Guest Reviews

- Emma (9/5): - I always enjoy staying here I had to ask where my kettle was a it was missing from the room
- Dean (7/5): - It's only a short walk from central pier so it's close to everything you need. For some reason the smoke alarm went off in my room 2 mornings in a row around 9am, no idea why as I don't smoke or vape and the rooms are non smoking anyway.
- Michael (7/5): Stayed before and good value for money, great location. - Was clean and in great location and good value for money. Could do with re decorating as slightly dated but not really an issue.
Showers arnt very good but they do the job.
- Jane (9/5): - Great location clean tidy had everything in needed. There wasn't anything I didn't like
- Iris (10/5): - It was exactly as described on booking.com excellent location will stop again
- Derek (8/5): - The room was clean and comfortable to stay good reasonable price would recommend Nothing to complain about
- Derek (9/5): - Staying at Vrema hotel was reasonable doe the price the owners were helpful
- Paula (4/5): - The location The hotel
- ian (10/5): Nice break. - Everything ok as usual T V not working.
- Paul (5/5): - Price of room. Got what you paid for.
- Martin (3/5): ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE... - Nothing. We have stayed at this Property 3 time's now and Only for the convenience of the Club that we like going to whilst in Blackpool.....And EVERY TIME ! there as been an issue with something. ! But This Time was the worst...NOT 1 issue BUT 3.. Firstly we had NO T.V. ? Storm damage, we were told It's being fix today or tomorrow at the latest..... It didn't get fixed ! Nothing worst than having No T.V.....secondly NO Heating ON ! on the first 2 nights, only came on, On the Saturday night at 10 O'clock at night, and it was very cold and then the Kettle stopped working after the first Cup of Tea we made.. Also No Wardrobe ! Just a Coat Hanger and 2 Clothes Hangers. and no Chair to sit on either. They say. ONCE BITTEN TWICE SHY !! But we thought we would give it ONE LAST TRY...! SILLY US.. (Although he did offer us a refund ! But come ON, who's going to walk around, Looking for accommodation at 4 O'clock )

- Zak (8/5): Solid choice to stay in blackpool. Definitely will return. - Really easy to check in and check out. The shower was good and emitted hot water, already one step up on a few places ive stayed in blackpool. Working kettle, hairdryer and TV in the room. Really good location, only a 2 minute walk from coral island and the shops. The bed was abit creaky but didnt have a problem sleeping. I got given more than enough towels aswell as alot of coffee/tea items. I was left completely alone once checked in, outside of greetings in the hallways, which I really enjoyed. There was quite alot of banging both through the day and through the night. So I wouldnt recommend if you are a light sleeper. However this didnt overly bother me as I managed to get a good night sleep 3 days in a row.

- William (7/5): Great value and location. Would stay here again!! - Good Value and in a good location to shops and bars etc. Plenty of Tea and Coffee for my stay and landlady was friendly too. Only gripe was the shower which I found either too cold or too hot. Room a bit dated but that doesn't matter as it's just a base.
- Scoobiesue82 (8/5): - Good location. Only a short walk to the beach from the hotel. Plenty parking in the area if taking a car. No issues during my stay and was able to leave my bag and return later for it.
- Wheelhouse (7/5): - Bed was comfy. Coffee milk and sugar for morning cuppa Couldn't get the TV on . Would have been nice to watch while chilling out in mornings
- Lyons (10/5): - 🍺
- Tom (6/5): -
- Ady (3/5): Really not good stayed in Blackpool a few times but this has to be one of the worst places I have stayed dirty smelled o - Good location Dirty smelly and the owner was not very nice
- Richard (7/5): -
- Joanne (8/5): -
- William (7/5): - The location was great and the double room was comfortable N/a
- Conor (1/5): Disgusting Hotel - Nothing. The owner of the hotel was rude upon arrival, they were very standoffish and unwelcoming. The hotel itself was disgusting. The room in which we were allocated was dirty and stained, it stank of cigarette smoke despite being a 'no-smoke' hotel.
