- SHIN-YUAN (9/5): 飯店客房設施佳，整體物有所值！ - 1.客房空間寬敞，備有景觀陽台，風景視野佳。 2.衛浴厠分離，各取所需互不干擾。浴室乾濕分離，備有大浴缸，泡澡舒服。 3.客房備有迎賓碳酸飲料、礦泉水，誠意滿滿。 4.飯店大廳設計大氣，天井天光明亮，舒服。 5.飯店備有健身房、三溫暖、室內溫水泳池，可免費使用，整理維護的相當乾淨。 6.飯店服務人員親切友善，服務態度很棒。 7.加購的自助式早餐選擇性多。 8.地理位置佳，鄰近安平老街、安平樹屋、安平古堡等景點，不愁沒有景點逛逛走走。飯店大廳入口處鄰近「台南安平堤頂自行車步道」，晨起運動散步賞景很舒服。 自助式早餐選擇性多，但部分餐點的味道，可以再精進點。例如滷肉飯的滷肉肥瘦比例、味道不到位，米飯乾柴。刈包的滷五花肉肉質、味道也有同樣的問題。烘焙麵包，看似不錯，但當天吃的時候（不知是不是因為開放空間，開空調的緣故），直接吃口感有點乾，不太有濕潤感，烤過之後，更會變得乾柴（不知是不是烤箱或烤麵包機的問題）。抱歉，不是雞蛋裡挑骨頭，只是覺得飯店整體體驗很棒，就早餐餐飲而言，可以更好。

- Jehwan (10/5): 가성비 좋은 착한 호텔 - 친절한 서비스, 넓고 깨끗한 룸, 쾌적한 시설, 맛있는 조식, 맛도 서비스도 좋은 레스토랑, 바, 자전거 대여 서비스등 거의 모든 면에서 좋은 호텔입니다. 뭔가 광고 문구 같지만, 다시 타이난에 간다면 재방문 의사 있음. 로케이션, 중심가에서 조금 멀어서 대중 교통 이용을 원하면 불편함. 다만, 우바등 택시 이용에 거부감이 없다면 불편하지 않고, 반대로 일몰이 멋진 공원이 걸어서 갈 수 있고, 자전거 대여도 있어 가까워 오히려 좋았음.

- Tomas (4/5): Raději spát v Tainanu jinde. - Prostorný pokoj, zajímavě koncipovaný s velkou vanou v prostoru. Pěkný lobby bar s excelentním exoressem a zákusky. Každý druhý člen personálu nebyl schopen jakékoliv!! komunikace jiné než čínsky. V restauraci (čínská 2.p) donesli studenou kachnu, u dvou jídel a objednaného vína jsme se museli opakovaně připomínat, kvalita jídla tristní. Rozhodně se vyhnout této restauraci.

- 珍華 (6/5): 房間和日料~鐵板燒餐廳都很優~服務人員也很不錯 - 2/16和2/17的晚餐很不錯~ 2/18的晚餐在元素餐廳~令人失望~壽司的飯有些是硬的~炸物都不酥脆~外層的粉都是軟的~感覺是炸好放置一段時間 油飯米粒很多都是白色沒有混和均勻......整體吃起來令人不開心~住四天三夜的最後一晚晚餐~很糟!

- Tzu Yun (9/5): - 員工服務態度非常好，住過那麼多飯店，臺南大員皇冠的服務態度是全程會讓人覺得很舒服的。自助吧有魚皮湯，超優秀。是一間CP值極高的飯店，願意回訪。 位置已經很偏遠，但飯店內的設施跟活動偏少，對於一些喜歡待在飯店裡用設施的人來說不算是個好選擇。家具跟內裝靠品味堆砌很好看，但家具品質本身普普。（床跟枕頭還是很優秀的）飯店大廳氛圍跟房間內裝有種割裂感，給人一種好像這間飯店不知道自己的定位的感覺。

- johann (9/5): Great, it’s my favourite in Tainan, but note the above suggestions - Great location, excellent rooms, nice sauna facilities I think they are a bit too rigid in the bar area. They could make it a bit more cozy. The pool is again very clinical they could make it a bit more attractive by relaxing the swim attire rules.

- 宥 (10/5): - 房間寬敞、格局獨特，置中的浴缸設計能邊泡澡邊看電視，非常放鬆。特大雙人床很舒服。 雖然飯店位置離鬧區有一小段距離，但陽台看著河景非常愜意。 交通上也非常方便，路口就有 YouBike 站，沿著自行車道騎行，可以近距離觀賞紅樹林生態，傍晚到海邊看夕陽更是浪漫。 推薦給想遠離喧囂、純粹放鬆的旅人。

- Sonia (8/5): - The housekeeping made our stay really comfortable and kept the room really clean. Can't ask for more. The gym is really simple and not well equipped. The pool is not inviting. The location is far out of every interesting site. You need a car or a taxi ride wherever you want to go.
