- Claudia (9/5): Genial - La ubicación, la vista, el personal de la recepción muy atento y colaboradores. El apartamento es amplio y limpio. No es mayor cosa. Pero sería un plus que tengan un baño adaptado para personas con dificultad de movimiento. Por lo demás todo excelente 👌

- Vanessa (10/5): - Comme la chambre était déjà prête à notre arrivée nous avons pu faire le check in d'avance, c'était aussi un gros plus d'avoir accès à une laveuse. La piscine était super et l'emplacement en face de la mer! Nous avons oublié des chandails à notre check out et le propriétaire nous les a fait parvenir via un transport local, il a été très sympathique et accommodant!
- Marco (1/5): - Nell'appartamento non c'è acqua calda. Fosse stato segnalato, non avremmo affittato. Il proprietario alle nostre proteste ha dato 3 versioni differenti. La prima: avrebbe provveduto lunedì (cosa che non è avvenuta). La seconda: non era colpa sua ma dell'azienda del gas. La terza: tutte le case a Cartagena sono senz'acqua calda perchè il clima lo consente (grossa bugia, nella altre abitazioni dove abbiamo soggiornato l'acqua calda c'era eccome). E comunque in casa c'è una caldaia per l'acqua calda rotta e arrugginita, di cui allego le foto, a testimoniare che un tempo questo "optional" era disponibile. Inoltre il condizionatore in una camera non funziona, l'appartamento è scarsamente insonorizzato, si sente tutto il rumore del traffico, mentre il venerdì e il sabato nel condominio c'è musica a tutto volume fino alle 4 del mattino

- Primera (10/5): - Excelente todo, el apartamento superó mis expectativas. Muy cómodo, la vista ni se diga! Las instrucciones fueron todo el tiempo claras y no tuve problemas con nada. Sin duda volvería!
- donatella (1/5): Non classificabile - Manca una cosa essenziale in un'abitazione civile: l'acqua calda per farsi una doccia. Di fronte alla mie proteste il proprietario ha asserito di non aver mai scritto su Booking che l'appartamento era fornito di acqua calda. Probabilmente per lui lavarsi ogni giorno è un optional. Comunque in casa c'è una caldaia, è arrugginita e fuori uso, e il gas nel fornello della cucina arriva, sarebbe bastato sostituire la caldaia per rendere l'appartamento abitabile anche da ha l'abitudine di farsi la doccia quotidianamente.

- Carlos (9/5): Un agradable lugar frente al mar. - La ubicacion es excelente, tienes el mar al frente tuyo con una excelente vista, incluso desde el balcón es casi como si estuvieses en la misma playa. Tines todo en la cocina a tu disposicion para preparar, una cafetera, una nevera amplia. Las habitaciones son comodas con aire acondicionado, dos camas dobles. La sala es agradable, si abres la puerta delantera y la puerta del balcón tienes permanente un viento mas que agradable, para que más!!. Efectivamente el trafico por la avenida del frente es un poco caótico. El ruido en el dia se siente, aunque la insonorizacion en la habitación es adecuada para poder descansar. Lo importante de esto es la desconfianza para cruzar a la playa que queda justo en frente debido a que no hay un semaforo para el cruce y los carros pasan con bastante afán, hay personas de transito que ayudan en el dia pero en la noche tiene su peligro. La politica de la ciudad es el cierre de la playa en la noche, importante tener en cuenta los horarios.

- Gloria (10/5): GREAT - The flat is very well equipped with all essentials and the locations is perfect - we walked to the city centre and was only 13 mins. Pool and jacuzzi were amazing and not crowded at all. Beach is right there and we found chairs very easy! nothing, the whole experience was amazing and the host was very friendly from the beginning

Other than that everything was good. The rooms were a little outdated but it felt like a Colombian vacation. If that makes sense. I basically liked everything about it. I can’t complain. Had a great time. I even blasted music all night no complaints.

- Richard (10/5): Exceptional - We had a small delay at check in and the owner went above and beyond after that experience. We were really impressed with his hospitality. The apartment is in a great location directly on the ocean across from the beach and a short distance from the historic center. We thought it was a great value for this style of apartment with large balcony, view, large bedrooms, hotel style pool etc. The infinity pool is absolutely spectacular and never had many people at it. Sunset there was beautiful. Small grocery store, simple restaurants with menu del día, etc. nearby so you can do the trip on a budget or your near very high end stuff as well. Close to the airport too. Great value, I'd highly recommend
