- artemisdea (6/5): A bit disappointing - The location is great as very central but the apartment they gave us had lot of issues, the bathrooms were really small, the bedroom door would not open without making a huge noise and dragging on the wood floor, the bathroom floors looked dirty, the staff was not available for an issue with the door that wasnt closing at night, tried to call several times none answered, and they did not accommodate my request for breakfast. Too bad as we had a better experience at the other Almaria Ex Libris, but this one was not great.

Easy to access everything - The location of this place was perfect for accessing Chiado, just up the hill, and for time out market and pink street which was just downhill. If you’re over in Alfama you can take Tram 28 to the academia stop and it’s a quick walk from there. The staff was friendly and even when they were off hours helped us with a few things via What’s app. The apartment was spacious and breakfast was put in the refrigerator every morning for us to make some eggs and bacon.
- DallasMom1 (10/5): - We really got lucky booking Almaria da Corte. Charming, spacious, washer/dryer, fridge. Very well located, we were able to walk just about everywhere. Complimentary airport pick up on arrival was great - and we loved the fresh pastries they delivered to our apartment every morning. Although not an actual "hotel", the concierge was able to assist us with dining reservations. Would stay again.

Staff is very helpful and friendly, the location is central to restaurants/bars and walking place in general. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We did a two bedroom, and it had a full kitchen and living room! Breakfast was good- cheeses, sliced meat, fresh bread/pastries delivered daily, yogurt, and eggs that we could cook. We were told if we needed/wanted more food to let them know, but it was plenty. I liked everything about this apartment and would highly recommend it. There is an elevator, as well as stairs.

They refill the fruit tray - oranges and kiwi - and bring a bag of breads to your door each morning. The in-room washer-dryer combo machine is quiet and so convenient to have. One slight hardship was we could not figure out how to operate the room AC units. But it was cool enough at night to not stress too much about that. Plenty of dinnerware and small appliances for “at home” meals.

The space was beautifully decorated, cozy, and spotless — right in the heart of Lisbon and close to all the main attractions. The front desk team was amazing, especially Pedro, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. We also had a lovely view of the water from our apartment, which was a nice bonus. Just a heads-up for future guests: the bathroom doesn’t have a typical shower setup. It’s an old-school tub with a handheld hose, which might be a bit tricky for some, but we didn’t mind it at all — it added to the charm. Overall, a great stay. Highly recommend.

My first time in Lisbon and we really landed on our feet when we picked this apart hotel. They even laid on transfer from airport. Our two bed two bath roomed suite had a full kitted out kitchen and generous living room . The conversion of the old building was tastefully done - blending the old features with a modern feel. Ten out of ten on all fronts

The hotel provided all baby essentials (crib, high chair, baby bath) plus breakfast supplies every morning. The staff were warm and helpful we found our apartment immaculately clean when we returned from sight seeing every day. Highly recommend booking a river view apartment- we spent so much time watching the boats pass by on the water.

- Daniel (10/5): - Almaria Edifício da Corte was a great pick for our three days in Lisbon. It is right in the heart of the city, just a few minutes walk from the main train line/subway station. Tons of local restaurants and shops within a 10 minute walk. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Fresh bread / pastries were provided each morning as well as a selection of welcome snacks (cheese, meats, champagne, etc). The room itself was well equipped and beautifully decorated having everything we needed for our trip.

- Curious34903088973 (10/5): excellent in every way! - Modern, comfortable, clean, & well-located apartments in the Chiado section. Stayed in the Loft apartment, which was spacious and beautiful. Bed was wonderful and bathrooms were well-appointed. Delicious breakfast pastries and breads were delivered to the apartment every morning. Everything was excellent, but the best part was Joana at the desk. She made us feel welcome from our first moment, leaving her post to help us navigate the coffee machine in our apartment, recommending excellent restaurants and making reservations for us. All of this may seem to be just part of her job, but she went above and beyond to make us (and other guests we saw her interact with) have the best stay in her hotel and in her city. Could not have been better!
- Kim010 (10/5): Would Stay Here Again - This place is GREAT - we stayed in the Loft B room. Convenient location not far from Pink Street, very spacious, velvet couches, large dining table, plenty of lighting, combo washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms, large living area, decent sized kitchen with sufficient dishes/supplies, espresso machine pods and breakfast delivered to the room daily, bag of freshly baked rolls hung on the door every morning, and free airport transfers were all included in the rate we booked. Decor was upscale with attractive architectural features and large windows that opened to the street below. One caveat - our room was down one level of stairs. There is no elevator in the building nor did the staff offer to help with our luggage. Not an issue for us, but possibly worth requesting a ground floor room for others.