The pictures advertised were not up to date with the current state of the rooms. Random rugs were laid across the floors to hide stains, I dont think it has ever actually been cleaned.
Despite asking for a family room, we were not provided with a bed suitable for a toddler.
The bathroom was mold ridden with the light hanging from the ceiling by its wires. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls and stained with nicotine, with some kid of drink spilled up it and down the skirting board.
I would not recommend staying here, we ended up cutting our stay short and going home because of how grim this place was.The owner of the hotel was rude upon arrival, they were very standoffish and unwelcoming. - Adam (7/5): - Location and price Wifi didnt work very well
- Rachael (7/5): -
- gałecki (10/5): - Room was very clean and all what is need was ready and prepared
Definitely best room booked in Blackpool
- William (7/5): I would stay here again - The location was good and the bed was comfortable Tv not working in some rooms
- Kat (10/5): -
- Kelly (6/5): Cheap and convenient - Close to centre
Cheap
Comfy bed and pillows Mould everywhere in the room
Very small but ample for one night
Owner outside smoking weed
- Lorrain (7/5): No hot water in bathroom and no TV working -
- Eurika (5/5): - Location, price, lots of tea, coffee and milk WiFi, shower, windows were dirty. mold growing behind the tv. First two nights power cuts
- Christian (2/5): Very disappointed in the state of the room, tlc needed - The bed was comfortable Toilet seat broken, curtains not hung properly, only 3 coat hangers hanging off some sort of hanging basket bracket, only one bedside cabinet which had a broken handle, mould and condensation around window, only one handle on window(other broken) shower took a long time to warm up, dodgy bedside lamp with flickering bulb, TV NOT WORKING due to some storm power outage before we got there (an electrician could have sorted it) also electric sockets kept tripping (major health and safety issue), radiator cover broken.
Host didn't introduce himself when we arrived. Still expect some level of decent accommodation but when the place also smelt of weed on a daily basis, this is not a good atmosphere to stay in
- Matthews (6/5): -
- Suzanne (1/5): - The location Host rude room not clean towels from previous guest left in room. Toilet seat broken windows filthy tv not working. Radiator cover smashed .place smelt . Only stayed 1 night out of the 2.
- rendall (8/5): - Location although it was noisy outside as police use the road to beat traffic on main strip. Everything is on your doorstep though Waiting so long for the water to run got to get showers and washes
- Julie (9/5): -
- Gemma (8/5): Overall it was a good stay the room was lovely and warm when arrived and the heating stayed on throughout the night.we h - Reasonable room for the price Not much interaction with the property owners it was a quick meet on arrival and then a box to leave the key on departure the next day.
- Meakin (6/5): -
- Tim (1/5): The owner said there was no mold in the room please look at the pictures and please read the reviews on this place espec - Close to the town that’s it Where do I start we got there on the Friday everything was ok we went out came back to no electricity this was room 6, called the staff put it back on tripped again ten minutes later once again another phone call, Saturday we went out got back bout 11 at night to no electric again this happened three times that night we had not been in all day before it tripped, Sunday morning had to call again due to no power when we woke up thought only one day left but no went out got in for 9 at night to no electric again called up his answer was I’ve had problems in that room for weeks can you stay in there you go tomorrow so you don’t need power I said no I’ve paid for a room and had to keep calling you to switch power back on every day since been here. So booked into another hotel for that night made him pay for the inconvenience of having to find something else for the night, called booking. Com told them and they got me a refund for the night I didn’t stay there
- Tracy (10/5): Had a great time as always, very clean ; comfortable plenty tea coffee & milk hair dryer - Great value Owners Exceptional we arrived early and they let us check in great location near beach and attractions nothing for what we paid
- Palmer (6/5): Very good value - Breakfast wasn't available Nothing
- leanne (7/5): Nice stay, nice owner only meet him on arrival - The location was good close to the tower The room was a little bit cold but nothing to bad
- Thompson (10/5): Great location at a bargain price - Great location, clean room and friendly staff.
