• Priyank1188 (10/5): Kochi's Good budget hotel - I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and was impressed by the ambiance. The hotel was clean, and the staff were exceptionally supportive. The food was also very good. Overall, we had a pleasant experience, making it one of the best budget hotels in Kochi.

• L H (6/5): Last-minute, cost-effective solution. - I had to book a last-minute overnight stay because of a flight change. There were few available hotels for one night within an hour's Uber ride. This one seemed ok.

• juwayy (8/5): Perfect stay, surely will visit again. - We had a wonderful stay at Sidra pristine. The room was beautiful & spacious. the location was just great not far from hospitals. Hotel staffs were very kind & helpful too. Just one problem we had, some rooms were renovating & due to dust, i fell sick during our stay. Over all everything was perfect, the way we wanted. Surely will visit next time.

• jonathan (6/5): Worth using for sure - Good location for Ernakulam town station, good air conditioning and nice little roof top pool. Lots of places to eat nearby but we also used hotels restaurant which was v good and cheap too. Wi-Fi hit n miss but ok. Rooms getting tired but comfortable bed and helpful staff.
• Jonathan (10/5): Great with rooftop pool - We were really pleased, some reviews were bad, unsure why but for us it was great. Check in really helpful, big clean room with v comfortable bed, good air con kettle and tea/coffee. Small rooftop pool but great to cool down and swim some lengths. Good breakfast choice of Indian or eggs as omelette or scrambled, brown bread 👍 nice coffee plus cereals we were very pleased with it. Is only 4 minute flat walk to Ernakulam town station. There’s a hotel with bar for beer 5 mins away and plenty of Indian and western style restaurants nearby. We are booked to stay again when we get back as so pleased with it, for the price it’s great. Only downside is patchy Wi-Fi

• shubham2694 (10/5): Awesome Place to Stay - We have taken the family room as we were total 5 members. The room was very clean , it was spacious with balcony too. You cannot smoke in room but you can in balcony. The view from hotel is nice. It is near to Ernakulam town railway station. By auto it will take 5 min to reach at hotel. The food was good , the staff behaviour was very good. They also provide the cab service to munnar and near sightseeing places.
• B-TorQueEnterprises (8/5): Budget friendly - On arrival you are greeted by a friendly concierge which helps you with your luggage. I arrived earlier than check in tho did some work in the very comfortable lobby out of the days heat. Reception staff were very kind, happy and helpful. This establishment has style. Rooms are basic and affordable with comfortable beds and pillows. The only let down was the view from balcony. I was just looking at rubbish which wasn’t appealing at all.
• Mark (4/5): - The pool area was filthy, poor internet connection, I had to ask for for room to be cleaned, surrounded by local hostels, garbage everywhere and when I asked for a late checkout on departure the manger was going to charge me for an extra day. However he reversed his intentions if I gave a favorable review of google.
• PoojaGaikwad17 (2/5): Staff treating guests like THEIVES - The check-in experience with one of the staff members called as Mr.Jinu was extremely unpleasant. He asked whether I wanted to do advance or full payment to which I replied that I would prefer doing that during checkout as I would order food and other services and would pay combined for that. And the same is followed by many other hotels including 4 star hotels in the city. Even though this was a corporate booking done via Yatra for business, the staff person didn't know that and was asking for amount higher than what was mentioned on the tax invoice hotel voucher. He had to call another staff to recheck the amount and finally admitted that the amount on the hotel voucher with me was correct. After this the staff person suddenly changed and insisted that I pay the full payment only. The treatment I received was as if I would run away without payment. He kept on repeating - "it's hotel rule". Upon asking where the hotel rule is written or documented in your hotel policy, he had no answer and suddenly insisted that I cancel the booking. I was appalled at this kind of behaviour and treatment by a staff who works in a hospitality industry who treats customer in a hostile manner. Please do your research about the rules here. If anything is declared as a "rule" or a policy, do ask for proof of its document. When I insisted on calling the manager, the manager said I could do payment in parts which was fine. But staff people treating people like theives is NOT OKAY. If hotel people are reading this review, kindly check the recording of the camera at your reception. Treating people like thieves when you are in hospitality industry is not at all okay. Hotel people should really pay attention to the reviews on Google page regarding treatment by staff. The lowest rating for this hotel have been mostly given for staff behaviour. They should train the staff to be more professional.

