Irina (8/5): Good hotel - I came at about 3:00 am, the receptionist guy came outside and helped with loggige to bring to our room. The location is one of the best in Samsun. The room was clean, the mattress quite comfortable, there were stains on the carpet. Hygiene products, such as shampoo and shower gel, were not enough for 2 people, cleaning done every day, towels changed every day. The refrigerator in the room wasn't working, and after we asked them to fix it, they put in a new one, but it didn't work either. The breakfast was very good, everything delicious and varied.

Zeynep safak (10/5): - Lobi hizmetleri aşırı hızlı, çalışanlar çok dakik ve saygılı. check in çok hızlı. Restorandakiler de aynı şekilde. Kahvaltı çok büyük ve leziz. Her yer temiz. Sadece otel eski, eşyalar eski. Tabii çalışan klimayı değiştirmelerine gerek yok ama odadaki halıları değiştirebilirler. Yine de genel olarak gayet temizdi. Wifi bağlanmadı, lobi de yardımcı olamadı. wifi kullanamamak sıkıntıydı.

Franco (10/5): - Hotel in central position in Samsun. At the moment there are works in the area, and streets are a bit congested, but hotel is reacheable. I had a spacious room wit view on two sides. Room was very good, clean, and quiet. The hotel is in a strategic position, with shops and restaurants at walking distance The added value, in my case, was the reception personnel. They were kind and efficient, and went well beyond their duties in helping me with a problem I had. Thank you guys. Overall satisfied with my stay in this hotel.

Beate (8/5): Jederzeit gerne wieder. Wir sind verwöhnt worden - Wir haben selten so freundliches Personal gefunden, das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich reichhaltig und frisch. Das Zimmer riesig und komfortabel. Alles blitzsauber. Auch unsere Wäsche von einer Woche unterwegs wurde in einem halben Tag gewaschen und gebügelt. Leider müssen wir einen einzigen Verbesserungsvorschlag machen: das Zimmer ist zwar super sauber, aber der Teppichboden ist sehr fleckig und sieht unhygienisch aus. Dasselbe gilt für die Badewanne: sie müsste Hochdruck gereinigt und die Silikondichtung erneuert werden. Vielen Dank. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Onickolov (9/5): Urban hotel in the centre of Samsun with a sea view - The hotel is located in the very centre of Samsun, close to the main seaside boulevard, so this makes moving around easy. I got their king apartment, which was on the penthouse floor with amazing view and facilities. The apartment has a spacious living room with a dining table, a comfortable bedroom and a sauna in the bathroom!!! Not that I had time to use it :-(((( In addition to all this there is a spacious terrace around all of these rooms with views towards the sea/port. I enjoyed it a lot. The breakfast was good, reliable, with lots of options and vegetarian options. While not sofisticated, it can fill any capricious tummy. The staff in all areas was super friendly and helpful. As is most places in Turkey, do not count on the staff knowing English. Get good mobile internet and Google translate :-) And smile and be friendly!

Also, a lightbulb was flashing in my room after I turned it off making it hard to sleep. I fixed it by turning off the electricity in my room completely.

Hans Georg (6/5): Insgesamt ok, aber mit deutlichen Mängeln. - Die Angestellten waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück umfangreich und geschmacklich gut. Der Teppichboden war schmutzig und daher auch unhygienisch, müsste dringend erneuert werden bzw. durch anderen Fußbodenbelag ersetzt werden. Toilettenpapier wurde nicht erneuert, musste ich mir abends holen gehen. Der Abfluss in der Dusche in Zimmer 104 funktionierte ganz schlecht. Beim Duschen stand man dementsprechend im Wasser.

It is easy to reach public transport like tram and buses. I booked a room with balcony and two beds. Sadly, after check-in and payment, I got a room without mentioned facilities. After asking about this problem I was informed that in the system it says I booked a different room even though I showed the receptionist my booking details. Moreover, after check-in there were no towels, after asking the receptionist we got them after 2 hours because they didn’t have clean ones available. There was also shower gel missing. What’s more, the bathtub was leaking while proper usage. The whole suit wasn’t clean enough. The breakfast service was well prepared but sadly all the food was always cold.