Really comfy bed, i slept so heavy too! N/a
- Hattie (3/5): No thanks - The locations The staff were asleep when we were supposed to check in, the bathroom light didnt work, there was no hot water, we couldnt plug in our own chargers as it would short circuit the electrics
- Elizabeth (6/5): -
- kellymaria (10/5): - Lovely hosts
- Michelle (9/5): Excellent value for money! - Excellent value for money!
Clean and comfy beds!
Good shower! Hair dryer in the room. Tea and coffee! Good stay! Even the sun shined Heating on overnight and unable to control, got a bit hot
- Skayn (8/5): - Wonderfully affordable accommodation with central location and great facilities. Electric plug sockets tripped twice. But it was fixed within 25 minutes. 🙂
- Teresa (4/5): -
- Lisa (8/5): - It was comfortable, great value for money and good location. Host was pleasant enough but was literally told our room number and that was it he went back into his room. There was no little milk cartons in room (so take your own if you want a hot drink in the morning) the window handles were broken i could only just about shit the windows and not sure what was going on with the heater but it wasn't hot enough... saying all this though it was great value for money and we would properly stay here again.
- Thomas (5/5): Erfüllte unsere Anforderung von zwei Nächtigungen mit vielen Abstrichen... - Die Lage war entsprechend unseren Anforderungen günstig. Kaum beheizte Zimmer (15-16 Grad Raumtemperatur). Kein Wasserdruck. Sehr schmutziger Teppichboden, Oberflächen der Möbel teilweise klebrig. Kein Frühstück obwohl so gebucht. Sehr hellhörige Zimmer - Zimmernachbarn spielten laute Musik bis in die späten Nachtstunden.
- Chris (2/5): Blackpool is one of our favourite places to visit but wouldn’t stay here again as one of the worst stays we’ve had - Cozy Staff didn’t ask name on arrival and expected us to sort out a room mix up that was there fault wound up on top floor door lock wasn’t easy to lock or unlock shower was a nightmare a dribble and temperature wasn’t easy to control draft coming from window room was cold bed up to window
- June (10/5): - Always stay here the best one yet stayed in a few but very caring people and they go that extra mile Thanks for a relaxing and comfortable break holiday Nothing to dislike
- Samantha (4/5): Definitely a budget hotel it's not great - The bed and pillows was really comfortable and plenty of tea and coffee stuff. There only positive stuff to comment on. The bed behind it had damp in walls that they'd tried to cover with casing that the wires for extension lead went through. The entire hotel smelt of cannabis and it took me almost half a HR of ringing the ring doorbell and knocking to get entry. When she answered she looked like she had just woken up. And basically handed us keys to the top floor left me to struggle with my bags and my young child . And I didn't see her the rest of my stay. We left a HR before check out has the cannabis smell was too much And making my head hurt didn't want my child breathing it in. And our bedroom window was partly broken so only opened a bit
- Jason (7/5): Lovely - Staff were really nice and friendly location was spot on for what we needed Some noise from other guests
- jackie (6/5): - Very close all I needed The room was cold and toilet set was hanging off
- Margaret (7/5): -
- Dean (8/5): - Cheap and cheerful Very, very narrow stairs and corridors... but built of the time
- Lee (10/5): Great Host, Comfortable Beds - I have stayed here multiple times and also booked for work colleagues too. The host is always helpful and friendly. The rooms are always clean and very comfortable beds. WIFI seems better on recent stays too. The shower in room 7 seemed stuck on the hot setting
- Lyons (1/5): - Not like Not like
- Omorodion (7/5): I had a good time - Quite They sometimes put off the electricity and the toilet in room 8 don't flush properly
- Edge (4/5): - Room 5 was nothing like it used to be.. obviously you have had customers in and they have destroyed it.. shower head would not stay in holder..mattress was so uncomfortable and room was very cold.. pinched both duvets off beds.. which was lucky as my friend didnt arrive.. bed kept coming apart headboard nit attached so kept banging when moved in bed.. carpets had holes in.. kettle turned off before it boilt.. had to hold it to boil.. curtains not stable on rail.. a complete let down...nothing like previous years!! And we always book here... loved it in past!
