No one told me that there was a free shuttle from the airport until after I checked in so I paid for a taxi. Pool does not look like the photos. The trees are overgrown now and there is a smell from the river at low tide that is like sewage. It’s natural, but made it a bit unpleasant to be out there.

Clean, modern facilities and practical details like the in-room coffee machine and takeaway cups. Staff was helpful with requests, and check-out was fast and smooth. Arrival was a bit confusing due to two buildings with the same Radisson signage. Check-in was slow because there was only one person at the front desk while other guests took a long time.

- Juan (1/5): No volveré a reservar aquí - Me gustaron las fotos. Las instalaciones lucían cómodas. Pero la experiencia fue lamentable. Realmente algo terrible. No me gusta poner malas reseñas, pero es necesario para advertir a otras personas que no caigan en engaños. Hice la reserva a través Booking.com y coloqué mi tarjeta de crédito para que el hotel realice el cobro. Esta reserva no debía pagarse por adelantado sino a la llegada al hotel, pero cuando quise ingresar al hotel me pidieron que nuevamente pase la tarjeta pero en físico. Les dije que no había traído la tarjeta y que precisamente por eso coloqué en la aplicación para que puedan cobrar la totalidad de la reserva, de otro modo, ¿Cuál es la utilidad o necesidad de solicitar una tarjeta de crédito al momento de hacer la reserva? No me dieron solución y finalmente tuve que irme a buscar otro hotel en medio de la noche con mis hijos. Una amarga experiencia que no se la recomiendo a nadie. No sé si fue un problema de Booking o del hotel, pero una pésima experiencia.
