- Szilvia (9/5): Máskor is jövünk!😎 - Szuper helyen van és nagyon komfortos . Már szezon vége volt, már az étterem nem volt nyitva, de mivel van konyha a szobában ezért nem zavart minket. Kiemelném és 5 csillagot adnék Zoltánnak , ( ügyeletes) , aki megkönnyítette az érkezésünket és az ott töltött időnket. Köszönet neki és minden elismerésünk, örömmel jövünk jövőre is!

- Katalin (10/5): - Többször voltunk már itt, szeretjük a környezetet, a pálya közelségét, a reggeli és a vacsora fantasztikus, mindenki nagyon kedves. A 2126-os szobában voltunk, a fürdőben folyamatosan kellemetlen csatornaszag volt, ezt távozáskor jeleztem. A konyhai részen egy modernebb mikrohullámú sütő jó lenne, 2x melegítettem tejet benne de mindkétszer szikrázott a gép valami miatt. Utána nem használtuk. Ezeken kívül minden rendben volt, jövőre is megyünk.

- Szilvia (9/5): Szívesen visszamegyünk hely. - Jó helyen helyezkedik el s hotel. Nagyon kedvesek voltak a recepción az étteremben és a bárban is. Hiába raktuk ki a takarítás táblát nem volt egyszer sem takarítás s 4 nap alatt csak törölköző csere 😔

I had a nice breakfast, a big room wiht a nice balcony and a small kitchen (same space as the room). I did not try many things though, I spent one night with 2 day skiing. Nothing to mention.

- Tina (7/5): - Odlična lokacija hotela z brezplačnim parkiriščem za vozilo. Uporaba saun in sobe za smuči. Odličen zajtrk s prijetnim osebjem, ki so poznali naš jezik. V sobi ni bilo copat za obisk saune. V sauni ni niti bilo niti enega vrča vode s plasticnimi kozarčki in kosa za smeti. V sobi za mir in pocitek je bilo preglasno, saj so bili v sosednji sobi v igralnici razigrani otroci...to pripisujem slabi razporeditvi prostorov.

- Filip (8/5): - Excellent location very close to the ski area, which made getting to the slopes very easy and convenient. The breakfast was solid with a good selection, and overall the hotel offers good value for the stay. Breakfast can get quite crowded, especially during peak hours, and the check-in process was rather slow. The parking situation is also inconvenient because the hotel consists of several buildings. If you are staying in a different building than where your car is parked, carrying larger items like ski equipment can be difficult since you have to go through tunnels or walk outside in the snow. It would be much easier if each building had its own parking area. The spa area could also be improved. It is located right next to the play room, which makes it quite noisy, and guests in the wellness area are not reminded to keep quiet, which takes away from the relaxing atmosphere.

- STANKA (9/5): Pri oddihu je pomembno vse zgoraj navedeno, to ti naredi dopust boljši. - Zajtrk odličen, lokacija top zraven smučišča, osebje zelo prijazno- potrudijo se te pizdraviti v tvojem jeziku.Čistoča je zelo pomembna in to res dosegajo. V savni bi samo izpostavila, da v parni savni ni opremljeno s cevjo za vodo, da lahko spereš preden se usedeš , do sedaj sem to v vseh savnah videla, da je to opremljeno

- Franz (8/5): Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in Skilift-Nähe - Die Lage ist Spitze - zum Kreischberg-Skilift sind es vom Haus 4 nur ca. 150 m - d.h. der Lift ist leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Skikeller im Haus vorhanden (möglicherweise keine Halterungen mit Heizung für die Schischuhe ...). Lift ist im Haus. Im gebuchten Zimmer war eine kleine Küchenzeile für eventuelle Selbstverpflegung. Badewanne im Badezimmer vorhanden. Jede Menge DEUTSCHE (SAT)-Sender im TV (nicht selbstverständlich, da. viele ungarische Gäste). Kleiner Saunabereich ist unterirdisch erreichbar. Badetücher und Bademantel kostenlos an der Rezeption erhalten. Frühstück reichhaltig und voll in Ordnung - vielleicht etwas mehr Obst. Personal sehr aufmerksam beim Abservieren. Frühstücksraum (und Raum für Abendessen) nur im EG des Hauses Nr. 5 - daher für alle anderen Häuser nur über die Straße erreichbar (nicht so, wie der Wellness-Bereich ...). Entspannungs-Musik im Wellness-Bereich viel zu laut. Ungewohnt für österreichische Gäste: In der Sauna wird Badekleidung getragen.

