- Anna (8/5): Baseball Showcase - The stay was nice. A bit more in price but it was a holiday weekend. Tucked away just off the HWY behind a restaurant. Not the best neighborhood but the Hotel does have security in the parking lot at night. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean. No issues like other brands that have guest that are loud in the rooms and smell of weed. Hotel is a little older but our experience was great. Breakfast was outstanding and the staff very pleasant. Tamyra at the Front Office was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our arrival smooth and welcoming. Our room was wonderfully comfortable and spotless, thanks to Karla in Housekeeping. We loved the delicious breakfast with its wide variety of options. Plus, the location was absolutely perfect for exploring the city center and enjoying some shopping. We'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

- Everlyne (10/5): Great facility to stay in. Family friendly - My daughter and I had a great experience at this hotel. Our 3 nights were nothing but exceptional. The room was cleaned daily and linen changed daily. The offered breakfast every morning. I just suggest that they provide lunch and dinner for purchase if possible. This is because I had a small child with me and did not want to order uber daily for lunches and dinner. Making provision for lunches and dinner for purchase qould benefit families who travel with little children. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

- Jason (6/5): - Location was close to a lot of things. Right off expressway and bar/grill in same block. First set of key cards did not work, went back to front desk and cards were rescanned. Cards again did not work. Was then moved to another room short distance. This room ac did not work. No answer at front desk. Change of shift and I was given another room a few rooms down and better condition. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel hallway and stair way smelled of marijuana. Last day, cleaning ladies knocked at 10am, I told them we would be checking out at 12 and they acknowledged understanding. An hr later they returned , knocked and opened door at same time, did not wait for a response. I opened door and they apologized. 1140 I was loading luggage into vehicle , when they returned again while my gf was in the restroom. Staff didn’t know just opened door with card. They apologized again and 5 min later returned to do the same.

- Eric (4/5): - Let's begin with false advertisement that this property is near galleria - if near is twenty-minute walk-in highway underpasses with dubious people about then I am wrong. Next facility maintenance: only one of two elevators call buttons in lobby functioned. On last day we were there, second call button was questionable. We stayed two times in one week each for two days. The bath fan in first had failed in second room the fan screeched loud enough to awaken adjoining room occupants, in first room bath faucet water came in a skin biting micro spray while in second, that that had a tepid flow, Internet failed during second reservation - the staff noted that techs had recently been out without reliable results. Finally, beware the pool is not heated. The room was warm but other guests were shaking from the cold water.

They never broke professionalism. The microwave, fridge, tv, and Keurig worked. The bed and towels were clean. Room and bathroom clean, shower had strong water pressure amd was hot, toilet worked, and sink was not clogged up. It was quiet here as well. I'm definitely recommending this place.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Rough start, happy ending - The payment method was not attached to our reservation, so our check in process took a long time. The front desk agent, Jakoby, was very nice and apologetic. The hotel.com agent was able to help with the payment information.

- Jade (4/5): - Woman working during check in was rude and unhelpful. Made us walk around to the side of the building to get in. Thankfully my dad had already checked into his room so he had a key to get in, otherwise I’m not sure how she expected me to get in the building. Tv did not work. One night, there was not a single hotel worker from 10pm to around 3am and we could not get in touch with anyone, the police had to be called. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Somewhat disappointing. - The first room I stayed in had no water pressure, hardly a trickle. When I complained, they moved me to a better room 2 floors lower. The sofa in my first room had visible stains on it, and there were no tissues in the tissue dispenser. When I asked one of the room attendants for tissues, she said she didn't have any.
- Jennifer (2/5): - They did not have simple towels and face cloths and no housekeeping the whole weekend we were there. No maintenance on sight and our toilet was running loud all weekend due to this. The night staff were really nice but that’s about it. Would not recommend staying here.
- Dejan (2/5): Rude front desk-day shift Nov14th - The front desk attendant could have not been more rude, disrespectful and dismissive. I came before Checkin time at 3pm. When I asked if there was a room to check in I received almost a hysterical answer that the room is. It ready and to come back at checkin time. I said ok, not a problem and either asked if I may drop off my luggage with the front desk. Again a very rude response that they are not doing that. He also told me to move my car from the parking spot since I’m not staying in the hotel yet. I did not have time to rebook but I should have done it. Terrible person who should not be employed to work with customers.

- Cortland (4/5): - Lots of things didn’t work at this hotel. My TV didn’t work. The treadmill in the fitness center didn’t work. The key stopped working for my hotel room and then again for the fitness center. Also there wasn’t a lot of attention to detail. My room was not done up the first two nights. I had no hangers. No towels in the gym. No cups at the water cooler.

- Alyssa (4/5): - THE GOOD: The room was clean—unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of my stay. THE BAD: The elevator and entire fourth floor reeked of cigarette smoke so heavily that it made me wonder if the hotel still has smoking rooms. The shower grout looked overdue for replacement, and several outlets were loose, popping out from the walls. THE UGLY: Due to construction, there were road closures blocking access to the hotel at night, and I wasn't notified of this in advance. After circling the area for an hour searching for an entrance, I eventually had to drive over curbs and a yard in the back of the hotel just to access the parking lot. This was not the arrival experience I’d hoped for. Adding to the frustration, when I brought these concerns to the staff, they were sarcastic and unhelpful, refusing to provide a manager’s contact information. Overall: While I appreciated the clean room, the lack of communication, poor customer service, and general condition of the property made for a disappointing experience.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Poor Communication - We did not stay. We tried to cancel our reservation & never heard back from the manager after 2 calls. It was poor service from the hotel. Makes me not want to book with IHG again.
