• Juan Manuel (10/5): Nos sentimos comodos en todo momento. - Todo! Muy amplio el departamento. Todo lo necesario para hosperdarte varios dias y en familia. Mucha comodidad y excelente ubicación turística, fácil acceso y regreso de todos los lugares de interes para conocer la ciudad. Check in sencillo, amplitud de horario de ingreso y muy amable la atencion. 100% recomendable. Muchas gracias x todo! Nada para criticar, tiene todo lo necesario.
• Máté (6/5): - Közel van pl Trevi kuthoz. Fűtés rendben van. 1-2 éjszakára megfelelő. Utcazaj nagyon be hallatszik. Agy nem túl kényelmes. Nincs ablak csak egy. WiFi itt csak nyitott van, nincs levédve ami veszélyes. (nem biztos, hogy bejön..) Térerő a lakásban aligha van (mobilnet)

• Christa (9/5): - Great location with good restaurants, shops, museums and public transportation near by. Staff was polite and helpfull and we were surprised how spacious the apartment was. Over all my family had a really nice stay and got good value for our money. A bit more kitchen utensils for cooking and eating would be appreciated. At street level you will hear everything that goes on outside so bring earplugs for sleeping.

Apartment served its purpose for a short stay, we didn’t spend much time in the apartment and I wouldn’t want to. Loud, very uncomfortable beds, not much hot water.
• Ivan (3/5): Buena ubicación pero alojamiento para no dormir ni descansar - Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación La insonorización, no pudimos descansar nada, escuchamos a todo el que pasaba por la calle, y cada vez que se cerraba la puerta. Las camas no eran muy cómodas. Vinimos para la correr la media maratón, y no pudimos dormir por el ruido exterior.

• ana maria (2/5): - La ubicación Estuvimos dos días sin agua caliente porque no funcionaba la caldera , cuando sabían perfectamente que no andaba bien la caldera , al tercer día la arreglaron ,de cuartro días que estuvimos y no han tenido el detalle de NADA Otra cosa te venden el apartamento de cuatro personas como que la habitación principal tiene ventana y es un cuarto que no tiene ninguna ventilación
• irene (9/5): - La ubicación es perfecta. Está cerca de todo. Es un apartamento muy amplio, perfecto para 4 personas. La cama estaba hundida por el centro pero llegas tan cansado que descansas igual. El agua caliente tarda un poco en salir.

• Di Maria (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 in questo appartamento a Roma e l’esperienza è stata davvero ottima. L’appartamento è pulito e comodo, con spazi generosi considerato che eravamo con 2 bambini. La posizione è perfetta per vivere la città, a due passi da tutto, sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici. Inoltre Roma va vista a piedi, e con una comoda passeggiata si raggiungono facilmente i siti iconici della città. Un ringraziamento speciale va all’host, gentilissimi e sempre super disponibili, garantendoci una assistenza costante. Infine, ci hanno custodito i bagagli dopo il check out permettendoci di godere di un'altra mezza giornata in questa splendida città. Consigliatissimo!!!

• Amy (7/5): Nice if I had more of a budget I would pass. But if on a budget this is the perfect location. - Central location with air conditioning. Air conditioning is a must in July in Rome. The room was first floor a little noise but not too bad bc it was located on a side street. Bathroom is updated but definitely needs some love. Shower is tiny. Kitchen was a plus and washing machine too but no dryer. There is a laundromat a few blocks away so that worked out nicely. Overall I would come again if I was on a budget.

• Maria (4/5): If the owners correct the above flaws it will be an excellent holiday apartment - The property was spacious, clean and had a coffee machine, which is a plus point. The apartment had a very musty smell and there was faulty electricity. The shower need attention.

• Mikayla (8/5): Amazing location to Roman attractions, quite noisy & unreliable wifi - Amazing location, up the same street as the Trevi fountain. Friendly staff and good facilities. Loved that we didn’t need a key! We loved having a lots of space I the apartment. Noisy property. Very easily hear all the neighbours who seemed to be vacuuming at 11PM & well as the restaurant across the street. Washing machine also very loud so washing at night is not an option and VERY limited drying space. Wifi was very bad, couldn’t connect to my iPhone and constantly kept disconnecting when it did, I couldn’t get any service on my device so my phone was useless when in the apartment.

