Oscar (4/5): Estadía hotel Malibú Sincelejo - Muy regular la atención, no se le vio el deseo de querer acertar al personal que me atendió, La negativa y obstáculo estuvo de primera mano. No encontré amabilidad en el personal.
Verified traveler (4/5): Its ok - Its ok. The check in is very slow and you need to understand Spanish. The junior suite is large. Be sure to call ahead to Double-check the details of your reservation before you arrive. I reserved a king but had to sleep on a double. There are a lot of gekos in the hallways. There are a ton of restaurants nearby.
Shep (8/5): Call ahead to verify bed options - My "guaranteed" reservation for a single King was not honored and I had to accept two double beds. A double bed is way too small for me and reception refused to give me any price reduction.

Verified traveler (6/5): - Tenía una necesidad, llamé a la recepción y NUNCA me respondieron, pasados los 40 minutos, me devolvieron el llamado a la habitación. Hice la solicitud y solucionaron en otros 40 minutos. No me cambiaron las toallas durante las 3 Noches que estuve ahí. No vuelvo más, y tampoco lo recomiendo a nadie!

Y los taxis no tienen como llegar por los huéspedes a la puerta del hotel, por el contrario debes caminar algunos metros bajo un caliente sol. Personalmente, estaba recien intervenida quirúrgicamente y me prohibieron la exposición directa al sol, pero debía caminar hasta donde el taxi podía ingresar

Es necesario incrementar las acciones para mejorar el arreglo de las habitaciones luego del primer día de estancia.