- Sara (10/5): - Great value for money Nothink
- Roxanne (2/5): - Location There was a wet patch on the carpet. Not sure if there was a leak somewhere
- Green (8/5): Clean rooms ,central location - A nice clean place , very central and good prices for accommodation Nothing
- Justice (8/5): Nice place, clean, staff were lovely only problem was heating - The staff were lovely very helpful too The property was a quite cold at the night and in the morning the kids was really cold because no heating had been on I’d suggest maybe little heaters in the room specially for the family rooms to keep the children warm
- Regan (10/5): Perfect weekend away - Ideal location so close to trams, town and beach.
The room was comfortable and clean and the shower was lovely and hot. It's also very close to the grand theatre and winter gardens so if you're in town for a show, I recommend this hotel. No complaints from me
- Nathan (9/5): -
- Janani (6/5): -
- Gareth (5/5): - Location is perfect Smells of fags
- DAVID (8/5): Very affordable and good value for money; central location - Central location - park outside for free in winter months Nothing really - check in times are a bit narrow but understandable
- john (6/5): room 6 bit of mold near the window and tv no heating on - room is very clean needs a biy of updating room 6 bit of mold near the window and tv no heating on
- Gregory Louis (7/5): - Accueil super 👍
Le patron a été très réactif et compréhensif quand je lui ai dit que le chauffage marchait mal, il m’a de suite remis un chauffage d’appoint.
Hôtel très bon rapport qualité prix ! Je recommande 👍
- Amy (4/5): Good central location, cheap for one night but needs improvement. - Good central location. Quiet at night. Helpful to have kettle and hairdryer in room. Cheap hotel for one night. Hotel needs a lot of TLC - ceiling was stained and had lots of holes. (Room 3- family ) Bed was very springy and needed replacing.
Room above us was very noisy until 2.30am. Every time they flushed the toilet it was very loud as pipes were in the ceiling cavity above our head.
- Sylvia (10/5): -
- Green (8/5): Good price, location .,and rooms very clean - The location and price .
And the room very clean .
Every time I stay , I find the room very tidy. Have to say the room is was in the heating not great and the shower took ages to get hot .

- Carol-Ann (10/5): -
- ian (10/5): - Nice room comfy bed friendly hosts warm room good location.
- Amanda (10/5): Blackpool - Great location, easy access to the town and food places. Room was cold even though the heating was on downstairs, wifi didn't work properley.
- Nicholas (7/5): One Night Stay - The room facilities were very good for the price and extremely clean. The overbearing smell of smoke when entering the property despite there being a large 'no smoking' sign in the hallway.
- Fahmida (6/5): To improve the service is the room being warm when entering the bedroom would make a difference - It was nice and clean comfy bed right near the shops great location It was cold but plug in radiator provided host were kind
- Samuel (6/5): -
- William (8/5): - Very pleasant and comfortable room. Room could have been heated warmer.
- scott (9/5): good - good location clean room comfy bed room a bit cold
- Rebecca (5/5): -
- DENIS (10/5): -
- Nreeteshwar (5/5): very quiet indoor, but noisy on the street at night -
- Gaynor (5/5): - I loved the fact that we had our own bathroom as I saw the other rooms didn't. The fact that I was told I couldn't park infront of the hotel because its a loading zone, but no signage stipulating it.Then I got parking a distance away, had to walk back in the rain only to find some other car parked in the same spot that to me was a concern why was I told that I can't. The room had no heating facility, and it was pouring and icy cold.
- Dennis (8/5): Excellent l have no complaints - The location was excellent the room was very clean and l will definitely go again
- Karen (1/5): Sleepless night. - The property next door housed people who stayed up all night shouting...swearing...singing...relentless....our last night we were literally kept up all might...and I think these people actually lived at the property.
