The bed is super comfortable and the area very quiet at night to get some good rest. The breakfast is really good. Everything you could want, they have it. Overall it was a great stay and would love to stay there again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Book it! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - I really don’t know where to start. Everything is so perfect about this place. One thing I want to mention is that we used to stay at another hotel in the area that was really good but I am glad I gave Sonesta a try. The second I booked it I knew that this was going to be a great choice. Breakfast was included in the price and the variety is noticeable. Let’s fast forward to check in, we were welcomed by John, one of the sweetest people we’ve encountered in a hotel. Then, Natalia (also known as Katie Holmes) helped us check-in in the nicest way possible. Throughout the whole stay, we were treated with so much love by every person we interacted with. Zenaida, Dayanna, Roque, John, Laura, the guy with the pandeyucas and the one that made the best macchiatos on Tuesday 7.1 and Wednesday 7.2. There are a couple more guys in the front desk that I am sorry I didn’t get your names but know that you are equally appreciated. There were 3 packages delivered to me and they made sure I received them. Last but not least, Liliana Lizcano, so thoughtful, so fun, so sweet, very professional yet she managed to make the time to have lovely conversations with us full of laughter and love. This hotel is perfectly run. From the meticulously cleaned rooms, to the AC, to the breakfast food choices, view & area, to the rooftop restaurant to the very mice connections to more than plenty of restaurants, transportation and shopping. We’ll be back a million times. THANK YOU!

- Opo (6/5): - The hotel is situated inside a Mall which is good. The rooftop restaurant is great and some staff is friendly. The room is kind of dirty with some mold in the bathroom. The pool is very small and uncomfortable. Definitely not a family hotel.

Also if you ask for water on the 7th floor restaurant the staff is only allowed to sell you abottle but cannot provide you with a glass of water. My friend had to register twice

The breakfast is balanced between local cuisine and common international breakfast options. It also has an awesome rooftop where you can enjoy a nice dinner, amazing drinks and awesome music!

Usamos el jacuzzi la primera noche y en la mañana estuvimos disfrutando de las zonas sociales que están llenas de naturaleza.

- Toowah (4/5): - The hotel requires women with long hair to use a swimming cap while in the pool. This policy is not in the description of the hotel. If you do not have a swimming cap you must buy one from the front desk. If a swimming cap is required and it is not mentioned before in the hotel description, the swimming cap should be offered free. My friend had tied her hair up and said she would not place her head under water, but she was refused.
