Andrea (10/5): friendly staff & clean rooms - We showed up late & tired after a long day of softball out in the heat, only to find our AC was not working. The room was hot! I called the front desk, he was up to our room very quickly. He went above and beyond to try to help. He had maintenance come and help. He also went above and beyond to try to fix it. He got the AC running quickly, while the front desk employee brought us a fan to help cool our room quicker. This was the BEST service I can remember having at a hotel. Thanks to the two gentlemen who helped! All the other staff we dealt with were friendly. The rooms were clean & comfortable. I love checkout at 11am and not 10am. The breakfast was also good!

Gina (5/5): Stressful and aggravating. - Property was great we stay here when we come to Kansas City We prepaid before we went but the girl checking us in insisted we didn’t and tried to charge me an additional ungodly amount even though I had receipts and bank statement showing it was paid she still continued to be disrespectful and hateful. I’m not sure that we will come back after this experience.
