• Lucas Rhuan (1/5): - O chuveiro não esquentou a água, minha esposa teve que ficar sem tomar banho. Chamamos a recepcionista que demorou em torno de 3 horas pra tentar resolver e por fim não resolveu o problema O café da manhã tinha uma mosca no omelete
• Eve-Marie (6/5): Good hotel for price - Location was good; next to train station, river and downtown. Could easily walk to restaurants downtown and hikes. Good homemade breakfast served with a big smile. Shower faucet broke and we had to change room. No hot water in shower.

Por sairmos muito cedo a ponto de perder o café da manhã, o senhor que nos recepcionou prontamente deixou cafés da manhã com frutas, pão, agua para levarmos em saquinhos. Achamos bem legal a preocupação deles em agradar. O hotel fica ao lado de um rio, é delicioso dormir ao som da agua correndo As tomadas são frouxas, tivemos que fazer uma engenhoca para conseguir carregar nossos celulares

• Gutiérrez (8/5): Buena opción para una noche - Muy buena ubicación para coger el tren hacia Aguascalientes. Personal amable, nos dejó desayunar antes de lo normal ya que nuestro tren salía muy pronto. Habitaciones frías ya que nos hospedamos en el 3r piso y el techo era de madera.

• Horacio Dario (8/5): - La atención de todo su personal, muy buenos anfitriones y habitaciones cómodas Solo un poco ruidoso por ser una calle que te lleva a la estación de Ollantaytambo y hay trenes desde las 5.00 a 21.30 hs. Pero es pasable.

• Eve (8/5): Es un buen lugar para alojarse - La ubicación es muy buena y las personas que atienden son muy amables. Te preguntan si quieres que hagan el aseo en tu habitación o no, tu decides. Si sales muy temprano, te preparan el desayuno para llevar. Si eres sensible al ruido pide una habitación que no dé hacia el río, porque está al lado y se escucha bastante. A mí no me molestó el ruido del río y nuestra habitación tenía una hermosa vista a las ruinas. Ollantaytambo es hermoso

Além disso, o hotel preparou um café da manhã para levar com fruta, sanduíche de queijo, água e barra de cereal. Isso foi ótimo, pois saímos bem cedo para pegar o trem para Machu Picchu Nada

• Joe (9/5): A lovely place to stay - We stayed two days in this wonderful town and this was a perfect place to stay. The staff are kind and thoughtful, it felt safe and calm. Breakfast was typical for Peru. Don’t rush away from Ollantaytambo - it is a gem. You’ll see an imposing temple, astonishing waterways, the lively atmosphere, plus great hikes and battlefield. We were cosy but there was a draught from the window that might be a problem for some in windy or cold weather.

• Lisa (10/5): Exceptional Value, Perfect Location - The staff at this hotel are exceedingly kind and attentive. I could not have asked for a better place to stay. The location is perfect; it's just a short walk to the train or to the town center. There are great restaurants nearby. Nothing could have been better. I was very happy. The staff was especially kind to me as I wasn't feeling well while there.

• Marine (10/5): Très agréable - L’emplacement est super, à mi chemin entre le centre du village et la gare. C’est la première douche de mon séjour au Pérou où tout va bien : chaude, pression, grande (Merci !). Les hôtes sont très gentils et le petit déjeuner très bon. Simplement penser à prendre vos bouchons d’oreilles si vous êtes sensibles au bruit car les chambres sont le long de la rivière ;)

• Georgi (4/5): I think they need to care more about the guests as we had few issues - Location is great as only 5-6 minutes walk from the train station. Staff was not speaking a word of English which was quite challenging as we did not have towels in the bedrooms. There was no hot water as well.
• Lisa (10/5): Highly recommend. - I loved this hotel. It's in a great location for walking to and from the train, as well as for exploring this sweet little town. The hosts especially were exceedingly kind to me as I was not feeling my best. They brought me thermoses of hot water for tea and even cut some eucalyptus branches for me so I could steam them in the shower for better breathing. Unbelievably kind and attentive. I had a lovely room right on the river so I was able to sleep to the sound of rushing water. There are excellent restaurants nearby, and the town is so lovely and interesting. Everything was perfect.

• Johanna (7/5): - Die Lage war gut, zwischen Bahnhof und Innenstadt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war groß und es gab genügend Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Wasser war heiß. Da das Hotel zwischen der Straße und dem Fluss liegt, war es recht laut. Zur Straßenseite sind die Abgase der Autos direkt ins Zimmer gestiegen. Ich habe das Fenster zugelassen, somit war es in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war sehr dürftig.

The lovely staff member let me choose between rooms, and I picked a room with views of the ruins and the running river right beside it. It was so peaceful to sleep with that sound. Breakfast was ready for my 5am wakeup which was great! Water pressure and temp of shower wasn't great.

• Lkl (7/5): Nice staff in good location - The view is amazing. The staff is kind. The location is close to the train and not too far from the ruins. The place is between the creek and a busy road so there is noise but I didn’t mind the creek too much. A little TLC in the room would be good. The Tv is about 50 years old with bunny ears and does not work. The lamp does not work. And a bedside lamp is always great. The shower sprayed all over the place, but I just had to make sure the curtain was in the right spot. Fruit at breakfast would be nice. Some nice chairs to sit on the beautiful terrace with the view would be great.

L’emplacement est à mi-chemin entre le centre et la gare ! :) La rivière est en effet très bruyante, mais ça ne nous a pas gênées. La douche… quasi pas de débit et pas d’eau chaude.

El desayuno podría mejorar, pedimos un poco más de agua y la señora nos dio de mala gana. Las camas tenían poco abrigo. La terraza podría tener espacios definidos, solo había un montón de sillas.

El personal muy amable, pendientes de cualquier cosa en todo momento, por ejemplo, como salíamos temprano para coger el tren nos prepararon el desayuno para llevar. Las habitaciones están limpias. Buena relación calidad-precio.

A short walk to everywhere, 5 mins from the train station, lovely staff (though minimal English), had hot showers. Such a gorgeous town to stay in. Peru is so different to what we are used to so the simplicity was a bit of a shock but actually we had all we needed.

• NITEEN (8/5): - Stayed at **Tambo de Ollantay Hotel** and had a comfortable, manageable stay. The location is very convenient — close to the train station, which made travel easy. The staff was helpful and even made eggs on request, which was a nice touch. Good option if you’re looking for a simple, well-located place to stay in Ollantaytambo.

• Irene (6/5): Convenient for train to Machu Pichu - It was close to the train station and the beds were comfortable. The sound of the river was relxing. It was more a hostel than a hotel. It was fine but very bare-boned. The breakfast was decent but nothing to rave about. On our third day there was no water in the shower. We left a night early and there were inconviniences with the bill. Be aware that they will charge you a 5% surcharge if you pay with a card.