- 186vincew (10/5): Excellent choice for families - Our family had an excellent 1-week stay at this hotel in Lisbon, and we're happy to give it 5 stars! The staff were incredibly responsive and helpful. When we mentioned we hadn’t made plans yet, they recommended the best family-friendly activities and even helped us book a guided tour to Sintra. Our children especially loved the delicious breakfast each morning, with a great selection of freshly baked breads. The location was perfect—close to the town center and the water, making it easy for us to enjoy meals at nearby restaurants and the Time Out food market.

- FrankBilzen (10/5): Recommendable - Very spacious and stylish apartment, the location is just perfect. The breakfast (delivered in the fridge) is decent, there could be some more options, but you can ask whatever you want as options for the next day. The receptionists are very attentive, they helped us to book nice restaurants, helped to store the luggage and also guided us to treatment for our daughter who was ill. Thank you! A few remarks: The bread service is somewhat late for early birds, they deliver it between 8 and 8.30. You can ask the day before to get the bread in the evening. Some details could be improved in the interior - shower is somewhat worn out.
- Y8698ELpeterg (8/5): Not a hotel! But still not bad! - The objective appears to be to make the place feel like your urban apartment, and they succeed. Especially if it's your first apartment, with cheap small appliances (e.g. plastic coffee maker, a plastic wobbly showerhead, etc) and you haven't yet figured out how to set up surfaces to place items, e.g. in the bathroom, where there was no table, shelf, or cabinet at all. A shower curtain would also help, since the glass only covers half of the opening. The large appliances and supplies in the kitchen are fine and a welcome feature though. The service is pleasant, although there is a lot of info abt the apt and reception communications to keep track of (reception is only staffed part of the day). Also reception states you can use whatsapp during biz hrs and SMS outside of those hrs, but an SMS msg sent to the number at 7:30am went unanswered. The agent later apologized though. Breakfast items are placed in the kitchen the day before, with fresh bread and pastries delivered M-Sa after 8 am. Very nice! In all, a great option in a great location, as long as you're not expecting a full hotel experience.

My apartment exceeded my expectations and had every single amenity. Housekeeping staff was wonderful and always replenished everything that I finished. This accommodation was definitely a major highlight of my trip to Portugal. I’ve already recommended it to others. Don’t hesitate, just book this hotel. You’ll find that major landmarks and shopping are right outside your door. Almaria, please expand because I don’t think I can travel any other way. You guys spoiled me in the best way possible!

Front desk staff were amazing-friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We rented a 2 bedroom unit. To our pleasant surprise food was delivered everyday that we used for a light dinner or breakfast. Every morning left on our door was a bag full of fresh breads and pastry.

Filipe, at the front desk, went above and beyond to help us coordinate various aspects of our trip. He was always cheerful and very knowledgable, with great restaurant and tour recommendations. The suite itself was immaculate! Very spacious for a family of 5. We loved having the refrigerator stocked daily with ample breakfast foods and enjoyed the fresh bread/sweets delivered every morning. The hotel itself is fairly central to everything, and a quick walk to the metro. We would highly recommend this property!

- HANNAH (10/5): - A great place to stay. The special touches they did to make sure we have everything that we need during our stay. Stocked our fridge ahead of time. Fresh pastries and bread every morning was amazing. They emailed ahead of time if we have any dietary restrictions. We travelled with two kids with severe allergies to nuts and milk and they provided us with food that they can actually eat. I highly recommend this place especially for people with young family. Uber had a hard time locating the place and we got dropped off a little far from the apartment but that was just a inconvenience that we can live with. Close to pink street and time out market! Love the location! Highly recommend this place.

I have a torn ACL and am recovering from knee surgery. The hotel is in a steep hill and Ubers make you climb down the hill for a pick up. But if you have no mobility issues this is the best place ever.

It was sunny, comfortable, bigger than expected and the apartment was stocked with everything we needed. The breakfast was perfect, I loved the pastries by the door each AM. We also got afternoon breads in case we needed more excuses to eat the great food. Lovely place, I would recommend this location to anyone visiting Lisbon, especially if traveling with more than 2 people.

The apartment is located in the heart of the Lisbon tourist district. The apartment included a breakfast of bread, pastries, cheese, ham, eggs, and fruit. This was a great way to start the day.

