The hotel was not soundproofed, we could hear the bells of the nearby bell tower ringing very early in the morning (at 4, 5 and 6 in the morning), we couldn't sleep, it was difficult to reach the parking lot and the swimming pool had cold water, even though it was described as heated, there was a smell of sewage in the bathroom.

• Christian (7/5): Schöner Aufenthalt in Kaltern - Mitten in der Stadt Kaltern und Parkplatz war inklusive. An sich ein schönes Hotel. Für 4 Sterne Hotel war das Zimmer zu klein und Schimmel in der Dusche geht nicht. Allgemein sollte man mal wieder auffrischen. Treppentepiche uralt.

Etwas vom Hotel weg (direkter Zugang) Wellness Möglichkeiten mit schönem Schwimmbad und Liegewiese. Das Frühstück herausragend. Kleine, gestylte Bar. Freundliches und unkompliziertes Personal. Das historische Gebäude ist verwinkelt und hat ein spezielles, charmantes Flair. Alles modern und einwandfrei gestaltet. Wir würden von einem "Boutiquehotel" sprechen. Grosszügiges Platzangebot im Hotel (Sitz- und Rückzugsgelegenheiten). Kleiner Innenhof und Terrasse. Die Möglichkeiten, sich im Freien aufzuhalten, sind halt aufgrund des historischen Gebäudes etwas beschränkt.

• Robert (10/5): Einfach wunderschön! - Alles: - ausnahmslos nettes und herzliches Personal und eine zuvorkommende und nette Chefin - sehr saubere Zimmer - ein Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt - die phänomenale Lage des Hotels mitten im Ort - ein einladender Wellness-Bereich, den ich allerdings nicht nutzen konnte, weil mir Wandern und Radeln wichtiger waren.

• Barca2 (10/5): Ein herrliches Hotel an super Lage - Das war ein super Aufenthalt und wir haben das Hotel, die Lage und das Restaurant sehr genossen! Das Zimmer war sehr schön und hatte einen tollen Loggia-Balkon mit einer schönen Aussicht. Auch der SPA-Bereich wussten wir zu schätzen. Alles war super, auch wenn der Parkplatz sich hinter und oberhalb dem Hotel mit kurzer Fussdistanz befindet. Dort mussten wir kurz den Zutritt zum entsprechenden Lift suchen.

• Adrian (8/5): Wir waren alle zufrieden. - Unterkunft befindet sich mitten im Ort. Abgesperrter Parkplatz hinterhalb des Hauses. Über Durchgang und Lift zu erreichen. Zimmer war in Ordnung. Nett eingerichtet. Nette Geste : etwas Süßes und hauseigener Apfelsaft im Zimmer. Mehr als reichliches Frühstück. Von allem etwas vorhanden. Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Eine Person von unserer Reisegruppe hatte Geburtstag. Am Frühstückstisch eine nette Tafel, ein Präsent , extra Kuchen und Sekt. Das Restaurant im Hause war geschlossen, obwohl in der Beschreibung stand, dass es geöffnet ist.

Colazione eccellente Piscina esterna riscaldata, disponibile dalle 7 del mattino L'accesso alla piscina ed alla SPA necessita di un passaggio esterno, che in certi periodi dell'anno può esser scomodo (pioggia, freddo).
