Unpleasant entrance, lots of smokers. Breakfast buffet. Had a look and thought, skip it. Chaotic. A hotel predominantly for Russian guests, which is fine. Perhaps my overall view is clouded by thinking Nha Trang would be a bit more peaceful. Incredibly busy place

- Phuong (9/5): A fantastic stay where the delicious breakfast and spotless rooms truly made us feel at home - The location is perfect, and having a convenient basement parking lot was a huge plus. The highlight, however, was the breakfast—absolutely delicious with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The staff were very supportive throughout our stay. Most importantly, the bed linens were spotless and very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Highly recommended! None. A very pleasant stay!

На такое количество постояльцев рассчитан в плотную, с 9 до 10 бываю очереди к тазикам с едой) Приходите или к 8 или к 10. Магазин и ресторан в холле 1 этажа это супер удобно, но так как есть вход с улицы, всегда толпы людей! Расположение отличное, номер на 4ку, уборка каждый день, ставят воду, но диван и подушку дивана надо отхимчистить давно, пропитался салом сотен постояльцев. Сан узел нормальный! Бассейн маленький и холодный, но он есть!) Целый день в тени (кроме утра) не прогревается, с полотенцами вечная беда. В спа отеля не видел посетителей за целую неделю ни разу, лучше выбрать что то в округе. Тренажёрка так же уставшая и сильно пропитана запахом пота, потому что на полу ковролин! Короче былая роскошь, не тянет отель свои звёзды и имя. 10 лет назад он был гораздо лучше пока всё было новое, сейчас он уставший, и запущенный, надо ремонтиовать и освежать! И! У одной бабки на завтраке украли сумку и деньгами и документами! Отель не при чём (и не сильно был участен в решении проблемы), но факт того что отель - проходной двор, и надо быть начеку, заставил хранить ценные вещи в сейфе, и не давал расслабиться.

We loved everything, the bed sheets, the sea view, the smart room layout, the breakfast. This hotel knows how to make things function for guests. - Grażyna (8/5): Tylko jako baza noclegowa. Max na 3 noce. - Ibis, jak to Ibis. Nic mnie tu nie zaskoczyło ani pozytywnego, ani negatywnego. Ot, hotel jak hotel. Ten akurat w dżungli innych hoteli. Jeśli to miasto i ten hotel jest tylko i wyłącznie bazą wypadową i noclegiem, to spełnia swoje zadanie. Wokół pełno sklepów, barów, restauracji itd. Najbardziej w tym mieście podobała mi się plaza i morze, a z hotelu jest tam rzut beretem. Śniadania marniutkie. Z dań "lokalnych" jest jakiś ciemny, pokarbowany makaron z warzywami. Brudna podłoga w stołówce, bo restauracja bym tego nie nazwała. Pełno ruskich. Ogólnie hotel "przechodzony" bez klimatu regionalnego.

All of the staff were friendly, the breakfast was good with lots of options. Very clean & spacious rooms with a lovely view. Had a city view and could still see the ocean which was nice. If you want a reliable hotel with good standards I’d recommend!

Отличный отель, вежливый персонал, уборка проводилась каждый день, меняли постельное белье и полотенца регулярно. Завтраки разнообразные, в общем все понравилось. Единственный минус нет балконов, абсолютно негде сушить вещи и полотенца