The area/streets behind the apartment was pretty noisy for us, every night - seems like many young people spilling home after late night activities stand in the street below and continue to party. Their noise disturbed us most nights!! Would definitely recommend this property.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Overall it was not as expected. It was pretty basic and the breakfast was ok. One morning, there was no bread delivery so I had to call the reception which Only opens at 10. The location was good but one bed room; you don’t get to see anything but the other buildings unless you are on the higher floor. The rooms are overrated.
- I.S. (8/5): - Location is great! The Appartment is nicely designed, clean and generally convenient. The kitchen is well equipped and fresh bread is delivered every morning, which is fun. The front desk is operational from 10am to 7pm only. This can cause a problem when you need someone to talk to earlier/later, we had an issue with our access code and luckily it was slightly before 7pm, so there was someone present to assist us, otherwise, we would have been stuck outside the Appartment. The lobby is tiny and inconvenient. In the 4th floor Appartment, the ceiling is diagonal and low, all of us bumped into the ceiling at some point this trip, this is a safety hazard. The 4th bed wasn’t really a bed, it was a repurposed couch, and wasn’t comfortable for a full night sleep.

The staff at the front desk were extremely polite and helpful and gave us ideas for sightseeing, arranged airport transportation for us for 2am! They had many little extras which were included - fresh buns and croissant delivered each morning with jam, butter and fresh oranges for juicing. Highly recommend.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - This is a gem in downtown Lisbon, within 5 minutes of Cais de Sodré. The historic building has been renovated and tastefully decorated, with many different apartment layouts. If you choose to leave a cloth bag on the door it will be filled each morning with breakfast rolls and other goodies, and the kitchen lends itself to an occasional in-room meal, although with the options in Lisbon, that won't be common.There were some partiers making noise in the early morning, but closed windows cut most of the racket.
- Elut (10/5): Absolutely would stay here again! - It was one of the best hotel/apartment I've ever stayed in. I was just in town 1 day to visit an old family friend, just getting off a weeklong business trip in Spain. I'm American, first time in Portgual, and the front desk guy was so helpful, like how you would treat a guest coming into your own home. The "hotel" is more like an apartment setup, not very big so it felt like a family run operation (right or not). The apartment itself was big, was so nice. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to have an ideal location. It was just a 5 min walk to the Cais do Sodre rail and bus station, which is right by the river. I was able to hop onto an old boat that had been converted to taking tourists up and down the river. There's so much around the hotel area that I didn't need to book anything, just walk outside and there's so much going on right there!

He was courteous, offered good advice and his recommendations were all excellent. The freshly baked bread and croissants with fresh oranges for juice was a very nice touch.

But 2of th others had different rooms, smaller and very little clothes space. A pity photos only show the best room and not all rooms . Very nice anyway , great location and very clean.
- Dale (10/5): A nice surprise. - The Main entrance to the hotel Is on a street that needs cleaning up. But once you are inside, the hotel is very nice. We ended up with a two bedroom suite. Very comfortable and well appointed.

A private washer/dryer, coffee machine, freshly baked bread and croissants delivered to our door each morning plus milk/butter/jam provided daily with housekeeping made staying with kids very convenient. Jose was delightful. He was so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived providing assistance with anything we needed to ensure we didn’t miss a thing in beautiful Lisbon. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely stay again!

- Margarita (10/5): Great experience - Stayed at 1 br apartment, Lancaster room, 2nd floor. Great views, more like 4th floor on our side of the street ( get ready for some serious hills). Hotel is basically brand new, renovated comfortable bed, excellent space/ living room with full kitchen, even washer and dryer. Daily housekeeping, oranges to make your own orange juice, fresh bread and croissants, etc. provided each morning by local bakery, butter, jam all refilled daily. Let us, tomatoes, onions ready for you to make a salad at check in ( in case you hungry that very moment). Excellent air conditioning with 0 noise. Literally the quietest air conditioner I ever encountered at any hotel in the world. Shutters that block all light and noise- excellent to get rest. Great selection of plates, glasses, tea and coffee cups, utensils and anything you can think of kitchen comfort related including tea pot and coffee machine. The only thing I wish they can have larger size bath towels and better quality/softer”, Toilet paper can be softer and higher quality. Area is also excellent-close to supermarket ( 5 min walk) great for transportation to Sintra, Belem ( 5 min), 1 block from riverfront and walkable to all sites you may want to visit. Will definitely stay at this hotel again. We stayed at similar hotels in London, Paris, Barcelona and this one is by far takes 1st price.