I was calling them directly as I needed a early check i - Tried for booking and spoke multiple time to the reservations and provided the required details in wats app but they promised to call back but never did. Very bad experience as I dont have a booking having been dependent on this hotel. The inital experience itself has made me reluctant to book in this hotel.
• Lakshya1 (10/5): Wonderful stay in the heart of city - We had a lovely stay with family in this beautiful hotel “SIDRA PRISTINE” at SRM road Kochi. It is very close to Ernakulam North( Ernakulam town ) . Nidheesh was the staff at reception who helped us with the check in process. We stayed in a family suite A/C which had 2 bedrooms one with en-suite and other bedroom with a toilet. Rooms very very clean, toilets and bathrooms were in great condition. The balcony was beautiful and made sure that you get plenty of day light and the view was amazing. Room service was excellent and the staff were courteous and helpful. Our baggages were taken care of. They provided airport drop service through a third party. It is not far from Lulu mall and other shopping centres in Kochi. You have great access by metro , taxi and buses. The location will never remind you of busy city life, as it’s set up in a green environment. I was on a short stay so never had a chance to use swimming pool. But one thing is for sure, I’m going to recommend it to my friends and family for a comfortable stay in kochi for a great price . Hope that helps!!!

• linae946 (2/5): Mouldy bathroom! - The room size was ok, but it has no fridge, safe or hair dryer. The bed cover has holes and towels were outdated. The bathroom was not clean. The bathroom curtain and walls were mouldy. The roof top was hot with only 1 large fan. The breakfast was fine. The only good thing about this hotel are the staff who were very helpful and friendly,  they are its biggest asset. The photos of the swimming pool in booking. Com are quite deceiving. The pool is so small with only two lounge chairs. The hotel was not worth the price.
• Sarah (8/5): Great hotel - Really nice hotel staff great especially Arun in restaurant & vipin was very helpful overall. Rooms well equipped and cleaned daily. Pool area was nice although small however, this wasn’t cleaned and the flooring around pool was dirty. It’s more of a conference/business hotel rather than a holiday but then the area wasn’t a tourist region but ideally situated for exploring the non tourist regions. Very close to metro station, train station and a short tut tut ride to ferry to fort kochi.
• IdaLonnstrom (2/5): Horrible stay! - Very disappointing! Service was really bad. We had to rearrange the dates of our stay, but had to pay the full amount because the hotel drew the money from my account the day before arriving (and they are not supposed to do that!). The room was ok, breakfast - nothing special, but the pictures on different sites are misleading - the hotel doesn't look like the pictures in reality. The restaurants was supposed to open and serve food at 6 p.m. but when we went their they didn't serve until 7 p.m. and the roof top restaurant only had one vegetarian dish. Location was terrible! It's supposed to be central, but we had to walk, take auto or even boat to get to different places.
• Miah.r (6/5): - When we initially checked in staff were great, however when the days passed I noted the following: i. I went to eatopia around 12pm, no staff were there, i went and told front reception. One of the girls told me to wait someone will come, but noone came. I went to the front and saw the girl chatting away with other staff. Was absolutely pissed off, ended up going to Fatayer restaurant near the hotel, which had absolutely delicious food. Ii. We checked out at 5.30am, we were carrying quiete heavy luggages, and noone helped us carry it out to the taxi, the security guard came over and helped us. The reception guy was cold and didn't bother to help. Based on the above experiences, we will not likely come back here, they need to improve the service, especially the front reception staff who are very cold and don't know basic manners. I have to give good marks to the cleaning staff, they did an absolute great job and were very friendly unlike the front receotion staff. We also dealt with Vipin, who was really great but went on leave during our stay. Don't think we will be coming back here again.

