• Samantha Nkhensane (6/5): It could have been better - It was very spacious and clean. *The room was not smelling too good. *The Tv had very limited channels, I think about 7 channels and the worst part is that it was playing in a foreign language that I couldn’t understand. I reported the issue at the reception but they stood me up the whole stay and no assistance was provided. Nor even a mere follow up made.

• Maatlape Blantina (4/5): Disappointing - It was closer to where I was going. Their rooms are spacious Their smoking rules are ridiculous. They allow people to smoke on the balcony whereas the rooms are close to each other. Just after checking in, we were greeted by tobacco smoke coming from the corner in front of the room next to ours. My husband had to take antihistamines because of the reaction to tobacco smoke. Yesterday (Sunday, 19 April 2026) morning we were greeted with another smell- probably marijuana. Their communication is very poor, they let us leave with the room key and called me around 14:00 to inform us that they couldn’t clean our room as they didn’t have access to it, we should have left the key at the reception. It would have been better if they informed us when we checked in.

• Chido (9/5): A holiday to remember - Super friendly staff ,from the gateman i was greeted with a beaming smile and was assisted with my luggage to the front desk. I arrived close to midnight and was welcomed warmly,the entire reception team are always happy and very helpful if you need anything. The rooms are squicky clean and the towels and toiletries are replenished on time. Everything was perfect
