• Galoppa (1/5): Mai più. - Sconsiglio vivamente la struttura…sicuramente la signora molto disponibile ma del resto data la situazione lo avrei fatto anch’io. 40 euro di stanza con acqua corrente inesistente…confermata dalla signora stessa giustificando che fossimo al 5 piano. Acqua calda inesistente e non abbiamo potuto nemmeno farci la doccia…shampoo inesistente ma il sapone delle mani devo dire eccezionale. Televisione disintegrata e per di più facendoglielo presente esorde con questa frase“ si lo so si è rotta la scorsa settimana. Non vi allego la foto del bagno. Detto ciò a mai più e magari la prossima volta i prezzi fossero più consoni a ciò che si propone. Ah dimenticavo neanche la presa funzionava per caricare il telefono….a mai più .Parcheggio compreso..certo! 35 euro ho dovuto pagare al parcheggio riservato.

• Alexander (7/5): Zimmer okay. Nicht mehr nicht weniger. - Check in unkompliziert. Gemeinschaftsküche mit geringer Ausstattung. Kühlschrank vorhanden. Gute Anbindung an Centro storico, sowie U-Bahn. Supermarkt und Café/Bar direkt beim der Unterkunft. Es gab kein Frühstück (In der Buchung nicht inbegriffen). Man hört die anderen Zimmer, hellhörig. Der Park vor der Haustür kann gruselig sein.

• Pietro Formuso (2/5): Due notti da paura 😱 - Niente Bagno senza bidet, polvere ovunque, doccino non si mantiene, uscendo dalla doccia si allaga il bagno, il balcone aveva 2 porte e non se ne chiudeva nemmeno una, climatizzatore faceva rumore ma non ha mai funzionato, insomma una vera e propria notte al museo...IN TUTTI I SENSI, per me un alloggio del genere non dovrebbe essere nemmeno su booking
• M EUGENIA (7/5): Muy buena ubicación, luminoso, amplio pero con cocina poco equipada. - Muy buena ubicación. Cerca del Museo Arqueológico, Metro y centro histórico. Al ser un 5º piso es muy luminoso. Habitación amplia para 4 personas. En la misma calle supermercados para hacer compras y cafeterías y restaurantes. Los muelles de la litera crujían al mínimo movimiento. Echamos de menos alguna manta o colcha extra en las camas. En la cocina, la tostadora y el hervidor de agua no funcionaban. La ventana de la habitación y de la cocina no cerraban bien, por lo que se oía el tráfico y entraba frío.

Nessun piano d'appoggio in bagno, cuscini scomodi e sottili, ventola del bagno molto rumorosa nella stanza, macchinetta del caffè che funzionava male. Non c'è il bidet nel bagno, ma non ne era indicata la presenza nella descrizione, quindi è stato un mio errore. Gestione della struttura troppo impersonale: in tre giorni non abbiamo mai visto i gestori, ci siamo interfacciati solo tramite whatsapp
• Moritz (5/5): Geht so, werde nicht wieder kommen - Die Lage ist super Sehr laut, sehr hellhörig, Kommunikation mit Eigentümerin stressig und nicht angenehm. Alles per Whatsapp, viel Text, wenig Inhalt, viel Aufregung, wenig Entspannung. Ein B&B lebt eigtl. von netten Gastgebern und schöner Atmosphäre. Die gibt es nicht. Da wird einfach auf Effizienz "vermietet"

• MARINA (7/5): Постоянные переживания - Рядом с метро. Был шампунь для тела. Починить дверь на балкон, чтобы она закрывалась. Хозяин квартиры вводил в заблуждение. Перед заселением объявил, что я не оплатила пребывание. После запросил 70 евро туристический налог! Официальный Туристический налог в Неаполе для апартаментов 3,5 евро за ночь. Угрожал.

• Trejsi (7/5): Would not go back - Good location with easy access to public transport (metro & bus station 2 minute walk). The hosts were very kind and easy to communicate with. The bedroom was big enough for three people and the balcony had a nice view. When we arrived, the duvet on the bed had a white stain on it. Thankfully the hosts changed it for us the next day, but we did have to use it for that first night (too cold to sleep without it). Mornings were very loud in the street across the building starting around 7:30am. My friends and I were awaken by cars honking and ambulances passing by everyday. The room could probably use a mini fridge.
• Melanie (10/5): Pleasant family stay in Naples - We had a great stay at the B&B. We stayed there with our 1 year old. The kitchen had the basic amenities which were important to us, for insurance a kettle to prepare a bottle for our kid. The room was spacious and clean. Very central location. Everything in walkable distance. The hosts were very responsive and ensuring that everything is going well. Would recommend the B&B and stay there again the future.

