- Jenny (5/5): Zu viel erwartet, zu teuer für das was man bekommt - Leider viel zu überteuert für das was geboten wird. Bad ganz klein, wenn geduscht wird steht alles unter Wasser. Decke im Bad hatte Flecken, der Waschschrank löste sich unten schon auf. Rest des Zimmers ok. Alles sehr unpersönlich, Frühstücksraum wie in einer Jugendherberge, Essen nichts besonderes. Brötchen waren so hart als wären sie vom Vortag. Das Personal bekam kaum ein guten Morgen raus. Einzig und allein die Herren an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich. Schön war das Aussengelände, alles andere enttäuschend Zimmer, Essensraum, Frühstück, alles unpersönlich und Mitarbeiter die nicht ein Lächeln auf den Lippen haben sondern eher genervt wirkten

- Engelbertus (8/5): Prima hotel voor een paar nachten dichtbij Boedapest - Hotel is in een prachtig gebouw gevestigd. Vriendelijk personeel. Kamer was niet groot, maar dat stond ook in de beschrijving. Goede douche. Matras een beetje aan de harde kant, maar prima op geslapen. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en meer dan voldoende. Gratis parkeren op het terrein. Wat mij zeer stoorde is dat ik na de incheck formaliteiten voor de kamer wilde betalen en op de betaalautomaat werd aangegeven dat ik een fooi kon geven. De (overigens erg vriendelijke) dame aan de balie bevestigde dat ik de mogelijkheid had om een fooi te geven. Maar waarvoor dan? Dat iemand gewoon haar werk doet en mijn naam in de computer zet en een sleutel voor de kamer geeft???

- Frank (9/5): Um das "City" Leben zu genießen und dabei Nachts ruhig zu schlafen, super! - Es war in den Hügeln von Buda nur ca. 8 km vom Zentrum entfernt und besonders ruhig mit einem kleinen sehr gepflegtem Park mit altem Baumbestand zum flanieren ums Haus. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Personal freundlich und zuvor kommend. In der ganztägig geöffneten Kaffee - Bar gab es nicht Alles was auf der Karte stand der Service hatte Ersatz Lösungen. Das Frühstück war bedingt gut und hatte eher etwas von einer guten Kantine.

- sartore (5/5): - No me gustó el alojamiento. Nos dieron una habitación con camas separadas y mi marido apenas cupo (1,80 mts) El hotel es muy lejos, a pesar que está informado. El baño no tiene receptáculo de dicha y el agua se sale por el baño. El desayuno muy rico. El lugar es lindo, el hotel también. El primer empleado dd recepción encantador y diligente. Al día siguiente de contar el problema de nuestra habitación camas separadas y muy chicas, creo que era habitación para niños, no fue lo elegido, la chica respondió que juntáramos las camas y que el largo era el mismo en todas las camas… No lo recomiendo.

Surely a nice weather would better complement the stay. Would like to return for a sunnier and longer stay. I would appreciate a full glass curtain to the shower.

Pozele de pe Boking ,sunt departe de realitate .Am ajuns la locatie in jurul ore 12 .Ni s-a spus la receptie ca nu putem face cechinu-l pana la ora 14 deoarece se face curatenie .Dar pentru 5000 forinti ne poate primi pe loc (este finalizata curatenia )au vrut sa ne jecmaneasca de 5000 Am refuzat binenteles oferta lor .Seara cand ne-am intors la cazare ,au spus ca nu mai camere decat la masarda . Pentru 3 adulti ,cu totul altceva decat am platit noi.Deci in concluzie ,fugiti de acesta locatie , nu va recomand sa va cazati aici .Apropo, receptionerul mi-a spus cand i-am reclamat problema cu camera ,ca una e ce rezervi si una e ce primesti .

- VANJA (8/5): - Bili smo za Novu godinu. Padao je sneg, pa je bilo poprilicno romanticno, jer je hotel daleko od gradske guzve, okruzen prirodom. Sobe su ciste i veoma tople, tj. grejanje je radilo odlicno. Dorucak svedski sto, ali jednolican, poprilicno oskudan. Ako ne dodjete medju prvima moze se desiti da ponestane nesto od hrane jer ne dopunjuju ovale. Osoblje je bilo izuzetno namrgodjeno i neljubazno, pogotovo servirke. Parking je obezbedjen ispred hotela, ali poprilicno mali, pa nam se jedan dan desilo da nismo imali gde da parkiramo. Udaljenost od centra je poprilicna, oko 15km, ali smo isli kolima, pa nam nije smetalo.

Price was fair. You have free parking which was a big plus Room was pretty cold and did not warm up until morning due to the high ceiling

Pozornosť od personálu vo forme šampanského nakoľko manžel mal narodeniny nasledujúci deň. Čistota. Pekne vkusne zariadené. Trocha nám vadilo,že v kúpeľni bola sprcha iba záves sprchovací a voda tiekla všade v kúpeľni.kedze nebola sprchovacia vaňa alebo aspoň nejako vyhradené ten sprchovací kút. Inak všetko v poriadku.

- Göbbel (8/5): - Das Gebäude und die Anlage sind super schön. Parken im Innenhof war kostenlos möglich. Das Zimmer war geräumig und schön. Für den Hund haben wir 10 Euro/ Nacht entrichtet. Das Badezimmer etwas klein, für eine Nacht ausreichend und funktionell. Das Frühstück war spärlich.

- Elena (1/5): Does not deserve even 1 star - This was by far the worst accommodation I have ever experienced. It absolutely does not deserve any star, let alone 4 stars. After reading other reviews mentioning that this is a state-owned property, it became very clear to me that the stars are simply self-awarded. For the first time in my life, I had to sleep fully dressed, with the window wide open in the middle of winter, because the overwhelming smell of chlorine in the bed linen and towels was unbearable. It was so strong that it literally burned my airways. When I complained at the reception, I met other guests who were reporting exactly the same issue. We were told that all the linen is washed with chlorine and that there is no alternative. The bathroom was shocking: dirty, poorly maintained, with linoleum on the walls, something I have never seen before. The level of hygiene was unacceptable. Breakfast was just as disappointing. The coffee was undrinkable — it didn’t even smell like coffee. Overall, this place was extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid it.

We have come really late, after the evening around the city, exhausted, waiting to go to bed. It turned out I booked the room for the wrong year, but the friendly staff helped us correct the booking on the spot and we continued further on relaxed. The staff was also very friendly during breakfast. We have all the praise, thank you for a lovely experience 🙂 -
