- madonas (10/5): Would definitely recommend! - Friday night after the Redding Rodeo and dancing at the after party we decided to use our Bonvoy app and booked a room at the Sheraton. Couldn't believe they had a room available! We booked it, walked in, checked in & grabbed a snack at the little store. STAFF: Friendly ROOM: Spacious, very CLEAN and smelled clean also. This is important because so many times the other hotel rooms have lingering smell like someone had smoked in it. Simple decor. BED: The bed was so comfortable! Medium firm with pillowy topper. PILLOWS: comfy, nice amount of support, not lumpy or separating by morning time. PRICE: Little pricey but was probably due to the Rodeo and proximity. More than I would normally pay if I were going to stay more than one night. COFFEE: available in the room. FRIDGE: yes WATER: 1 small complimentary bottle, 1 large $5 bottle. BONUS: Our stay also Included up to $15 free snacks! RESTAURANT/BAR: Mosaic POOL: Yes OVERALL: Would definitely recommend!

Unable to give us the room we had booked and had text and email confirmations. Homeless inside lobby and throughout parking lot. Drug use in parking lot. We will NEVER stay again. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The Mosiac restaurant is truly one of our favorite places. The sea bass entree and pizza with onion jam are just amazing. You must see the outdoor activities also.

The bed was superb, the room was quiet and clean without a chemical smell, and somehow the air filtration system made the room not stuffy. We enjoyed using the Club room amenities. - Allison (7/5): Nice stay, but when you pay tip dollar and can’t sleep it is disappointing. - Great location. The restaurant was also very good, just beware if you sit outside around sun down there are mosquitos, they did have some tiki lanterns that helped keep them away pretty well. The pool was great, but very limited chairs, so get there early if you plan to have an all day pool day like we did. Unfortunately, there was a lot of night time construction that was very noisy. Also, the people below us were out on their patio until 3AM, so we didn’t get much sleep. I did call to complain about the people downstairs, but that didn’t seem to make a difference. All of the bath care products were scented like men’s deodorant. The complimentary coffee in the lobby was not well stocked each day when we tried to grab some. The TV sound was off from the screen slightly. Seems a little tacky to have to pay for parking.

The Mosaic Restaurant on the property is a real bonus. Easy access to the Sundial Bridge and botanical gardens. Over several years, I have been a frequent patron of this hotel. My experiences here have always been superior. Check-in is always personable and easy. Rooms are always clean and well-appointed. I book Club Level so I can enjoy Happy Hour wine/beer, snacks, coffee machine, and a cooked breakfast in a nice lounge area. I frequent the Sheraton @ Sundial Bridge regularly in my travels to/from the Bay Area. Highly Recommend!!

The rooms are consistently clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Our trip from Seattle to Palm Springs has become an annual tradition, and this hotel makes the perfect overnight stop for us. The location is convenient, and the experience is always reliable and relaxing after a long day of travel. We look forward to returning each year and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Redding.

The young woman checking us in was super friendly and helpful as well as patient with my 11 year old and all his questions. The hotel was immaculately cleaned in spite of it being muddy and raining outside. Our room was a two queen on the second floor and the beds were soft and comfortable. Late in the evening we discovered our TV had a dark, blue picture and when we told guest services they checked with maintenance and determined it couldn’t be repaired. They not only upgraded our room to a 2 queen balcony with Sheraton Club access, but also sent someone with a luggage cart and new keys to help us move rooms who was also very kind and helpful. At the Sheraton Club’s generous continental breakfast my 11 year old pulled a staff member aside and secretly made plans to get his Grandma (who was with us) a birthday card, candy, and a complimentary reusable water bottle for her birthday. Everyone from the cleaning stuff to the concierge was wonderful. We didn’t encounter a single unhappy employee. Highly recommended this hotel.

Pet fee a bit much - Overall, nice room, friendly staff, fun restaurant with good food, electric car super chargers nearby, walk around Sun Dial Bridge a bonus. Great stop for passing through Redding. Because we travel with our small dog it’s worth it to pay a little more for a pet friendly hotel however the $75 added cleaning fee feels like a gouge, going too far with the over charging. Pet fee and parking fees add a lot to the room cost.

