- LaVidaBuono (10/5): Nothing to Fault Here - Well this is not the usual type place I stay, but I was on a great father-daughter trip and this is where she reserved, so... We were on the fifth floor. The room was big with two king size beds, refrigerator, and Nespresso type coffee maker. The room was clean with good storage and lots of room. Good amenities in the bathroom. Strong fast WiFi and lots of places to charge stuff. Good location across from shops and restaurants and about one mile walk to Pearl Street Mall. They have a laundry for guests to use.

Todas as noites precisei solicitar toalhas extras, uma vez que era um quarto para 4 pessoas (2 camas de casal), mas apenas colocavam 3 toalhas no banheiro. Também chamou atenção pelo lado negativo o fato do estacionamento ser cobrado (e ser caro - 24 dólares por noite) e isso não estar claro na página de reserva.

We called the front desk 3 different times and every time they said they would send someone up to take a look. No one ever came to our room. Never staying here again.

- E7536UOmargiem (10/5): Phenomenal - I would like to express my appreciation of the kindness and personal touch I received from the moment I arrived at the hotel as soon as I walked through the doors from Matthew Tutle who oversees the management of your guests front desk experience. He went above and beyond beginning with me requesting an early check in to get to a brand new job and right after going through the death of my mother. I know he treats all your guests in the same manor but was especially meaningful to me that day. My experience during multiple visits now with his staff who I have acknowledged in a separate review, shows that he has instilled these values and level of customer service in his entire wonderful team. Just extreme gratitude and you are lucky to have him. That is while be coming back and asking for him by name.

Good sized room and good facilities E:mailed them to ask about dinner arrangements for Thanksgiving and didn't get a reply. Ended up arranging to go out to a restaurant only to find that we could have eaten in. Breakfast was expensive for what it was.

- Paul (5/5): Cramped room, Charging port almost inaccessible. - Room is very cramped. To pass by the foot of the bed you have to move the desk chair out of the way. Also, the one place to charge electronics is on the side of the desk right next to the wall. Very hard to access. You have to feel your way to plug a charger in. On the Sunday I stayed the TV system for the whole hotel was out. Nothing was said at check in. A serious matter on a Sunday during football season. It took a pointed discussion to get some reduction in fees for the inconvenience. Somewhat reluctantly they comped the 25-dollar parking fee.

- Jennifer (4/5): - We had to change rooms 3 times before getting to a clean room. I’ve never had to move hotel rooms before. The property was a bit run down. The second room they took us to was missing a section of carpet and it was ripped down the middle. The front desk employees were nice and polite though.

- Frank (10/5): - Excellent experience - friendly staff, quality bedding, nice toiletries from Crabtree and Evelyn. Only downside was the $24 daily parking charge. It wa also a bit hard to find - it’s amongst a cluster of hotels. But worth the search and still minutes from downtown.

- cathysY553ER (2/5): Old, tired and noisy - It’s 12:35 am. People are loudly talking in the courtyard. Called the front desk to complain. Young lady who answered said she didn’t think they could do anything about it. I asked for a quiet room. Additionally, no soap or tissues in the room. The room smells bad and the furnishings are old. I will never stay at another Hilton. Ever.
- DayTrip15296461272 (2/5): Charged $2000 to not stay here - This place does not integrate with booking.com at all. I accidentally booked the wrong dates and Hilton told me they couldn’t adjust the dates because it was through a 3rd party app. They wouldn’t help me in anyway. Most hotels are usually reasonable if booking.com asks them to make a cancellation exception and Hilton wouldn’t and charged me over $2000 to not stay there. No one on the phone at Hilton would help me. They told me they couldn’t even see the reservation on their end because it was booked through a third party app. I was given constant mixed responses from not being able to help me to not be able to find the reservation to saying it was cancelled and then calling me to see when I was going to check in. It was an absolute nightmare and completely unreasonable. They were consistently rude on the phone, gave me pre-scripted responses about how I can’t accumulate points if I go through booking.com which is not what I was calling or asking about, and refused to help me or work with me in any way. I had a lot of family who used to book her when staying in town and I’m definitely going to make sure none of them book here anymore.

- Ho Yan (10/5): - Visiting Denver for the first time with my four sisters from across the States, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, and the front desk staff were very helpful, making sure our stay was a pleasant one. The only area for improvement is the garage gate. After scanning my room key, the gate opened but closed immediately before my car passed. It was a bit nerve-wracking, as you have to pull very close to the gate for it to sense the car. I noticed many drivers struggled with this, so hopefully it can be adjusted for future guests. Overall, a great stay with only a minor hiccup.
- Thomas A. (6/5): - Our room was 305. There is a water pipe that runs 24/7 and is loud enough to keep us up at night. Also the room is not clean. Look in the bathroomand you can see the wallpaper and sheetrock is in poor condition. Also there is a lot of dirt and floor sweepings built up in every corner. We stayed at the Hyatt Garden last time and I think we would go back there rather than stay at the Hilton Garden.

The location is great as long as you don’t mind walking 20-30 minutes to the main downtown area. The location is great to get in and out of Boulder easily. The pillows and bed were super comfy! I also loved the hydration station on the floor.

The front desk staff was very kind, always gave a hello when we walked by and made our stay very easy and comfortable. They went the extra mile whenever we needed anything. This as a great little hotel! We will look to stay here when in Boulder again.

- Denise (10/5): Nice Stay in Boulder - The Hilton Garden Inn is very clean, quiet & comfortable. We didn’t eat anything there. The location was convenient for us, but we did need to drive to Pearl St & the campus.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - People were in my room from the hotel to check on Internet unannounced. I came off of the elevator to find two people from the property exiting my room. They’re like oh sorry I thought they would’ve told you. That was the most apology I received.
- Michele (4/5): - Shower door was broke. They sent someone up to fix it. It's fine after that. Low water pressure in bathroom sink. Not enough lighting in the closet where the security box was. No amenities in the bathroom.
- Cristina (3/5): Never again! Very disappointing for a Hilton! - beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet The elevators were a nightmare. One was being worked on when we first arrived so only the other worked and took 10+ minutes to arrive. There were no stairs inside the building to use so we needed to go outside to get up to our room. The second day the broken elevator was 'fixed' but shook violently the entire ride we took on it. It was terrifying. We heard that it dropped another guest two floors before slamming down in the basement. Needless to say, we never took it again. As we always took the stairs, we were greeted with a giant bag of trash on the landing of our floor. The bag stayed there and leaked a black, smelly substance for days until we finally asked the lobby staff if they'd clean it up. Other than that, our room keys demagnetized twice and there was no bartender available during the posted 'happy hours' at the hotel bar. Definitely sub par for a Hilton!

Unfortunately, I had stopped through on a days-long drive just so I could attend a meeting in a comfortable place, & the wifi went out that morning. Later, there was a power surge that took out the TV & the A/C. Since it was very warm in my room, I had to sleep with the window open, but the window is a tiny sliver at the bottom of a giant window, & there’s no way to close any of the curtains while the window is open, so it was hot, bright, loud, & I was exposed to everyone else in the courtyard, which means I didn’t sleep well before the next long leg of my drive. It was an unforeseeable event, not their fault, so I don’t know if it’s fair to even leave this review, but it unfortunately wasn’t a pleasant stay.