- heorshe (10/5): It’s the People That Make This Place Special - A year has passed since my first trip to Nha Trang, and during that time I’ve stayed several times at Ibis Styles Nha Trang. This is the only hotel I’ve written a review for more than once. As I mentioned before, the hotel is right in the center of Nha Trang - perfect for walking around the city, and the beach is nearby. The first time, the airport bus driver dropped me off at Novotel - it’s close, on the first line, but recently I’ve asked to stop directly in front of Ibis, and the driver was fine with that. Just cross the road - and you’re there. For four people, a taxi from the airport is worth considering - the price ends up about the same. Breakfast hasn’t changed over the year and, in my opinion, remains one of the best among all the Ibis Styles I’ve visited. The selection is great, especially the Asian dishes. The lady at the egg station - wow! She moves and cooks so gracefully, like a ballerina in the kitchen. With her permission, I even took a couple of photos - see for yourself, it’s something special! Upon check-in, the front desk staff recognized me right away and found my booking without even checking my passport. When I left, while my room was being checked, other staff came over to see me off and said some really warm words. The room is bright, the air is fresh, the windows open - a big plus for me. The air conditioning works as it should - quietly, without drafts, keeping the temperature steady. Morning sea sounds and sunrises - pure magic. During the day, you hardly hear the waves, but if you wake up around 4-5 a.m., the waves and the sunrise over the horizon are simply amazing. The restaurant on the first floor has changed - now it’s a livelier, enclosed space, so the photos from my previous review are no longer relevant. The restaurant on the second floor, where I ordered pho and other dishes, hasn’t changed, but for some reason it’s not very busy - maybe because of its location. When the dining area is empty, the AC is off, but just ask - and in a few minutes it’s cool. Friends I brought along loved the food, but were surprised at how quiet it was. Downsides - free access to the sauna was offered, but the temperature was low. The staff member who welcomed me seemed less enthusiastic after I declined the massage. I went once, and the other “passes” remained unused. There were minor issues during the stay, but everything was solved on the spot. My advice - if something’s not right, just calmly tell the staff - they really try to help. Bottom line - Ibis Styles Nha Trang is about people, coziness, and the charm of Nha Trang. I’ll definitely come back!

- My Trinh (8/5): - Nhân viên lễ tân nhiệt tình, vị trí thuận tiện, khu vực hồ bơi rộng thoải mái. Phòng ốc đẹp sạch sẽ Ko có nhiều chương trình trên TV. Buffet ít món, mình và bạn mình ăn sáng xong có ngồi lại nói chuyện bấm đt thì bạn nữ pv đến dọn luôn 2 ly nước chưa kịp uống của tụi mình mà chẳng hỏi han là bọn mình còn dùng hay ko dù 1 ly còn đầy nước

- Rufat (3/5): Good view but dirty room and unprofessional stuff - Location was very central but with still a nice ocean view. Room, especially the bed was dirty. There were stains (of blood or other bodily fluids) on the sheets. This was particularly disappointing as I instructed the stuff to make sure that the bed is clean before we arrive. The toilet occasionally smelled like urine. The stuff barely speaks english and is impolite.

This time, we stayed in Room 1610, and the view from our room was absolutely amazing. While I enjoyed my previous stay, this visit was even better thanks to the kind and helpful front desk staff, especially Ms. Thao. My friend and I had a wonderful time. The cheesecake you provided was also delicious. I’ll definitely visit again next time! See you then:)

No fridge only wine cooler fridge i asked to change it but all the hotel is the same (reception shit fridge).Cleaners took my door key reseption could not find who took it replaced with two new ones.No jam at breakfast for toast,no onion- capsion- ham for omlet,asked the cook he got the shits,staff forgot to charge me tax for my room another good conversation time.
- 899aimens (8/5): Perfect Location with a Beautiful Sea View - Great stay overall! The hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to everything we needed—restaurants, shops, and attractions. The room was clean and had all the essential amenities. We especially enjoyed the beautiful sea view from our window. Would definitely stay here again!
- Bruce (6/5): - Je trouve cet hôtel froid sans décore en particulier l’accueil, et sa salle du petit déjeuner fait assez cantine, lors de petit déjeuner il manque une organisation un peu plus pratique,petites cuillères,couteaux a la vue de tout le monde, j’apprécie particulièrement le personnel très disponible a répondre à nos questions.

The hotel was centrally located, so it was convenient for everything, including restaurants, buses, and the beach. The quality of the food in the restaurant wasn't very good. Items like baked beans and tomatoes should have been hot but were cold. Limited vegetarian options.
