• k (7/5): - Not as per the shown in Google..hotel is good..need some maintenance and repair..in washroom tap water broken..no matter was there outside the washroom.. swimming pool was not working..even the size of swimming pool was not that big.. however overall it was good but require some maintenance and few loop holes to be taken care of
• adak (1/5): - First they never show the room and took the charges Then they provide me a room which was stinking of smoke , blankets unwashed and cockroaches were running on bed also they told me I should not order food till they say as there were many orders so they denied taking my food order Then when I complaint to booking.com about the room They changed my room which was bit better but the charges were too high for a small cabinet to give Kindly put them as 1 star hotel

Also bedsheets with hair. The pillows were so hard like sleeping on a rock. Someone from the staff cleaning the throat by doing loud noise all night. Hallway very noisy. Staff didn't spoke English that well.

• Leena (3/5): Because we had to make partial payment before our arrival we had no choice. Would not stay again. - Location was good and the kitchen on terrace was a nice idea. The central hot water was a great idea. I booked my stay at booking .com and was told that the payment will be made at property. But a day before my departure I received several calls from the property that I have to make partial payment before I arrive or my reservation will be cancelled. The rooms and bathrooms are very small. The pictures on the website are deceiving.. The door key of the room was not working. The rooms had flies in them and the staff didn’t take care of it. The food was not well prepared and not tasty.

• Swati (7/5): Good stay, bad rules, over paid room with breakfast - This property is located near the airport so its best suited to people who have to stay for a short period n leave, one more day n you will not like it. The staff is polite but they are less hence pressure was getting to them, they charged us extra for ordering breakfast because per them only one plate of food per person was included, say we ordered poha, sandwiches, and parantha(1 in number) , and later ordered boiled egg n one more poha, we were charged for additional poha, n boiled egg, while the breakfast was already paid for with the room, it was not buffet but order basis n they were counting that, its never heard or seen before so thats new , the location is bit isolated so families are scared to stay here and rightly so however its safe enough to stay

These rooms were of very low standard. When checking out, they overcharged us. It took some time to make them understand that the breakfast was included in the price