• Vikassadhotra (6/5): Not at all Impressed - We booked a standard king size room whereas we were allotted a standard twin room. The room was small and not at all matching with the pictures online. The bathroom was also not upto the standards. The hotel is very small and not at all looks same as it looks in pictures. However bed was comfortable. The TV was functional but without any Hindi and English entertainment channels. The swimming pool looked like a small water tank. The gym was not at all functional and seemed to be under repairs. Even the wifi password was to be asked for. It should have been given with the key. Further wifi appeared as if the hotel has not paid its bill and it was the slowest connection i used.The restaurant was the slowest in the country. We ordered lunch and it took them almost one hour to show us the glimpse of food. The staff at restaurant needs to improve their behaviour and looks towards the guests. It seemed to me as if they were doing some kind of favour to me. We entered to have our breakfast and right from plate to cutlery to items were required to be asked for. Quite strange it was. Their demeanour was also not comforting. I felt so perplexed as to should I have my breakfast or I leave. My sincere request to the management to please look into all this otherwise beautiful building will not solve the purpose for too long. There are so many options available in and around. Then why should people waste their money on you? Thanks.

I came back for fun after finding out about this hotel by staying here on a work trip. Best hotel I have found for the price.
• drtejaschauhan (8/5): nice place! - I booked this hotel after reading good reviews online. and the reviews were bang on mark! it's location is first positive, just 100 MTRS from Lissie metro station. it's very near to Kochi town railway station and near to m G road. it's a large hotel with lots of rooms, also has nicely equipped gym and beautiful swimming pool at top. good restaurant serving limited variety of food on order but with good taste. staff members are friendly and we'll responding. but few cons also, rooms are adequate in size but bathrooms are very small. hotel doesn't provide normal drinking water in rooms , you have to buy costly bottled water! this is in contrast to pm s call to avoid single use plastic! overall nice place to stay at Kochi if you are inclined to roam in the city instead of staying at room.
• 24swapnak (6/5): More of a hostel than a hotel! - I had been here with my family of 18 people the youngest being 3 years and the oldest being 66. We had booked 5 rooms in this hotel. As soon as we entered and after the check in formalities we were told not to make noise as the rooms are not sound proof and others will get disturbed. I completely agree we must not disturb other's privacy but how can they expect 18 people who have come for vacation not talk and have fun in their own rooms. We got call twice in our room to talk softly. If there are 6 people in a room discussing over something how can you lower the volume? The hotel should have sound proof walls. The reception staff was no less then a warden in a hostel always checking our volumes even while we were checking out. Apart from this, the hotel is clean and the breakfast is also decent but the photos shown on travel site seemed to be little photoshoped. The rooms look spacious on websites but are little small in reality. I wouldn't suggest this hotel if you are a big group on a vacation after all the volume matters!
• Verified traveler (8/5): - The staff were friendly and always willing to help and answer your questions. They went out of their way to help arrange transport for days we wished to travel further afield and explore. They even provided us with a wireless dongle so that we could access the internet during our stay, free of charge. Continental breakfast was very limited and predominant choices were curry/Indian based. Little choice or variations for other cultures. Pool is lovely and on the roof, but again difficult to spend any real amount of time around the pool as no access to drinks, therefore hard to have a chilled and relaxing day at the pool. Rooftop terrace looks lovely but during our stay it was not open. This would have been a lovely area to sit during the evenings. Hotel does not serve alcohol, so had to access other hotels in the evening if you wanted a glass of wine or beer with your evening meal.

The breakfast spread is good and the food at the restaurant is really very good and I compliment the chef. The staff are very friendly and deal with changes patiently. Its quite far from the airport but worth the comfortable stay.

