- NLM (10/5): - Etablissement propre et très bien placé, avec beaucoup de charme. Bonne literie. le petit point noir est le temps de réponse de Pablo notre contact surtout avant l'arrivée en cas d'heure tardive car c'est stressant d'attendre et d'être obligé de relancer. Sinon lorsqu'il répond il est très explicite avec des photos (notamment ou se trouve les clients). Concernant l'équipement du studio, c'est très sommaire mais globalement suffisant. Il manquait une bouilloire (ou une casserole), de grande tasse ou bol, et une cafetière (équipé d'une cafetière à l'italienne). sinon parfait.
- Santiago (8/5): Sorprendente - Al principio me llevé un poquito de chasco porque me dio la sensación de sucio, la entrada a los apartamentos dentro de ser un clásico andaluz podía estar un poquito más restaurada, la fachada ganaría mucho con una restauración porque es un edificio precioso. Le faltaría una manita de pintura porque las paredes están rizadas. Una vez alojados fue cómodo, la distribución original e ingeniosa, mobiliario práctico y abundante, algo escaso de bajilla y enseres. Sábanas, toallas, todo completo, ventiladores de techo, AACC. Subimos hasta la azotea muy chula aunque como en lo demás mi sensación es la de que con lavado de cara sería un alojamiento de auténtica categoría, bien situado en el centro, aunque complicado para aparcar. Repetiría para estancias cortas. Más vale que estábamos en el primero porque no hay ascensor y para subir las cosas... Pero vamos, recomendable y más por el precio en que lo cogimos

- Verified traveler (2/5): Struttura meravigliosa Se non fosse... - La casa è stupenda, un palazzo meraviglioso, centrale se non fosse che pecca nelle pulizie e nei confort da garantire al cliente.
- Christophe (6/5): Great location+ staff, but flat in poor conditions - Great location. The Arenal is close to everything and not as touristy as the Catedral’s area. The street is relatively calm for the area. Friendly, responsive and efficient staff. On the other hand we were disappointed by the conditions of the flat: smaller than anticipated, very basic and sometimes old furnitures (beds are uncomfortable).
- Zacharie (4/5): - Appartement bien décoré mais pas du tout pratique: étant aménagé en loft, il n'y a aucune isolation, donc très bruyant. Même les toilettes n'étaient pas isolées... De plus, il y avait une partie du plafond en verre, donc de la lumière dès l'aube, impossible de dormir. Point positif: la communication du personnel aimable, qui ont bien voulu modifier la réservation suite à une erreur de notre part sur les dates, et ont pu nous dépanner aussi pour ouvrir la porte qui s'était refermée avec nos clés à l'intérieur.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - Wir haben einen kurzen Wochenendaufenthalt als Familie in Sevilla hinter uns. Für den Check-In waren wir mit einer Person von HolaStays Arenal verabredet, diese kam nicht! Dann durften wir unter telefonischer Anleitung, unter vielen Schlüsseln den "richtigen" Schlüssel raussuchen. Mehr Infos gab es nicht und HolaStays Arenal war später auch nicht mehr telefonisch erreichbar. Betten waren nicht überzogen! Ein Bettdecke fehlte! Von versprochenen und gebuchten 6 Schlafplätzen gab es nur 5! Trotz telefonischen Kontakt zu ebookers.de wurde in Sachen Bett und Bettdecke nichts nachgebessert. Wir waren in der Nr. 10 untergebracht, diese räumlich sehr nah an einem Tapas-Restaurant gelegen ist - hin un wieder zog "Fettgeruch" direkt rein.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Charming Flat in Historic Building - Checking into this place was like a scavenger hunt. The instructions were clear but complicated at the same time. I was surprised by the layout of the room and was not what I was expecting ( to have to climb into bed), but once in it was very comfortable . The kitchen was a nice touch and the building itself beautiful. Definitely a place for the more adventurous. Location was fantastic convenient to get get around and easy to get acquainted with. In my opinion this listing belongs on AirBNB and not on Hotels.COM. Knowing what I know now I would probably stay here again.

