- Michael (7/5): - Der Salzwasser Pool ist fantastisch und auch das Gym Gleich um die Ecke ist ein 7eleven, ein Tops und ein paar kleine Garküchen Restaurants 👍 Die Zimmer sind eher klein und sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratze sollte unbedingt erneuert werden. Der Balkon ist so mickrig, dass zwei Leute gerade so ohne Tisch sitzen können. Security macht gute Arbeit 👍 Wenn man länger als eine Woche bleibt, muss man den Strom extra zahlen, der ist natürlich doppelt so hoch als vom Anbieter direkt. Pas de serviettes de bain, propres, tous les jours (seulement tous les 3 jours).

Henkilökunta piti hakea raha huoneestamme klo: 11-12 välillä, mutta todellisuudessa odotimme yli 2h yliaikaa ja laitoin viestiä perään niin ehdotti että jättäisimme rahat huoneeseen ja henkilökunta menee sen huoneesta hakemaan kun olemme poissa, tämähän ei meille käynyt. Verhot olivat tosi likaiset, tyynyt aivan likaiset sekä muut petivaatteet. Pölyä ja roskaa oli lakaistu suoraan kalusteiden alle ja keittiön lampun kupu aivan täynnä kuolleita hyönteisiä. Päädyttiin lähtemään 3 vuorokautta etuajassa pois ja vaihdoimme hotellia.

Das habe ich reklamiert, aber da kam keine Reaktion mehr. Also nach der Abreise kann man nicht mehr mit einer Kommunikation rechnen. Sehr schade, ist aber nicht Thailand spezifisch. - Einat (1/5): - The apartment is old, and the furniture is dated and falling apart—it looks nothing like the pictures. There is no washing machine; instead, there is a soaking device that doesn't actually wash and just ruins your clothes. You have to fill it with water manually and then drain it yourself; it doesn't spin-dry and only uses cold water. It’s a non-automatic machine straight out of the 80s. The bed was broken and noisy, The balcony glass doors are nearly impossible to open; it takes an unreasonable amount of force to slide them open or closed. Worst of all, the place is infested with cockroaches. I even woke up in the morning to find a cockroach on my toothbrush. Not recommended at all.

The location is convenient—close to restaurants, shops, and public transport—yet quiet enough to relax. 1 km from the beach , guard 24/7 The unit itself is spacious, with a comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with a pleasant view. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was very important for me.

A few restaurants and street food venders at the same location. The pool was only easy to use by the rooms on the ground floor. The beach is not within walking distance. The Wi-Fi went off on several occasions. There was no Mini Mart on site as advertised, no restaurant as advertised. I was charged $50 more than the agreed price for the room

Getting charged an extra $118.00 for electricity at the end of my stay and losing $95 deposit. I only found out after paying the NON refundable booking fee... Definitely not going there again..

The security people were friendly and it was easy to get in and out. Loved it. The bed in the next bedroom was broken the mattress was not good, the bed made made whenever you moved, the balcony a little small and the TV it's only their normal channels no DStv or way to connect to YouTube through the TV although there is WiFi. Maybe improve on these especially for such a beautiful place.

If you don’t have transportation this is not the property for you. Nothing is in walking distance. To get to restaurants or to get water you have to take a grab. That is 3 to 5 dollars each way. The location was not suitable for me.

- Abdul (1/5): Bad - Nothing in the room looks like the pictures The room was a disaster and the furniture was old and nasty
- Ms. (1/5): Filthy and disgusting. - It was a few minutes walk to the Jomtien beach. The complex itself was clean and well taken cared of. The man whom I met for check in wasn't professional and seemed very mean. He just came in, didn't greet, demanded a deposit which I wasn't told about before arriving, which I paid. He gave me the key, I proceeded to the room which welcomed me with a bad smell. The bed was made, but the bedding was visibly dirty and smelly, which made the entire room smell. I contacted one of the staff about it, they said they would come and clean up. Little did I know that they meant the following day. They didn't take it as an urgent matter and expected me to spend the night on the dirty bed. I was attacked by bed bugs the entire night and woke up with bruises all over my body, which I showed the staff when they came in the morning. I have never experienced something so disrespectful, I booked the room weeks before coming, but they didn't have the courtesy to clean it up. The person who made the bed didn't see that the bedding needs to be changed coz it was even heavy of dirt. So disgusting.

- Michael (6/5): Some ofThese pictures on the description are false. - Swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi,gym,, gated complex so felt safe,water on site very good value and convenient First of all the apartment was not the one we booked,I booked a pool view with a washing machine,on complaining I was told that I had booked a garden view.i pointed out that on my booking it clearly says,word for word "a standout feature of this apartment is the pool view" with a washing machine, neither was supplied.i also remarked that four or five pictures on the room description did not belong to the apartment we were given, not even the furniture was the same.i was offered as some kind of recompense free WiFi for our monthly stay Which I feel was far from being enough. The outcome of the apartment not being where they said it was meant we were overlooking a car park and motorway which in peak hours was very noisy. Also the complex was described as having an onsite restaurant and coffee shop, which didn't exist, luckily a 7/11 store was in close proximity.
- Mark (4/5): Over priced for what is offered. - the pool was very good the bed head was stained and dirty. the basin in the bathroom was blocked some what and very slow to drain. the tv in the bedroom had a solid line when you switched on the tv so not looked very good when watching anything. the internet was rubbish, i ended up tethering my mobile phone as this had a far better connection. it beats me why you have a plastic sofa as you stick to it in this heat.
