• Karen (8/5): A lovely stay. Would recommend! - The hosts were very warm and welcoming. The room was large and the bed very comfy. The breakfast was a bonus! Great that it was a short walk from/to the station and an easy walk to all the main sights. We didn’t realise that we didn’t have our own bathroom, but that worked out ok. The bathroom was spacious and very clean.

• Melissa (9/5): - Habitación muy amplia, limpia y bonita A pie realmente no está tan cerca de la estación de tren, fueron 15 minutos aproximadamente y con maletas es mas incomodo desplazarse, pero hay una parada del tranvia cerca a 100 metros que te lleva a la estación de tren en 3 minutos
• Megan (6/5): My stay was comfortable only after requesting to change rooms. All-in-all it was fine, not great. - After requesting to change rooms the second room was much better than the first. The shower worked and there was no smell. Comfortable beds and clean. Pretty views. The first room I was given was room number 2, it had a terrible smell of sewage and damp, it was a bath only room which I didn’t know about and it was awkwardly under the stairs, so I couldn’t stand if I wanted to use the hand held shower, as well as the hand held shower being terrible! It was right next to the entrance and I was woken up every time someone came in throughout the night cause the door automatically buzzes and slams behind you. No kettle for tea or coffee in your room, however I asked for one which they gave me.
• Raoul (1/5): Per fortuna è durato solo una notte - L’accoglienza è stata delle peggiori. Camera angusta e appena entrato c’era puzza di fogna che veniva dal bagno. Ho aperto le finestre per fare cambiare l’aria ma nella notte mi sono svegliato per la puzza che si era riformata. Nella vasca da bagno non potevo fare la doccia perché era incassata in un muro. Più che la porta del paradiso mi sembrava di aver varcato quella dell’inferno.

• RSalsinha (8/5): Experience a historic house with views over Firenze rooftops - I've stayed for one night, and overall it was a convenient and comfortable experience. The location is good, close to the central station, in a quiet area, with some restaurants nearby and proximity to the river. Self check-in was fast and hassle-free, with clear instructions and easy to find. The room was spacious and clean, nicely presented, with a comfortable big bed, and the complimentary breakfast is simple, but served with sympathy, and with a nice balcony to enjoy your expresso. At 5 am, I was woken up by some guys, pressure washing the back terrace where my bedroom window were facing. Since I only stayed one night, I can't assess if this is a recurring problem.

• Peter (2/5): Good location but terrible accommodation - Aircon was fantastic. Rustic loft room beams and satisfactory bed There were bugs, wood lice fell from the ceiling. You could hear almost every noise from the other apartments and we were very aware of the immense noise we were making as you have to unlock and relock our bedroom door to go down stairs to unlock and relock or private shower room door which make such a noise. The bathroom was moldy and the shower was weak and intermittent.

Close to train station and most of the city attractions were available by public transportation or few minutes of walk (ca 15/20 minutes). The stores and restaurants around were very affordable and serving good qualities of food. It was not clean enough. The facilities provided were as less as possible. Considering these, it was more expensive than the expectations.

Posizione ottima vicino alla stazione e a 15 minuti dal lungo Arno. Il portone di ingresso al corridoio che porta alle camere è pesante e quando viene chiuso fa un forte rumore che si percepisce fin troppo dalle stanze più vicine. Anche le porte delle camere isolano ben poco dal rumore delle persone che entrano ed escono. Tutto sommato la mia opinione è positiva

Very satisfied with the experience. Would just suggest the hotel to clarify instructions to get to the second floor instead of the first. Very minor issue, however.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. The location was convenient for sightseeing and getting around the city. Overall, a very good experience and good value for money. We would consider staying here again.

Ottima per raggiungere a piedi le principali mete della città e ammirare i suoi meravigliosi borghi, monumenti e musei. Host eccezionali, disponibili e pronti a fornire informazioni e dritte su come orientarsi nella località rinascimentale. Eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo. Non saprei da dove partire in realtà Lo staff o il proprietario non si sono mai fatti vedere. Attenzione, nelle foto della struttura non ce n'è nemmeno una che rappresenta la stanza che ci è capitata. Un solo comodino, nessuna scrivania,e anziché la doccia, la vasca.senza nessuna menzione in merito ad essa, Per lo più chiusa dentro ad un varco nel muro. Il tappo per chiudere l'acqua era buco. Avevamo pochi cm per poter abbozzare una doccia nella vasca, bagnando ovviamente ovunque. Dal bagno usciva odore di fogna. Il phone con autonomia di 1 minuto ogni 2. Peccato, perché avrebbe molto potenziale Ma non c'è nessun tipo di comfort Il tutto ad una cifra non così economica a notte...

• Phillip (5/5): Basic stay - does the job but mosquitos were an unwelcome extra! - Good communication from the host, sending clear instructions on how to check in - that was very good. We also requested a kettle and extra pillows, which were sorted quickly. It would have been nice to have had more than 1 pillow and a kettle to begin with (went without for our first night stay). There were also lots of mosquitos in the room, which meant we have left with plenty of bites. If it wasn't for the mosquitos, we would stay again, but would probably stay elsewhere to avoid being bitten during the night - the plug in repellent provided did not help prevent this! Haha.

• Francesco (8/5): - Colazione super abbondante e con un sacco di scelta. Posizione ottimale per chi arriva in treno. Stanza molto pulita e staff molto disponibile e gentile. Se dovessi tornare a Firenze, valuterei sicuramente di soggiornare qui. Le finestre isolano poco, e la notte si sentono tutti i rumori della strada e le voci delle persone fuori. Durante la doccia ad un certo punto non usciva più acqua, poi si è più o meno ripresa, ma la pressione è rimasta bassa.

Recomendo totalmente. A única coisa que achei é um suporte para shampoo no banheiro o resto está perfeito.
• Annette (5/5): - Frühes Check in, sehr freundliche Eigentümer, gute Lage, einige Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe Gebucht hatte ich ein Zimmer mit Dusche. Aber leider befand sich im Bad nur eine Handbrause an der Wand. Duschen, ohne das komplette Bad unter Wasser zu setzen, wäre nicht möglich gewesen. Es kam jedoch so gut wie gar kein Wasser aus der Brause, so dass ich - auf Nachfrage - einmal in einem anderen Bad duschen durfte und erstaunt war, dass es dort offensichtlich auch komfortablere Zimmer gibt.

Location was a little longer walk with luggage but not terrible. Easy to get to everything. Has an elevator and stairs. Getting in wasn’t absolutely clear. We rang bell and no one responded. But someone drove by on a moped and gave us the code to enter and we got upstairs and checked in. All good. Convenient location. About 10min walk from train station. Laundromat 50’ up street and small grocery store. Fridge in room too.
• Richard (7/5): Adequate, but not Great. - Great location. Clean and reasonably comfortable. It was cheap, but you get what you pay for so I'd only say that it was adequate- not great. We loved the terraced area where we enjoyed evening drinks. Breakfast had a very poor selection. We would have liked some ham and cheese and some nice bread. Not a great selection of anything. The entry area was dangerous at night as it was literally pitch black.

• LEONARDO (4/5): Não compatível com as fotos e avaliações. - Não fica tão distante do centro e o Carrefour Express fica ao lado Quarto com barulho vindo tanto do corredor do local quanto da rua ao lado, bem movimentada a noite toda (dormimos com tampão de ouvido). O banheiro privativo externo não dá nenhuma privacidade, pois precisa atravessar o corredor e o Box para banho não tem nem 1m quadrado, mal se consegue tomar banho. Não tinha nenhum cobertor ou manta no quarto, quase precisamos dormir de meias e calça.