The location is great for getting outside and Mosaic has to be one of the best restaurants in the area. I grew up in Redding and always hope for more sophisticated options… I commend the staff of both the hotel and Mosaic for going the extra yard.
- 713crystaly (8/5): Was an Amazing first trip but the bed could be better! - The property is beautiful! The Mosaic restaurant did not disappoint, try the steak salad or the Thai chicken wings! We got to experience a beautiful walk to the Sundial Bridge and were amazed by the sights. The Garden of Lights during the holidays is a must! It gets you in the Merriest of spirits! In the downside, I would preferred a more comfortable bed. They took a hard mattress and topped it with a from topper to give an illusion of softness and then BOOM! Stiff as ever! Staff were nice and accommodating, the community friendly and again, overall great!
- cammris (10/5): Highly Recommend This Sheraton - I stayed at the Sheraton while attending a show at the Civic Auditorium, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly, attentive, accommodating, and efficient throughout my stay. The location was perfect — it’s right across the street from the Civic Auditorium, so I didn’t have to worry about driving or parking, which made the trip even easier and more enjoyable. I stayed in a king bed room, and it was a great size, extremely clean, and fully stocked with everything I needed. This was my first time staying at this Sheraton, but it definitely won’t be my last. I would highly recommend it and will absolutely be booking again in the future. Overall, it was a great stay and a great experience!

The staff was welcoming, and informed us of all the amenities including the club lounge. The rooms were great, and complimentary waters were inside the rooms. Some of the rooms do adjoin if you have a large family. The lounge was 24/7 with snacks and drinks included, especially during happy hour - which included additional beverages (alcoholic too) at no charge. The value of the stay was well worth it, parking is 50% off too for AAA members. Charging stations are available if you have an electric vehicle right in the parking lot.

It’s one of the cleaner and newer Sheratons. Decent fitness center, nice pool, conveniently located. The restaurant on site is delicious so if you don’t want to leave the hotel… you don’t have to. They have some really nice suites and rooms with balcony views, M club is nice as well for those who have access.

I was on the top floor where it was quiet and lovely. The atmosphere was inviting and the restaurant, Mosaic was delicious with A wonderful staff. This Sheridan was clean and well maintained. I got around with lift, friendly and safe. It was easy to get my location from the hotel. Well worth the stay. I highly recommend Redding Sheridan Hotel, for comfort, clean, great location and a helpful staff.

I was very underwhelmed for the price paid. The front desk gave very little information about the property. They should have given a map and described that the restaurant next door is in charge of room service. The people at the front desk did little to address my concerns when I asked questions. At least I figured out which stairs to use to get to the pet relief area quickly otherwise it was two very long halls and an elevator ride. Also they do not bother to fully air condition the building - it was gross near elevators and stairwells. Also even though you pay a fee the WiFi is terrible in the room. My mom complained at checkout about these and other issues - we received no follow up call or reimbursement of fees.

The burger and fries were cross contaminated with shrimp ( which I informed I had allergies). From there I became so so sick. The hotels chargers resorts fee every night beyond your final reservation total. But there is no water in the room or anywhere. Unless your purchase in their mini makers. Which resort hotel does not have water for the guests? Next the mini market has no fruit. All industrialize food. So no options. The Ac vent goes straight to the desk. Which is not what we want when working. No option to change. Finally, every night I had a to get a new key, because the door would no work. Overall there is a good facility and the staff want to do the best. But the management is off and this place should not be called a hotel or a resort in where in the world

This hotel has nice outdoor lawn area with chairs for lounging and a fire pit. First floor rooms have sliding doors that open onto gravel patios with small olive trees for privacy, so it’s nice to sit outside your room and very easy to take your pet out for potty time. And walking….there isn’t a better place! It’s a nature resort right outside the front door!

The staff are great. The restaurant Mosaic is Very Good. The coffee in the room and in the lobby is terrible however. That's probably my only beef.

We ended up in a double queen which does not really meet our needs as my partner is 6’2” and his feet hang off the bed. (Which is why we reserved a king room) They comped the club house breakfast for our inconvenience, which I was hoping would be food from their restaurant, (which is delicious) but it was not. The food was generic hotel comp breakfast they whipped up in the back room. Also, disappointing.

- Jennie (10/5): Perfect place to stay for civic center shows! - Beds were amazing, great place to stay if going to a show at the Redding civic center. Pool was perfect and so was the third floor lounge. Restaurant on the first floor was great also!
- Lawrence (8/5): Great stop for a luxury stay in proximity to I-5 - Comfort of the bed and the shower were excellent. It was a long walk from the front desk to my room, but I was able to park my car close to the room. The security staff was dog friendly and helpful about parking my car. I was sorry I could not stay longer and enjoy of their services, but I checked in in after midnightand left at 7 am.
