Кофе-машина работала очень плохо, повезло, что соседний номер освободился и нам принесли оттуда, так как починить ее не смогли. Очень маленький номер, если много багажа, то будет тесно

Carina (7/5): Gute Lage aber laut - Sauberes Zimmer und Bad. Gute Lage. Pool gute Abkühlung. Kleines Zimmer. Wenig Ablagemöglichkeit, um die Koffer zu verstauen. Balkon braucht man nicht buchen. Ist schmal und keine Möbel vorhanden. Dünne Wände, deshalb hört man die Straße und Nachbarn. Zu unserer Zeut war auch gerade Baustelle auf der Straße und sehr laut.

Yolaundra (8/5): Small boutique hotel with an historic past - It was close to a few restaurants. There was also a museum nearby. The furniture is on wheels. I’m not quite sure why or why the wheels aren’t locked.

Noboru (3/5): 全く酷いホテルで、ホテル代を無駄に」した - 朝食はなし。予約した内容と全く違っていた。駅から５〜6分と案内されてあったががよくわからず、10分以上も重い荷物で苦労した。部屋の広さひどいも予想外で、日本のビジネスホテルより狭く、スーツケースを開いたら足の踏み場が無いくらい狭く、ホテル側に文句言っても聞いてもらえなかった。さらに寝るときのガウンもなく、自分の下着で寝るしかなかった。文句を言うとシンガポールのホテルでは等級で無いことがあると言われた。ホントなのか？とにかくホテル代を考えたら、ま酷いホテルだった。タオルでも要求しないとシャワー室から出ると濡れた足で部屋に直結している床に濡れてしまうのに、それに使用するタオルが不足していて、要求したらもって来たが翌日の部屋の清掃の後はタオル無し。
KAGAMI (8/5): 良かった。 - スタッフが明るく対応も丁寧で良かった。低価格でいろいろとお土産が買えるムスタファセンターから徒歩で10分ほどで、地下鉄駅からも同じくらいで近かった。地下鉄駅には手軽な料金で食事ができるお店やコンビニがあり、便利です。夜中に廊下で他の客が騒いでいて、少し気になった。部屋がやや狭く、椅子もなかった。

La piscine mériterait un rafraîchissement Le quartier est actuellement en travaux ce qui génère pas mal de bruit Les chambres de 14 m carré sont invivables à 2 personnes, elles deviennent trés vite extrêmement humides avec les douches, difficile d'y bouger avec des valises. Préférez celles de 20 m carré

Zhi-heng Kai (6/5): Good location and friendly staff, but the overall condition and room size did not meet 4-star expect - The location is very convenient, as it is situated between two subway stations, which makes getting around the city much more flexible and easy. The hotel also offers a 24-hour reception, which is very helpful, especially for late arrivals or early departures. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The bed was comfortable, and I was able to sleep well. For a 4-star hotel, I found the overall condition and cleanliness — both in the room and in the hallway — not quite up to standard. That said, this may also depend on personal expectations. When I saw the pool area, I honestly did not feel encouraged to use it. It did not look particularly inviting. The double room was also quite small. This may be typical for Singapore, but it still felt rather compact for a 4-star hotel.

naaela (2/5): Bugs and damp and genuinely scary - Location was good. I dont ever do reviews or complain but it was really bad, except for location which was good. I get that it was a budget hotel, but it was truly awful. We stayed 2 nights, but any longer and I wouldnt have been able to. I'm really surprised because I checked reviews before booking. Firstly, there were bugs in the room on the walls and the beds as soon as we arrived, we got scared so killed some and flicked some away and then asked for the sheets to be changed - they had a massive issue with this and there was a lot of back and forth because they didn't want to changes sheets. In the end they changed them and said they would charge us if we asked to change sheets again, essentially because they didnt believe us about bugs, even though there were spider webs all around the room so it makes sense even if they couldn't see them at the time. We told them if we see more we will just call them. I left with the worst bites I've had in years, genuinely my whole leg went numb and I was scared it was more serious. Secondly, we walked in and the ac was on and there was a dehumidifier in the room also on. We didn't think anything of it, but when we left the next day we turned ac off and came back to water dripping down the walls. Not just near the ac, literal wet walls and water dripping. I took a video and pictures - wish I could post video here as the pics dont show the amount of water as well, but it truly was actual wet seeping walls. We told them asap, and were obviously concerned because damp is a huge health risk- housekeeping came and just said its fine if the ac is kept on (which we couldn't do all the time i.e when we leave the room or when it gets freezing which it did!) and then just ignored us when we said we wanted to speak to a supervisor. We were leaving the next morning and were exhausted and couldn't find somewhere else to say soon so just stayed for the last night. I know its a budget hotel but this was wild.

Swimming pool area is dirty.. birds poo on chairs.. jacuzzi faulty.. not working.. the maintenance Indian man smells really bad.. my remote not working so he enter to check on it.. after he left the whole room smell like smelly socks bad Body Odour.. i had to left the door open and spray perfume for quite some time..

Sevgi (6/5): Würde nicht weiterempfehlen - Es war sehr sauber und Mann hatte jeden Tag Wasser im Zimmer . Im Lobby konnte man sich warme Getränke selbst machen. Fand ich gut Ich habe extra ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht, weil ich ein Raucher bin und Mann durfte nicht rauchen . Das fand ich nicht ok, weil das Hotel schon teuer war, hätte viel günstigere Hotels dafür bekommen. Die Zimmer sind richtig klein , Mann kann sein Koffer echt nicht aufmachen . Soviel Geld für so kleine Zimmer .

Domagoj (10/5): Super Hotel - Die Lage zum Zentrum, der Pool vor der Zimmertür Ich war nach Februar 2025 schon das zweite Mal Gast im Hotel. Das hat was zu bedeuten :-) Es badeten und plantschten oft Kinder im Pool, auch ziemlich früh am Morgen, dementsprechend wurde es jeweils sehr laut, nichts mit Ausschlafen.
