On my last day after I checked out, I went to put my stuff in my car, I went back to get some ice and the the way out I noticed a color guy walking behind my car, like passing by, as I left my car warned me 2 doors were open, I pulled over and my back and trunk door were jammed. I got scared and then is when I realized what he was doing, trying to open my car.

I just had a sip and threw it away. The meat selection only offered ham. It needed sausage or bacon as the main item if not an additional item.

The rooms were nice and well kept. There were cookies and fruit infused water for guests in the lobby. Stronger shower water pressure.

When you walk in always smells fresh that's a plus never change that please 🙏 It was a little disappointing that there was a hand towel dirty in the bathroom sink. But then I remembered that I used to be a housekeeper in a hotel and this things happen when there's events and you have to do a good job but you're stressed about being fast. I'm sure that it was not intentional and please if you're coaching your staff about this do it with love because the room and bathroom where clean. Bed was not comfortable but it was worth it because of the privacy of the hotel.

It takes the hot water about 10min to warm up, and it still doesn’t get too hot….. There was make up and hair all over the comforter…. There was food crumbs on the floor.

There was overfilled trashcans on my floor that didn't seem to get cleaned up in a timely manner. It made me concerned of possible pests that might be lingering.

- Justin (8/5): A good value for money, friendly hotel. - Easy to find, clean, good size rooms and friendly staff. On arrival we were greeted by an exceptional member of staff (David), who was extremely helpful and made us welcome. The team throughout were friendly and we were comfortable throughout our stay. In the room the sound on the tv did not work, and there was an issue with the shower door not staying closed. We did not complain as we were only staying 3 nights and were comfortable in the room. Breakfast lacked some variety, specifically the only fruit on offer was apples. When there do a couple of days it can be monotonous.

Ruhiges Zimmer möglich, wenn man abseits vom Highway ist. Tolle Kaffeemaschine. Zimmer sind modern und gut ausgestattet. Ruhig in der Nacht. Pool ist sehr kalt und nicht zum Schwimmen geeignet. Keine Schatten Plätze. Frühstück ist eher dürftig, kurze Zeit bis 9.00 Uhr....Manche Gäste lassen ihre Familie zusätzlich ins Hotel und belagern lautstark den Pool....Pool ist leider auf der Highway Seite und es ist sehr laut... Das Zimmer wird nur alle 3 Tage gereinigt.

Hispanic receptionist a lady with glasses that checked us in was so rude and when I asked why we were being charged again for the room she couldn’t tell me why, was very argumentative and very unprofessional. Didn’t tell us what room we were in looked like we were bothering her and her coworker when we arrived. So unprofessional I’ve never had any experience like that anywhere else I’ve stayed at. When I asked for a receipt she seemed bothered that I asked for one. Not staying at this property again.

- liz (10/5): sofa bed no sheets - The only thing I found kind of odd was the sofa bed had no sheets. I had to go downstairs and ask for the sheets and extra towels. I didn't understand why I wasn't asked if I needed the sheets at check in. We were a family and I had everyone listed on my reservation.
