Couldn’t find the location at first and google didn’t go directly to it. Asking people where it’s located and they didn’t know. Hidden Location of the hotel, even though it was easy to get to the train station and food restaurants, it’s hidden from view and nobody would see it cause it’s not visible.

- Elena Gonchar (10/5): Wonderful weekend in New York - Comfortable bed, good breakfast, excellent Wi-Fi. But most importantly, parking. I got a spot for $30 a night and could rent a car whenever I wanted. The location is convenient, five minutes from the metro and two stops from the Central Terminal. The air conditioning is easily adjustable. There are a desk and chair, a sofa, a coffee machine, a refrigerator… all the amenities you'd expect. This information may be important to some: it's close to a traffic hub, and the noise of traffic is constant. However, it didn't bother me.

A great choice for family, couples, solo or business travel.

- marnoosh (10/5): Good value (for NYC) - Exceeded my expectations for - accessibility to subway and food; cleanliness of room and common area; training room with Peloton bike; friendly helpful reception Met my expectations for - breakfast selection/time; bed quality - comfortable though soft for me; room size/decor/TV/coffee quality Only issue was we could hear people in the hallway, which disturbed our sleep at night and early morning - suggest a room farther from elevator

- diceki (10/5): The best not far from the city , just one train ride and it was a comfortable and lovely place - Great service ! and front door is 24/7 service, if your flight lands in the middle of the night they allow you to check in late , provides great breakfast and if you stay more then one day the clean your room and make your bed , will stay again and would recommend! 10/10 i love everything

- mel7155 (8/5): Pretty surprised that Hyatt place are so poor in the USA. - I stay in many Hyatt hotels in Europe, Asia, Africa and they are all universally very good - be it the Hyatt regency, Hyatt place , Hyatt centric , Grand Hyatt and Hyatt brand. This is the first time I stayed in a Hyatt place in US and it was a vast step down . Let me talk about the good : -Nice clean room and mirrors and good running water . -Decent but simple breakfast . - good location to Manhattan area and relatively safe area Not good -Staff were very mechanical and not as friendly or good as the other Hyatt brands I stayed . They are very transactional and very meh . -You have to check your bill carefully - staff didn’t do due diligence and was going to charge to my account a car parking charge from some unscrupulous driver from Pennsylvania who registered his/her car under my room account to get free parking !! The staff didn’t check . - It felt more like a motel than a hotel . Would u stay in this Hyatt or Hyatt brands in USA? Answer is no ! The not so good
