Langt at gå rundt om bygningen til the strip - bedre med en evt bagdør!

It’s 3pm and I make my way to the front to ask for the keys and she says I have to make line again if I want my keys. Mind you 3pm everyone is checking in and long line. Had to wait another 30 minutes in line to get my key. Wow ! Bellmen tells us he’s ready to go but we told him now we have to make line again to get the room keys.

Very roomy, plenty of space for all of us to fit comfortably. We went down to try and enjoy the pool but were told it would cost $120 to use the outdoor furniture there. I feel like that should be included in the stay not an extra cost. We declined and didn’t use the pool at all.

• Dan (9/5): - We booked a two-room suite. Was expecting two bedrooms with a common sitting area. But they are two hotel rooms sharing am empty small triangle foyer. It works out well too! Each room has its own small but functional kitchen area. A king bed, a foldout bed, a desk and an arm chair. Clean and spacious and with good view. Btw it's call penthouse, but it's not the top floor. There are about ten floors called penthouse, the top one is called uph. Bathroom has a Jacuzzi we ended up using a few times. We had to pay extra $75 to check in earlier but compared to the $$ we already paid, it's not a bad deal ( only wished it can be complementary!) the service was quite responsive (check in early request and a broken small thing fix request). The swimming pool downstairs is saline which is a pleasant surprise. Good location and also we don't have to walk through smoky casino with our little kids to get outside! Oh valet parking is free. And no extra daily resort fee! Would be even better if the early check-in (3pm to 1pm )c an be complimentary

• Angela (3/5): Ruined Our 80th Birthday Celebration due to flooded room and no strip view (after paying for it) - The location close to the strip and next to MGM Grand was good. Unfortunately, it was the only good thing due to very poor service. I paid extra for a Strip view for my mother’s 80th birthday and my children's first Vegas trip. We arrived to find our room flooded with foul-smelling water. It took 2 hours to be moved, and our new room was a downgrade with NO view. This delay caused us to miss a pre-booked family event. The next night, we were locked out of my 80-year-old mother's room for nearly 2 hours (from 11:50 PM to 1:50 AM) because of a dead lock. Staff was dismissive, unhelpful, and blamed us for booking through a third party, only acting after my exhausted mother complained in person. A complete service failure that wasted hours of our short vacation.
