- 437jeanac (4/5): Overall unsatisfactory with issues we had and no one seemed to care - Hotel staff at front desk upon checking in was great, valet parking was great. We left for day and ask for towels while we were gone, when we got back there was 1 set of towels left in the room for 2 people. When I called front desk she said she would get us some but did not when it would be. Finally got towels and left for dinner. When we arrived back it was raining in our room and rained in it all night. We were on the 12th floor. When checking out the next morning, told the front desk clerk about the issue and showed her pictures and she could not have cared less. Never offered to compensate us in anyway, no apology, nothing. Pretty much acted like it could not be true. For these reasons I would not recommend staying here

Space on room No small top in refrigerator for freezer to put in small freezer bags for insulin. Lighting above sink was not bright or needed one above mirror. Heating/air unit rattled. Towel racks away from commode to hang wet towels.

- Happiness16469475091 (10/5): Great downtown hotel at a reasonable price! - We really enjoyed our two night stay at the Cambria. It has a perfect downtown location and walking to local museums, restaurants and shops is a breeze. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. We had a great view from the 9th floor. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The only surprise was a $22 per night valet parking fee. There is no self parking option at the hotel. That being what it is, our car was always retrieved very quickly with friendly service from the valet. Great hotel. Would stay again!

We will be back. - The staff was very friendly and professional, especially the front desk clerks, restaurant servers and valets. Perfect location, walkable to many places we enjoy. We will definitely come back. And the champagne at check in was a nice touch. Next time we will get a suite, other than that zero complaints.

The room is nice, however there was no water pressure. I have moderately thick hair and this is no way that I could have rinsed my hair. I asked staff to clean our room and when we got back to our room, we had towels and nothing else. I called to ask again..was promised while we were out that afternoon..still no service. No bed service..2 nights. As for restaurant bar service, no service on their rooftop pass the umbrellas. Did not open till 5 on a Friday and weekends..80 degrees days. Closed bar at 930. 1 bartender..unfriendly staff. Had to go else wear to have a drink on a rooftop bar on a beautiful Asheville weekend. On our way out, my husband bought a bag packaged popcorn in their snack area. As we checked out, the charge was $15. My husband did check with management..the usual drivel about we will check into the service, restaurant hours and service. However, even though the mgr mentioned we had to be surprised about the cost of popcorn, no mention of any refund. Paper thin walls..I could hear the next door neighbor brush their teeth. Would not go again..

- debbiemC1363AD (10/5): A hotel that knows how to treat their guests! - We were there for a concert. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and a short walk to the concert venue. The staff (especially Jenna) was super friendly and hospitable (the welcoming glass of champagne was unexpected but classy). We had previously requested a room with a view and they did not disappoint; the view was spectacular and the room was large, spotless and quite comfortable. The valet parkers were all very nice especially the young lady who went to the trouble to get us ice and some waters for our coolers (no charge). I wish I could remember her name. I would definitely come back to Asheville and stay at Cambria again. It's first-class!

Staff were very welcoming and I was really pleased to see daily housekeeping by default! The bathroom situation in the rooms is a bit odd though. There’s no sound isolation and the door is translucent and is sliding so didn’t close fully. The rooms were also kind of echoey. The location is excellent, and the bar/restaurant inside was pretty good.

The staff, downtown location, rooms , restaurant all were great . Everything was clean ..the rooms were serviced daily in a “light fashion “ which was perfect for us. We dined at the restaurant several times and all the servers and food was great.! I can’t say enough good things about the whole experience. .. thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

- Jill (9/5): Clean, safe, and convenient location - Perfect location! Very easy to come and go. Morning texts from staff to ensure we had everything we needed was a nice touch! Valet had our truck ready very quickly each time we needed it. Water bottling filling station was not in service 😕

- Page (10/5): Fantastic Hotel, Central to walking downtown Asheville!!! Loved our stay - Cambria Hotel was a perfect spot for us, centrally located to amazing restaurants and shopping. We were able to leave our bags and stay for the day downtown. Also our Room was large, unexpected how big it was. Can’t think of 1 thing, staff was amazing, facilities were amazing!

- Tonya (10/5): Worth every penny! - This is a beautiful hotel. The staff was amazing and we loved the location. Walking distance of pretty much everything. The restaurant on the 4th floor was an added bonus! We had the top corner room with views of the city and mountains. We will for sure stay again! Loved everything

- Myonlnggi (5/5): Will not stay there again. - There weee too many extra charges. Parking, breakfast tip, valet tip. We ran out of coffee, creamer,shampoo and tissue. The house keeping did not leave enough for another day!
- Sheeneka (10/5): Amazing staff. - Emily went over and beyond to get me and my Fiance in a room we traveled a long way from home and arrived at 530 am with a 3pm checkin. I literally had been up for 24hrs and definitely couldn't wait that long. She was able to reach out to management and work with booking.com to get us in a room. She definitely deserves a raise she was very polite and amazing. The cost is too much for light housekeeping, the restaurant Hemingways servers breakfast that you had to pay for and didn't have many options for people who are vegan and dont eat pork. The shower was dirty hairc was left behind and the floor of the shower had black marks from dirty feet. We found an empty coke bottle left behind. The lighting was horrible. The TV was on the side of the bed and the shower did not close the soap holder in the shower is inconvenient its behind you.

- Norman (10/5): I will not be back in this area again. If i did have to visit Asheville again, I would stay at the Cambria! - The room was clean upon arrival. It was in a great location to downtown with several good restaurants nearby. It also had the Grove Arcade (indoor mall) across the street. The Hemingway Cuba restaurant located on fourth floor had a wonderful breakfast daily and we had supper one night and the ribs were excellent. I wish the staff were more knowledgeable about the area as far as places to eat and things to do. If water pressure is a big deal to you, then don’t book a stay here. We thought it was adequate but definitely the worst of the many hotels we have stayed at. Also, this is not the hotel’s fault, but there is a large number of homeless people in the area which makes the area seem unsafe. There is absolutely no police presence in the area. We were there for 4 nights and saw two police cars in 5 days downtown. We did not go beyond the area right outside the hotel because of this.

Também, como passamos o Natal na cidade e dia 25/12 não havia limpeza e arrumação dos quartos, ficamos por 3 dias sem ter o quarto arumado.
- Christina (8/5): Nice hotel, nice staff, and perfect location. - The location is perfect. The rooms are quiet. The staff are incredible. The shower in the bathroom looked worn. The locks on the doors are loud so you can hear when anyone opens their door.

- Andreas (5/5): Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, unfreundliches Hotel - Gute Lage, relativ gutes Fitness Center, schöner Blick aus dem Zimmer. Inkompetentes und unfreundliches Personal, speziell beim Frühstück. Ich habe drei Tage keinen Zimmerservice erhalten, ich musste mehrfach intervenieren, um den Service dann zu bekommen. Ich habe zehn Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und bin bis zum Ende nicht angekommen. Wer mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, sollte nicht im Zentrum wohnen, Parken ist unverhältnismäßig teuer.
