• Sumayyah (10/5): The location is excellent, with many great cafés, restaurants, and shops all nearby. - I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The reception team was always available, friendly, and very helpful with any questions I had. They responded quickly to all my inquiries, which made everything easy and comfortable. The hotel has a lift, which is very convenient, and they can provide useful facilities like an iron and a washing machine. Although the hotel doesn’t have its own parking, there is parking right next to it, which makes things very simple. The room was comfortable, with a cozy bed, a window, and nice natural light. Overall, I felt very comfortable during my stay. Nothing major The only issue was that during the night the lighting inside the room should be brighter.

• fidavril (6/5): Gentillesse du personnel mais un manque de maintenance des équipements qui entache le séjour - La gentillesse du personnel (check in avant l'heure prévue, impression d'un document, un café offert). La possibilité d'avoir la chambre nettoyée régulièrement ainsi que les serviettes changées. Le linge de lit était frais et propre. L'emplacement de l'hôtel. Aussi gentil que soit le personnel, cela ne fait pas tout. Je ne parlerai que de ma chambre, je n'ai pas vu les autres. La mienne était dans un état lamentable, plein de choses inutilisables ou cassées. Le matelas complètement écrasé, bon à jeter, totalement inconfortable. Les rideaux poussiéreux. L'armoire à portes glissantes qui ne glissent pas, et les portes supérieures branlantes, une complètement cassée. Une lumiere de chevet qui fonctionne, l'autre pas du tout. Dans la salle de bains, fils électriques dénudés près du lavabo. Rien pour accrocher les serviettes Eau qui s'évacue difficilement, jointures noires Porte de la salle de bain avec un gond tenu par une seule vis que je n'osais pas toucher de peur qu'elle me tombe dessus. TV inutilisable Réfrigérateur avec moisi a l'intérieur Traces de brûlure de cigarettes sur les chevets et dans la salle de bains Taches d'eau au plafond Sèche cheveux qui fonctionne avec la prise de la table de chevet... Mais tout cela, on ne le voit qu'une fois qu'on a réglé et qu'on découvre la chambre. La note de l'établissement sur Booking ne me semble pas refléter la réalité... Ou alors je n'ai vraiment pas eu de chance ! J'ai signalé qu'il y avait beaucoup de choses à revoir, on s'est excusé mais rien n'a été fait...
• Matej (7/5): - Recepcija ljubazna i spremna pomoci. U sobi je bio hladnjak, stol, veliki ormar. Svaki dan novi ručnici. Ima par stvari koje su napukle, ali nije to strasno s obzirom na cijenu. Jedini problem je bio tuš na kojem su bile dlake. Prijavio sam recepciji kada sam izlazio van rekli su da ce se rijesiti. Kada sam se vratio isto je bilo. Sišao sam do recepcije objasnio drugom zaposleniku da je prijavljeno ujutro, ali da nije rijeseno, reka mi je za 5min ce bit rijeseno. Dolazi "sobar" donosi šampone. Nije mi bilo jasno, pa sam mu rekao da nam ne treba to nego očistiti tuš, na što je on rekao da je očistio danas. Kada sam mu pokazao rekao je da dlake nije moguće skinuti, rekao sam ok,pa sam ih sam sa wc papirom izvukao i očistio tuš...

Well located with lots of shops and food in the surrounding areas, a metro station is also only a 10 minute walk away, giving easy access to lots of sites. Room was cleaned daily and with good noise cancellation of both outside and inside noise.

Everything what you need is there 7min walking distance to Metro station and 5 min walk to the closest bus station Room was clean and spacious, a very comfortable bed and I liked that they changed towels every day. Staff was very friendly and super helpful! Always offering help. I felt very well looked after and would definitely come back next time when I visit Istanbul!

• Lavinia (1/5): Please avoid - The staff was considerate. I booked the hotel as it was ranked 8.2 on booking, it's my fault that I didn't read any reviews. Don't know if I had the "privilege" to have the worst room ever, but this is a BIG NO. Unfortunately, I can only upload 4 photos, but this is not a 3-star hotel, not even 1 star. It's something I can't describe. Besides the furniture being old and smelly, the mattresses make you vomit. The bathroom is full of mould, and the curtains are black instead of white. I had to buy detergent and washed them in the bathtub.I had to clean the fridge aswell, as it was full of dirt and mould.Not to mention the strong smell of cigarettes, it's like someone it's smoking next to you. I could carry on....I'm really upset with Booking for the fact that they are having on their website something like this.

• Bisrat (5/5): Would rather pay a bit extra and get a better hotel. - The staff was polite, humble and helpful. The nearest bus stop was a 10 minute walk. The whole hotel reeking cigarette smoke, people smoke inside the reception. The floor corridors smell like cigarettes. There were multiple cigarette spots inside the room. And inside the shower there were molds and the shower handle was a bit annoying too.

• Simona-clarisa (9/5): Superb - I enjoyed my stay overall and the staff were very helpful . I would come and stay again at this hotel. 👍 The ONLY thing that added some discomfort to my stay was the fact that, sometimes, I could smell cigarette smoke (coming from I don’t know where 🤷‍♀️… maybe a neighbouring room) and I am very sensitive to smells (and a non-smoker, obviously) .But this was not constantly, just at times.
• Natasza (6/5): OK for a budget price option - Good hotel location. I felt very safe in the hotel and around it. I felt very well looked after by the staff. They were very helpful with any enquiry I had. Good Wi-Fi. Very nice large bed. Large bathroom. Budget price. General standards and lack of TLC in the rooms and the venue. No breakfast option, no cafe option and no spa option although advertised during the booking.

• Banaz (9/5): Superb - The staff were very helpful , professional, respectful and accommodating. The room was cleaned daily and for the price it was really good. The location is great as it is surrounded by shops and restaurants and cafes . The hotel does not have its own cafe or restaurant within the hotel. However, this hotel is surrounded by cafes, restaurants and shops as well, so everything is within reach . The hotel has a menu for ordering food, so you can actually order food from the reception or book texi from the reception as well.
• Olav (5/5): for the 40 EUR/night there are better hotels in the area - Location is good. Fair quality room if You want to just sleep over for one night. Keep in mind that if You are light sleeper-this is not for You, as it was very noicy (both from the street as well from corridor. While booking, I picked this property solely for having the sauna. When arrived, I was told that sauna can be used ONLY if ordering a massage with hughely inflated prices (60-80 EUR). There were none mentioned about it while booking. Window fastening broken, so can not close the window to reduce noise.

• Ирина (10/5): Exceptional - I often stay at this hotel for 1-2 nights. The hotel is located in a great area at a reasonable price! I really like the staff, cool guys and you can always turn to them for help, for which I am very grateful to them! The hotel itself is simple, but the rooms are clean, and for me this is the most important thing! I will come back to you again and again)) P.S Thank you for the delicious coffee ;)))
