- Sanny33 (10/5): Все хорошо - Были два раза. Оба раза все отлично. Завтрак, номер, чистота и комфорт. Расположение: Мега в пешей доступности с отличным супермаркетом Galmart, недалеко от аэропорта ,ж.д. вокзал немного дальше, но не критично. Ехать недалеко на такси. Обещают скоро ввести в эксплуатацию метро LRT. Когда введут, будет вообще удобно, т.к. станция не далеко от отеля. До достопримечательностей надо ехать, это отель больше для остановиться при пересадке, для командировочных удобно, для шопинга, не для знакомства с городом впервые. Если в Астане не в первый раз, то рекомендую однозначно.

- Graham (9/5): Close to the airport and good value for money. - The team did well to arrange a taxi to collect me from the airport at 02:00am and rerun my six days later in their airport shuttle bus. The food in the restaurant was excellent. For both dinner and breakfast. The room was very clean. There was a lack of hot water late at night before retiring to bed.

- Adrian (10/5): Excelent - Suita a fost una foarte spațioasă cu 2 băi, lucru important pentru noi.Curatenia, micul dejun foarte bun, personalul de la recepție care ne-a fost de ajutor, apropierea de malull Mega Silk Way și de o stație de autobuz. În general în Astana, turismul nu e foarte promovat. Întrucât noi am dorit să descoperim frumusețea Kazakhstan -ului, ne-ar fi plăcut să existe în recepție și un reprezentant al unei agenții de turism.

- Sofija (6/5): Es war insgesamt für eine Nacht in Ordnung, jedoch sollte man die Leistung erhalten, für die man bezahlt hat - Gute Lage zum Flughafen Das Zimmer wurde für zwei Personen gebucht, jedoch war die Ausstattung im Zimmer wie zum Beispiel Bademantel, Hausschuhe, Zahnbürste etc. nur für eine Person vorhanden. Wenn man für zwei Personen bezahlt, dann erwarte ich auch die entsprechende Ausstattung für zwei Personen. Leider war die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer sehr oberflächlich, das WC war verunreinigt genauso wie die WC Bürste. Das war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und leider enttäuschend im Vergleich zum ersten.

- Искакова (10/5): Хочется вернуться… - Все идеально, локация в 5 минутах пешком от Меги, 15мин от аэропорта, тишина, звукоизоляция, вкуснейшие завтраки, доброжелательный рецепшен, быстрое заселение, хороший напор воды в душе, нет посторонних запахов, прекрасный вид на мечеть, недалеко станции лрт, видно как ходят поезда, любим приезжать с семьей, небольшая детская площадка у отеля. Общее ощущение тишины, спокойствия, приятной атмосферы и безопасности. Лобби, в котором очень приятно посидеть с чашкой кофе)

- Yan (10/5): Great hospitality. A truly from home to home hotel - I highly recommend this hotel, especially for first-time visitors to Astana. The staff were friendly, professional, and spoke good English. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and the facilities (gym, sauna, massage) were a great bonus. A special thank you to the front desk team, specially Aruzhan — since I couldn’t use the local taxi apps, she and her team kindly arranged taxis for us every time and sent all the details via WhatsApp, which made everything easy and stress-free. We stayed for five nights and had a fantastic experience. The food was also modern and delicious — we had every lunch and dinner at the hotel. We found from home to home and would definitely stay again!
- Viktoria (9/5): Sehr gut und in der Nähe des Flughafens - In der Nähe des Flughafens. Schönes, großes Zimmer mit allem was man braucht. Wir hatten die Business Suite. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen. Schönes Hotel. Preise im Restaurant des Hotels relativ hoch. Hatten uns Essen aufs Zimmer bestellt. Frühstück war aber sehr gut und auch angemessen berechnet.

- Тимур (8/5): Обновить ремонт, поменять ТВ в номерах на смарт. - Хорошее месторасположение, не шумно с улицы, вкусный завтрак в виде шведского стола, приветливый и вежливый персонал, в номере есть все необходимое. Сами номера уставшие, отелю уже почти 10 лет, нужен ремонт в номерах, обои в некоторых местах порваны или отклеиваются, телевизор старый, не смарт тв, подключить к телефону у нас не получилось, а смотреть обычное тв это скучно.