The situation is at the center and near metro station. There is pharmacy and supermarket nearby. 1. No breakfast, only espresso cofee. 2. Any electric device does not work. TV was broken, the aicondition was off (and we felt cold) and hairdryer was dangerous of provoking electrocution. 3. Not good communication with the persons of these room (actually we did not see them) and when we text them to bring us an extra heating device because the a/c was off, they asked us two days later if the problem had been solved and of course we did not have heat at all. I am sure they believe in magic!

• Rubens (8/5): Overall it was an enjoyable stay. Even though the breakfast wasn't good, it was still with the stay. - The place is well located and the room was a good sized room with a balcony. The place was clean. The breakfast could be better. It was mostly some stale cakes and packaged toast. Unless you like packaged cakes I wouldn't count on breakfast. The air con wasn't working properly and it was a very hot time. I kept on being told that the A/C was fine. It was eventually fixed on the 2nd last day.

• Natalie (1/5): Do not book, severe plumbing issues - On the second night of our stay, sewage water came up through the shower drain and flooded our bathroom. Water came into the bedroom as well and the smell was awful. The host was rude and dismissive, blamed us for the flooding, and refused to provide alternative facilities, meaning we were unable to use a toilet or shower for half of our stay. In the kitchen, the food for breakfast wasn’t changed during our stay and water was also leaking from the boiler onto the drying rack.

• Sabina (1/5): Absolutely terrible. - Nothing We booked a non refundable accommodation for two nights in Naples by booking.com with a rating of 8.4. When we arrived we noticed already the room was in a condition not according to the pictures and descriptions of booking.com. Not only the room was smelling very bad, but also it in a very bad / dirty / outdated state, especially the bathroom. The WC and water tab were broken and dirty and the furniture was falling apart. In addition the Neighbourhood and room view are also very bad. When I contacted the host, they did not respond accordingly. Ultimately I decided to check out the second day, therefore I only stayed one of the two nights I paid for.

• Teri (6/5): The room was simple but clean and in a good location. - Very close to the Archaeological Museum. Had an elevator to the 5th floor facility, generous breakfast foods available 24h. We were allowed to take our bags up before rooms were available. Had a nice balcony over the very busy street, but the view was pleasant. 24h Parking garage across the street. Owner gave very good instructions via WhatsApp how to get into the building, use the elevator and access the room. Was close to the airport, only 8 minute drive at 0330. Paper thin walls and an unhappy toddler awakening all through the night crying with his parents admonishing him was not fun. Beds were not the most comfortable but manageable. More like a dorm room.

• Olga (7/5): Good value for money room in a flat with shared kitchen - The room was very comfortable and clean with quite a few towels. There was also a small balcony with some chairs which we used to read our books. The price for two nights was quite good and the accommodation was close to the centre (10-minute walk to Piazza Bellini). The elevator of the building works only when you put money in and so we didn't use it at all, having to climb the stairs up to the 5th floor every time. This was a bit inconvenient but understandable. Also, the breakfast was not as varied as we would like but included yogurts and some cakes. The last thing that I particularly didn't like was that the host texted me after the end of our stay to tell me not to post any negative feedback on the platform and to give them a 10-star review. This is not how platforms like Booking should work! We should always give our honest feedback to help future travellers decide which accommodation is the best fit to their needs :))

• Imola (3/5): Disappointing - The breakfast wasn't the same as they said to be. No answer for our requests. The food we left in the kitchen were thrown out while we were out. (Half bottle of gin) Noises - noisy bathroom, the walls are thin, hearing the flush from the other rooms/apartmans, hard to open and close the door, which is noisy. You will get up every single time anyone open/close a door, flush the toilett.

Unfortunately the location is very busy and quite noisy. Every effort has been made to dampen the traffic noise and ear plugs helped too

• Stefania (7/5): basic, a little expensive for what we got. - location was very good next to metro station Museum and in a walking distance from popular areas of Napoli. Breakfast was good, giving also the option to make a coffee before leaving the room. Bathroom had a bad smell not very strong, but you could feel it almost all the time while at the room. There was also no soundproofing and the doors could not be closed easily and that made a lot of noise. Every day we were waking up at 06.30 because of noise and the outer window shutters could not block day light, even there was a window roller.

• Milou (6/5): All in all, an underwhelming stay. I've stayed in better B&Bs for the same budget in Naples. - The best thing about this B&B is it's central location. You can easily take the metro to get anywhere, or walk to the city center. The breakfast was ok, and it was nice that there were snacks and coffee available. The beds were uncomfortable (we both woke up with back pain), there was no staff to open the doors (so we had to wait for a neighbour to exit the building), the building was very noisy, the shower didn't have warm water, so we washed with water from the sink (which also only became warm after running it for close to five minutes), as we had to leave for a meeting. In general it just feels like one of those fully automated properties that exist only for making money, not for quality or service.