• shrungam2019 (10/5): The absolute best. - My fiancé and I held our engagement ceremony at this hotel in May of 2019 and my sister and I also stayed here for 3 nights as well. I was absolutely amazed at how wonderful the staff was. They were so accommodating, helpful, and sincere in their desire to make our day special. The hotel is a beautiful hotel, clean, and complete with all the needed amenities. Everything provided met my expectations and more. Each person I dealt with at Sidra Pristine was amazing, but Justin was the best. He really served to make our experience a memorable one. Next time I'm in need of a place to stay or want to hold a function in Cochin, this would be my first go-to option. I loved it here!

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Staff were friendly and very helpful assisting in any questions we had. The restaurant was excellent and food was very delicious while still being reasonably priced. We had a small issue with the type of bed we requested when we made the booking and was not available when we checked in. However staff listened to us and made sure we got what we requested. I would definitely stay at Sidra Pristine again when we visit Kerala.

• Archana (8/5): - Good start to a relatively new hotel. Staff fabulous. Breakfast was ok, with nice Indian dishes. Omelette snot great. Menu is extensive with no attention to gluten free diets. For the foreign traveler wary of anything uncooked in India from veggies to fruit I did not receive assurances that the offering were free of potential bacteria. The WiFi did not work well in my room. Stubbed my toes on the step between bathroom and room. Exterior was super cute while interior lobby and restaurant spaces were dated. Room decor was mixed. Potentially great place if some issues are reworked

• MN (10/5): - Very clean, brightly lit, posh room with basic requirements for working people - desk and chair, kettle with tea and coffee, warm blankets and soft towels, hot water all day and decent speed wifi. The breakfast was our favorite part as there was a good spread of nutritious foods.

• Verified traveler (10/5): A jewel in the crown for Kaloor - This is a wonderful hotel, an oasis of peace and calm in a busy area. The hotel was extremely clean and rooms spacious. The staff were extremely helpful, efficient and friendly and I could not fault the service they provided.

• Shaji (8/5): A very good Hotel - We, my wife and daughter stayed in Sidra pristine hotel( 2 rooms with Balcony) 18 nights/19 days. This is new property approximately 7 months old. This hotel is a small hotel without Bar. They have presently very neat rooms, everyday they are cleaning rooms. Rooms are large enough but balcony is very small. Reception staffs are very helping peoples and very efficient. Everyday you get continental breakfast minus point is very rare you get kerala disches for example Ghee Rost, Masala dosa and bananas, we are also from Europe but when we come to kerala we like always kerala menus, you will get mostly North Indian disches. All workers are there keeping a smiling aporoachment. You get anti allergic Bedsheets and Pillows, this is a plus points for this property main minus point they have Garden and the location around the hotel not good. Otherwise we can say this hotel keeping a very good voice.
• Shaji (10/5): Very Nice Hotel - We are staying now also, this is our 5th day and we liked our stay very good till now. This hotel is a new hotel and the behavior of the staff super. They have a very helping peoples. Rooms are very clean, laundry facilities good all over everyday we get good continental breakfast. 2 bedroom suites for families with childrens awesome, only location of the hotel is a minus point. All over our stay here is very nice!

