- Arden (6/5): The pictures of the hotel are not Zana Hotel - None of the pictures on Expedia.ca are where we were placed. The pictures on Expedia are of the main house and compound. Where we stayed was down a dusty road not on the property shown on Expedia. Our accommodations were new and quite nice. When we arrived and during our stay of 3 days there was not any Internet or cable TV. Expedia says there is breakfast provided. We were informed that was not correct because it was not noted on our booking confirmation. I checked the Expedia website and breakfast is offered on all three booking choices for Zana Hotel Show Room. The sheets did not stay on the bed so we ended up on the mattress as the bottom sheet did not fit the bed. It was an annoying experience which I have not had with previous bookings with Expedia. Why are there price tags on dishes, pillows, furniture?
