so overall we did not find it very comfortable. It was advertised as four-star accommodation but did not feel like that. The décor and furnishings were basic and cheaply finished, more like slightly upgraded student accommodation than a 4-star apartment. It lacked natural light, and the lighting throughout was harsh white rather than warm, which made the space feel less inviting. The bathroom was not very practical. There was only one hook for towels and nowhere else to keep them, and there was not even a toilet-roll holder. The shower had a curtain, which was not very clean and made the space feel quite basic. The kitchen was usable but missing many essentials, like no handwashing liquid, no chopping board, worn non-stick pans, no cooking utensils and no cleaning spray. The lack of these items made self-catering inconvenient. The biggest issue was the lack of soundproofing. The apartment is right next to a busy street with constant traffic and motorcycles, and I could not sleep without earplugs. For a four-star rated apartment, we expected more comfort and attention to detail. I hope the owners give a bit more attention to what would provide more convenience and comfort to the visitors because with better equipment, warmer lighting and improved soundproofing, it could offer great accommodation in a great location.

- Sebastian (9/5): Perfekte, fussläufige Location für einen zweitägigen Athentrip mit der Familie. - Die Lage ist perfekt für Stadtbesichtigungen. Die zentralen Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Metrostation sind fußläufig. Gut ist auch, dass das Hotel eher in einer wenig befahrenen Strasse liegt. Die Dachterasse ist wirklich super! Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und alles funktioniert.

And the restaurants are some of the best food we’ve ever had! The stairs!!! No elevator to bring your luggage to the apartment and we had several pieces to lug up and down.

We had a bad experience at a different place and the young lady nick named Foo Foo made us feel important and cared for. They met every need and more. The breakfast they provide is so amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that truly cares about you and making your time wonderful in Athens. Water pressure in shower was low and the curtains aren’t flush with window to provide full black out. Not the most sound proof rooms and doors. Our room was right next to reception so I don’t think that helped the matter.

We definitely loved this place ❤️ We had a little problem trying to find the place, goggle maps was not very accurate about directions, but luckily some locals gave us some directions and we were able to find the place.

Niestety jednego dnia ekipa sprzątająca rozrzuciła wszystkie rzeczy z łóżka na podłogę. Z apartamentu trzeba było iść na śniadanie 150 m droga na zewnątrz.

ΚΑΜΙΑ ΣΧΈΣΗ Η ΦΩΤΟΓΡΑΦΊΕΣ ΜΕ ΤΗΝ ΠΡΑΓΜΑΤΙΚΌΤΗΤΑ για το κτήριο 2 για το κεντρικό κτίριο δεν ξερω ... Μετα απο απάντηση μας για επιστροφή χρημάτων όπου έγινε δεκτή αναζητήσαμε ενα καλύτερο ξενοδοχείο Δεν μας άρεσε τιποτα

Blisko do ścisłego centrum - spacer 15 minut. Pod tuż obok budynku dwa minimarkety, liczne restauracje, apteka. Bezpieczna okolica - bez osób bezdomnych. Bardzo dobre i bogate śniadanie z dobrej jakości produktów. Całodobowa recepcja. Drzwi wejściowe do budynku na kartę. Dostępny taras na budynku, na którym można zjeść śniadanie lub spędzić czas (jak jest ciepło). Dostępna winda. Okno w łazience. Deszczownica i komfortowy prysznic (nie leje się po całym pomieszczeniu). Wyczuwalny zapach kanalizacji w łazience. Lodówka zapełniona produktami z minibaru co utrudnia komfortowe przechowanie swoich produktów. W zimę mała ilość stolików do śniadania - zdarzają się chwilowe zatory w godzinach śniadaniowego szczytu.

Clean towels provided every day and we were grateful for the washing machine. Good kitchen facilities. Lovely bakery at ground floor of the building. We had a lovely stay here. Small things which could be improved- There wasn’t a clothes dryer, or a clothes rack, which made drying the clothes challenging. The front door to the building needs fixing, it was hard to open until we found the knack, and was very noisy/squeaky and we could hear it all night and early hours of the morning when bakery staff below started work.

Since I was a solo traveller they upgraded my room as previously booked for a family with a cot. The rooms were nice and clean. Daily cleaning and changing of bedding and linen. As stated above. Supermarket and bakery is next to hotel was convenient . Easy bus route. Streets was quite so was able to sleep well. Well lit streets so safe to travel in the night

- Francisca A.G. (10/5): Muy agradable - La ubicación, el departamento era grande y cómodo, las habitaciones también, muy luminoso, tranquilo, buena ubicación. Se puede llegar caminando a casi todos los sitios y hay bastante comercio pero aun así tranquiloi En mi opinión faltaron algunas cosas en la cocina como tostador eléctrico, microondas y un par de buenos cuchilllos