- Dóra (9/5): It was a great stay and if we come back to ski here we definitely will choose the same hotel again. - The location is perfect, 3 minute walk from the ski storage room to the slopes, very easily reachable even in ski boots. The half board dining was great, we always had different options and everything was very tasty. The staff in the kitchen are the kindest, always smiling, always being helpful and nice. The wellness was also great, 3 sauna and a cold water pool, with some relaxation area. The room was a great size, but it was obvious that they are designed for 2 people not a family or 3 people. At the extra bed there was no desk, night stand, or plug for the phone. The beds are not really comfortable and pillows are so thin that they are basically non-existent. The shower is hard to start but after easy to use, but not the best.

- Magdalka (7/5): - Rövid sétatávra van a felvonó, a személyzet rendkívül kedves, a reggelinél nagy a választék és finom volt. A meleg vizet nagyon sokáig kell folyatni, hogy ténylegesen melegedjen és maximum langyos legyen. A bútorok és a konyhai felszerelések, gépek felett eljárt az idő, a matrac cserére szorul. A szobát a mellett levő szobától egy zárt ajtó választja el, így a szomszédokon múlik, hogy mennyire zavarják a másik vendég nyugalmát.

Бронювали ще в листопаді, писав їм на пошту ніхто навіть нечитав пошту.Посилили невтой корпус, що ми просили. Прибирання відсутьне від слова ЗОВСІМ, одинраз прибрали і замінили рушники після скандала на рецепції. Повна некомпетентність персоналу. Дешева (робоча сила) з Угорщини нічого не роблять. Поскаржитися нема кому там своя (мафія) один одного покриває, гості їх не цікавлять апсолютно. ВЛАСНИКІВ, ПРОСИМО ЗВЕРНУТИ УВАГУ за персоналом і контрольом за їх роботою. Ресторан, їда, РЕСПЕКТ ПОВАРАМ, а з адміністратором проведіть бесіду, щоб непродавали воду з крана розлиту в пляшки по 5€ Обманювати неможна. ГАНЬБА. Надіємося на виправлення помилок.

- Dóra (10/5): Csak ajánlani tudjuk! - A szállás szuper, tiszta, jó az elhelyezkedése, közvetlenül a sífelvonó mellett van, több kerékpáros útvonal is indul innen. A szauna és a wellness részleg is tiszta, rendezett. Sok parkolóhely van a szállás körül. Nem volt semmi probléma!
- Vladimir (9/5): Great hotel for a ski trip. - Stayed with the family for a week of skiing. We booked half-board. Room was spacious and clean. Food was excellent and with enough variety. Staff was very friendly. Hotel location is great - 5 mins walk to ski depo and the gondola. Nothing major. Hotel is spread across several buildings, so it may happen that you need to walk outside to go to restaurant and spa.

- Susanne (8/5): Tolle Lage u. schönes Hotel, finde sehr schade dass im September KEINE Seilbahnen in Betrieb sind!! - Zum Frühstück gab es Alles was man gerne mag zum Frühstück, Gebäck, Käse und Paprika waren immer frisch.
- Martina (8/5): - Das Servierpersonal ist wirklich sehr gut aufeinander abgestimmt und sehr fleißig und aufmerksam Polster zu dick und schwer. Leider wird keine Gästekarte angeboten für eine Ermäßigung beim Lift. Es wäre vorteilhaft bereits bei der Buchung auswählen zu können ob man eine Karte haben möchte oder nicht und bezahlt dann halt um € 5,-- mehr.