• Sanket (8/5): Comfortable stay, but requires a few improvements. - The hotel is located close to LISSIE station. Good, clean rooms. The internet connection over Wi-Fi was terrible. Had to use my cellular data. Mr Abhi at the front desk is a helpful guy. The kitchen/restaurant has some inconsistent rules, thankfully Abhi intervened and ensured I did not starve on two occasions.
• Judith (2/5): Never Stay Here!! - I accidentally left my Iphone in the room one day, plugged in and unlocked as I was charging it. The next morning, I had no service. When I contacted AT&T to find out why, I found out my phone had been hacked and the sim disabled. They got my passwords off the phone and my CA driver's license info as it was in a sleeve on the back of my phone. They sold my info on the web and they went to town! Raised my american express limit at Macy's and charged $2000, tried to order 3 iphones on my AT&T account, tried to charge $650 Ipad and $350 Bose speakers at Wallmart. Luckily for me, I had a freeze on Experian, Equifax, Transunion and Innovis, so no one has been able to open any new accounts in my name. They changed my passwords at many places like Amazon and others, but each time I got a message of the change and contacted the companies regarding the hack. I notified the communications director at the hotel who insisted it couldn't have happened there. HA! HA!It most assuredly did, and I have been dealing with the repercussions for a month!!! Don't stay there and surely don't leave your laptop or other valuables in the room.
• SydneyTraveller (8/5): Good hotel but outside view not pristine - We had a good experience at this hotel except that the checkin could have been a bit better. Breakfast was good and had a choice of freshly made eggs to order as well as of good coffee. Serving staff were courteous but never smiled.
• Leopold (8/5): Nice hotel, but not quite right - Close to the North (Town) station - which was the wrong one for me, and the stadium - which I wanted The hotel is a clean and helpful hotel, in somewhat less salubrious area. For all its work on keeping clean and well set up, there are issues that hamper the hotel 1) The room was small and not well set up, leaving little space for suitcase, and with a tiny desk only. Plug sockets were badly located, so the TV had to be unplugged for PC and chargers 2) The extractor fan in the bathroom does not have a closure or a mesh to prevent insects entering, meaning I shared the room with too many mosquitos 3) The wifi set up does not work properly, My PC says it is a security certificate problem. This meant it was not possible to log into wifi from phones. The PC allowed me to by-pass the problem 4) The lifts have digital displays that show the wrong number. This is a symptom of a "cant be bother to correct minor problems" syndrome 5) I checked out at 08.30. At 16.30, I got a message asking if I wanted to extend my stay.
• Bronwyn (8/5): Comfortable and close to metro - The room was comfortable and mostly clean as was the whole hotel. Though the bathroom lacked ventilation so was a bit smelly. The pool was great when it was open (closed a few days for maintenance). The staff were friendly and quick to respond to any requests. The breakfast had a good variety of western and Indian food however most of the hot food was cold. We were disappointed that there was no kitchen/lounge/dining area in the 2 bedroom apartment (it was literally 2 bedrooms, bathroom and extra toilet) and although a kettle was provided, a fridge (which we needed to put medication in) was an extra cost per day. The metro station Lissie was 5 mins walk away and was very convenient for getting around Kochi. Overall it was a good place to stay but a few improvements would have made it great!

• Roger (6/5): Standard hotel - My wife and I stayed at this hotel for four nights. Overall, the hotel is standard and clean. However, it’s fairly new and still needs finishing touches. Bathrooms are somewhat inconvenient as floor gets wet after showering (no proper drainage). Staff are helpful but understaffed. Restaurant is pretty basic and slow. Breakfast is not great. Hotel is centrally located but not ideal if trying to visit fort Cochin (30 minutes taxi/Uber). Hotel is also not very well known by locals. Would recommend only for short stay if trying to catch flight (30-45 minutes from airport).
• Hema (6/5): Nice hotel but lack alot of services - Location is good however it's unbelievable that there is no mini refrigerator and being charged 200 rupees pernight for storing 4 cupcakes. It should be free.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Good for money - This hotel is unbelievably good when compared to all other hotels in this price range and particularly in this city. However that does not mean it’s unbelievable in terms of hotel standards like most people are saying in their reviews. The rooms are simple but clean (although smell strange) and bed comfortable, the WiFi only works in the rooms that are closer to the main lobby though so we had to move from our injtial room as it did not work at all. Bathroom is small and door opens inwards so difficult to use. The restaurant is great - pretty good buffet breakfast included in the price and good curries at other times, very cheap! Surrounding area isn’t awful and ‘balcony’ is unusable with the hotel being surrounded by rubbish and sewage smells. Also the pool and pool area is very dirty. Having said all this, If you need to stay in this area then this is by far the best place.

The hotel was excellent in respect of cleanliness, service, food and hospitality. It is located close to the main road. But rooms appeared to be small with minimum furniture though they have all other facilies