- ROBERTO (2/5): Va bene risparmiare, ma essere trattati così.... - Iniziamo col sottolineare l'unico aspetto positivo dell'appartamento: il luogo di ubicazione è centralissimo. La nostra esperienza, pero', è stata complessivamente negativa. Arriviamo all'appartamento venerdi' sera alle 21. Come da accordi,avremmo dovuto prendere la chiave in una cassetta dell'edificio, dotata di cassaforte a combinazione. Una volta arrivati, pero', ci accorgiamo che la cassaforte è aperta. Telefono alla proprietaria, mi risponde che hanno confuso gli appartamenti e che ci avrebbe portato la chiave di li' a mezz'ora. Poco male, aspettiamo, arriva la collaboratrice che si scusa e ci da la chiave. Entriamo e notiamo che c'è un letto a castello (nel sito lo scriverei, mi sembra abbastanza rilevante come informazione) altissimo e di accesso scomodissimo. Cerchiamo le coperte per dormire e non le troviamo. Altra chiamata alla proprietaria che mi dice di accendere il climatizzatore e che il giorno dopo le avrebbe portate. Beh, il giorno dopo le ricordo di portarci le coperte (dormire col climatizzatore tutta la notte da comunque fastidio e secca completamente l'aria della stanza)via whats up e lei non si degna neanche di rispondere. Mi ha ignarato completamente! Accetto tutto,ma la maleducazione no. Ah,il posto non dispone neanche di un servizio di consegna bagagli dopo il check out, quindi abbiamo dovuto trovare un deposito bagagli apposito in citta'. Dopo aver lasciato le chiavi nella cassetta apposita,le scrivo per avvertirla e non mi risponde neanche stavolta
- ELI (2/5): decepcion total - no tiene nadie que te reciba ni te enseñe el estudio, daba a la parte interior patio de luces y no tenia cortinas para preservar tu intimidad, el cuarto de baño era pequeño y sin ventilación,el dormitorio estaba arriba en una tarima para acceder a la cama tenias que subir unas escaleras empinadas y estrecha imposible subir la maleta, osea que la tenias que dejar en medio del pequeño salón. la terraza tipo azotea nada cuidada las plantas secas no, lo siguiente y muy dejada, muy cara para lo que es. es la primera vez que vivo una experiencia tan decepcionante
- Anna (2/5): Allucinante! - Inizio dicendo che avevo pagato 3 notti per me ed il mio fidanzato e siamo scappati dopo la prima notte! L'unico vantaggio la zona abbastanza comoda per girare a piedi,per il resto non lo consiglierei nemmeno al mio peggior nemico. Sporco, rumoroso, trascurato, la doccia è un buco ricavato nel muro ed il water sta sotto un sottoscala! Dal condizionatore usciva la polvere al punto che abbiamo dovuto prendere entrambi un antistaminico! Dopo aver fatto presente alla referente (non so se fosse la proprietaria o meno) che la camera era veramente troppo sporca non abbiamo ricevuto risposta mentre è gentilmente ricomparsa al momento di riprendersi le chiavi dell'appartamento. In sostanza abbiamo fatto una notte e siamo fuggiti pur avendo.già pagato...vi lascio immaginare!

À remonter! - Une jolie maison, construite par l'architecte Annibal Gonzélez ( voir, à l'intérieur de l'excellent restaurant "Salas", contigu, le portail et la fenêtre haute qui restent d'un hôtel particulier, construit au début du XXe siècle ), avec! une agréable terrasse. La maison vient de changer de propriétaire. L'ancien l'a laissée dans un état très médiocre aussi bien d'entretien que d'équipement. La première impression est qu'on arrive dans une "hostel" pour jeunes, ou dans une pension d'un niveau à peine au dessus. Mais il y faudrait un charme, une personnalité que les aménagements intérieurs, des mezzanines faites de supports d'acier et de grosses planches, coin cuisine étriqué et mal éclairé, apportent vraiment difficilement. Quelques carreaux se descellent ici et là ; La cuisine manque du minimum d'ustensiles et de vaisselle nécessaires ( absence de bouilloire, de théière, de saladier, de poêle, de casserole... ) . La literie: un matelas de mousse peu épais sur des planches de bois m'a plutôt convenu, à moi et à mes ennuis de dos, mais ne sont pas du goût de tout le monde. La maison a donc changé de propriétaire. La gérante nouvelle semble avoir du pain sur la planche. Il faut lui souhaiter bon courage et de l'imagination.
- Yigit (8/5): A good choice near to city center - It is ok but it is not the perfect home-like stay i had since now. In the beginning i got stressed since i could not reach any reception staff via phone but then Julie met us in the apartment. She helped a lot and then she was always responsive. Ground studio room is rather small and a bit noisy since there is a very popular tapas restaurant on the street. Overall good value for money, near to city center and many attractions.
- Sandra (4/5): A bit risky - The pros were: the Seville property was full of characters, room with 2 long windows and Juliet balconies, easy distance to the bus station, easy walk to the centre. The cons were: checking in was difficult without a phone readily available, we had to ask one of the other residents to make contact before we could gain access, 2 flights of stairs and no lift, difficult for us over 60s, the sleeping arrangement was on a platform up some makeshift steps that had no safety rails at all. We ended up pulling down the mattress and sleeping on the floor. This was a place only the adventurous would stay.
