• Gerlinde (7/5): Prima verblijf voor 1 nacht. - Comfort van de kamer. Het bed was heel erg fijn. De kamer was schoon. Het ontvangst via de live verbinding ging gemakkelijk. De geur in de badkamer was redelijk muf & het water liep niet weg tijdens het douchen, waardoor je niet even lekker kon douchen. Daarnaast is de gang erg gehorig en hoor je iedere gast binnenkomen. Ik had geen last van het geluid van buiten.

• Artur (3/5): Good location and renovated rooms, but not suitable for elderly guests or travelers with luggage. - The rooms are renovated, clean, and modern. The location is also very convenient for exploring Amsterdam, and the overall design of the hotel has a charming character. The hotel is advertised as a 4-star property, but there is no breakfast service and no elevator. The staircase is extremely narrow and steep, which made it very difficult and unsafe to carry luggage, especially while traveling with elderly family members. There was also no staff available to assist with the bags. The check-in process is fully automated through a machine, which may not be ideal for guests expecting personal assistance. Although the rooms are modern, the room for three people was extremely small and uncomfortable. I would not recommend it for families or elderly travelers.
• Eric (8/5): This is a comfortable and conveniently located neighborhood hotel that is perfectly fine for most - This is a small, neighborhood hotel that shares an entrance with the restaurant downstairs. It is very conveniently located right next to Rembrandtplein. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and a 2-minute walk to the nearest tram. There is a virtual check-in with no live staff on premises which is a little strange at first. But someone appears on the screen right away and it's actually fine and quite convenient. While the room is on the smaller side, it's fine for a neighborhood hotel. There is a private bathroom and we received housekeeping with fresh linens and towels each day. There is a very steep and narrow staircase when you enter that can be a little tricky if you have a lot of luggage and heavy suitcases. There is no elevator. Luckily we were on the first floor but if you are on a higher floor, it could require a bit of effort with all the stairs. At night, there was a little bit of noise coming from the restaurant/bar downstairs but it wasn't really that noticeable.

There is no elevator and the stairs are very small and cramped. It was a surprise when we arrived. Very thankful we packed on the lighter side.

Virtual check-in staff was horrible - Property located in a great location but be aware there is no lobby for check-in and very steep stairs I didn’t like the virtual assistant check-in. • Linda (8/5): Great place for a night or two stay - Exceptionally clean hotel in a good location near restaurants and the Seven Bridges viewpoint. Check-in was easy, as was leaving our luggage for a few hours after checking out. Room was quite tiny for a triple. It was difficult to get back to the room at night due to the crowd of people trying to get into the club on the first floor. It was noisy, not from the club, but the people in the hallway coming back at all hours of the night.

• Sandra Gag. (6/5): - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Sehr zentral, viele Geschäfte vor der Tür. Die Straßenbahn ist nur 2min zu Fuß vom Hotel entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Als wir angekommen sind, war der Fußboden sehr staubig und unter dem Bett war es besonders staubig. Der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken war defekt und die Regendusche hat großflächig auf den Fußboden des Badezimmers gespritzt. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und es gibt keine Abstellmöglichkeiten. Das ganze Haus ist sehr hellhörig und nebenan ist ein Club, der bis weit in die Nacht laute Musik spielt.

• Myles (7/5): Good choice for solo travellers or short stays - This boutique hotel is located in a lively part of the city and is well-connected through Amsterdam's tram network. My room was small, but was modern and comfortable, making it ideal for a solo traveller. The hotel is in an old building, and suffers from very steep (bordering on dangerous) staircases, meaning those travelling with accessibility needs or more than one suitcase would be wise to give this property a miss. Virtual check-in only means staff were available to help me on the way down, but not the way up.

You will need to carry all your luggage upstairs: there is no elevator and no staff onsite to help you. Fully virtual experience felt rather weird. The room was tiny - literally no place to move around. The bar downstairs was really loud at night. Overall, it might be a cute authentic experience in an old yet clean and modernised property, but for the price of 250 euros per night this felt like a total ripoff.

• Abigail (6/5): - The room was typical size for european hotels with a good sized bathroom. It was clean and reasonably comfortable. The location was good and central, although not as close as I thought to everything we wanted to do. I think that it is important to note, while it did not bother us, the room is directly above a loud bar that has loud music until 3 in the morning. The stairs are very steep to get to the rooms for families or older visitors. The checkin was a digital person which I found weird and not very inviting, and I don't think having it saved us any money. The hotel was on par with the hotels in the area.

Hele leuke manier van ontvangst door de 'holografische' receptioniste, wat ook een vrolijke dame was. Er kon geen raam open in de kamer.

• Petra (8/5): - Hezky, ale velmi malinký pokoj, čistý ,hezká koupelna , lokalita v centru ,na jednu noc . V pokoji nešlo otevřít okno ,bylo na pevno ,nebyl to dobrý pocit v případě tak malého pokoje , až na dotaz jsme dostali informaci o klimatizaci, která byla v dřevěném krytu ,takže nebyla na první pohled vidět .
• Oğuzhan (10/5): - The hotel is very central, making it easy to walk everywhere. The hotel is newly furnished, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and easy.

• Paula (7/5): Perfecte locatie, lekkere bedden. - De bedden De schoonmaak was matig. Toen ik de wc doorspoelde kwamen de zwarte korsten onder de rand vandaan. En de douche was sinds lange tijd niet ontkalkt waardoor de helft van de watergaatjes het maar deed.

• Alice (10/5): - Emplacement idéal.Très confortable et cosy. Super literie. Très bruyant les soirs de soirées car juste au-dessus d'un bar musical qui ferme a 5h du matin le samedi et où les basses rythment le sommeil. Prévoir des boules quies.
• Wendy (8/5): Leuk hotel, zeker voor in nacht - Was digitale receptionist, geen personeel gezien, badkamer en kamer klein maar alle comfort aanwezig Volgens de omschrijving met koffiefaciliteiten, alles was aanwezig om potje koffie te maken, alleen de cups zelf ontbraken, geen koffie dus :(