• Theresa (7/5): Will not recommend. - Lovely apartment & great location No hot water. Took cold showers every day. It was reported daily. Empiric then it turned cold again. Six people in a pricey three bedroom three bathroom apartment with little to no hot or even warm water.
• Richard (1/5): Online reviews about apartments were wrong, noise level was very loud making it impossible to sleep. Felt like a homeles - Spacious and clean Right on the street, extremely noisy at night when we went to sleep. Cars driving down the street outside every hour even late at night and into the early morning, couldn't sleep more than an hour at a time always being woken up. Water leaking from bathroom around toilet that ran without stopping. Mold smell throughout apartment. Had to switch to their hotel across the street into a tiny room upstairs to avoid street noise and mold smell while still paying apartment price. Noticed in the morning we switched to hotel the gate at the entrance to apartments was shut and locked for days so they must have known about bathroom water leak and mold smell but rented it anyway. Staff was very nice and helpful but until we switched to their hotel it was horrible.

• Nancy (6/5): Very disappointing as the location was terrific, - The location was amazing, close to all attractions that I was interested in. The noise in the apartment. There was no double glazing in windows, the doors had silver tape over the cracks to stop the noise which didn’t work. No instructions on how to use the cook top and washing machine, also no instructions on when any service for sheets/towels change plus rubbish removal. As my stay was for 9 nights, I asked about sheets and towels changing, I was told every 3 days this would be done, after day 5 I was still waiting, on asking, this was done immediately, but no rubbish was taken away, on checkout I had 3 bags full of rubbish. A double bed was set up in the kitchen/dining which was supposed to be a sofa. On checking in I stated I was a solo traveller and the bed was not needed. The mattress was folded back which made it too high to sit on and a sheet was put over it, which kept slipping off. At other apartments I have stayed at, I usually get a couple of pods of coffee or tea bags to use till I get to the shop, plus sugar is in a jar and a small container of milk. NOTHING at this Apartment to make you feel welcome!

• Ana (7/5): Good location if you dont mind noise - Location was great, as well as size of apartmant. We fiund it acceptable for 3-nite stay Overpriced for the way it looked, even with location its still not worth it. It needs an update. Bathroom is really old and ahower to small to fit comfortably. It has no wentilation of any type but it has a room to expand if ever renovated. Its ground floor with no noise cancellation so people passing by are super loud even with closed window. Restaurant across is so close you can listen to conversations, although food is great there. Bedroom has no window and even though living room is between bedroom and window you can still hear street noise and garbage trucks from 06am. Its ok for short few day stay.

Bit noisy at night with a restaurant outside front door. But for me the biggest let down was extremely small shower with small door that I could just fit through, I have broad shoulders! My last problem was small bedroom if you have to move sideways to navigate side of bed it's too small, only hit the wall twice over 5 nights, bruising starting to fade.

Mattress and pillows very comfortable in the bedroom. Noise coming in from the street through the windows. There were 3 full sets of cuttlery although we were 4 people staying there.

• Awg365 (5/5): Small little unit, unimpressive for families - The location within Rome, as a short walk to Trevi Fountain, was very nice. And there were good options nearby for transport and grocery shopping too. The main living area does offer a modest amount of room, but the apartment is still a bit poky. The apartment isn't part of the main hotel, so it feels a bit forgotten for some of the services which you'd expect. The small spaces are most noticeable in the bathroom, which is tiny - and also not very clean. The bathroom has the smallest shower cubicle I've ever seen, and it hadn't been cleaned well is quite a while. As an apartment for tourists, standard power points are needed, and the apartment didn't have many at all. We needed to unplug the TV and the oven just to have 2 power points we could use at all, and these were then in very inconvenient locations. The noise is a big problem, especially if you have children wanting to use the 2nd bed. The noise from the street is constant, but the bigger issue was the noise from the apartments next door - people came back at all hours, and gave no regard to neighbours, and yelled carelessly and let doors slam. The WiFi is almost non-existent. A weak signal that drops out every 5min, and without WiFi, the apartment seems to have no phone reception, so this is a bigger issue than normal. The second bed wasn't very comfortable, and some furniture is broken. The clothes washing machine did a poor job, with clothes coming out covered in a lint residue. The apartment needs a renovation, to make smarter use of the limited space that it has.
