- Chase (10/5): Amazing - Chance working at the front desk was exceptional. Will go back just because of his customer service! Keep on rockin!! The parking lot/ sidewalks were not properly tended to with the snow and ice making it hard to park and walk up to the hotel.

- Karen (5/5): Only reason we stay is for location - Location was ideal for venue at MGM Northfield. Breakfast was ok but I've had much better at other Hampton Inns! The room was smaller than I expected. The light did not turn on next to bed. There was a weird smell in the room. The barn style door for bathroom would not close. It was jammed in the track. I also got a bug bite on my leg which was NOT there before I went to bed.....and there was a mosquito flying around in the bathroom. One other thing that really bothered me was we left our room at 8:55 to go to breakfast & there were 3 cleaning people out in the hall. We left the do not disturb sign on door to leave our room alone until we checked out which was around 10:30.

First night was 10/25 in a King room which appeared neat and clean, but carpet was torn and room did not smell clean and carpet was old and didn't feel clean. On our way back we stayed another night 10/28 in a queen room which felt much cleaner and smelled fresh. Other than McDonald's not many choices for eating near hotel. Oatmeal would have been nice in morning.

The breakfast service was good! A great bargain. I canceled reservations at another nearby hotel as the room was much bigger and the price much lower at the Hampton Inn and Suites Absolutely nothing. Everything exceeded my expectations.

- Evalyn (10/5): - The hotel room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. A decent breakfast was included with a large variety. Our party of four had two rooms on the third floor, a few rooms down from each other. Our only complaint was the noise from the above rooms on the fourth floor. There is basically no insulation or noise barrier in the ceilings. Anytime anyone walked or made any noise above us on the fourth floor, we could hear it. It was loud and didn't provide a lot of sleep for any of us. I recommend trying to get a room on the top floor. If we had a room on the top floor, our stay would have been perfect. As a side note, the hotel requires a payment of $20 upon check-in for damage occurance. They said it's refundable, but I haven't checked my account yet for reimbursement.

- Adam (8/5): Overall, nice stay. - Location was convenient to downtown Cleveland. Easy access. Clean location. Only downfall was the morning breakfast. Came at 915 and basically no food left to eat. Nobody around to refill it appeared. Had to go next door restaurant to eat.

The room was huge and it had everything we need including extra towels. It was so clean. The breakfast was great too. I highly recommend this hotel.

- TIMOTHY (8/5): - In my opinion, only the maid that clean my room extended TRUE, hospitality and helpfulness during my stay at this hotel. The people at the front desk only greeted me when I first arrived, and I was there for four nights! I got the impression that they really didn’t want to be there. Only the maid seemed to be happy and enjoy helping people.

- 378ellenk (10/5): Wish we could have stayed longer - This was a quick stay during a long road trip, and it was so refreshing I wish I could have stayed longer. Desk clerks were welcoming, courteous, and professional. The room was spotless and thoughtfully furnished. As a bonus, the hotel is close to Cuyahoga Valley National Park, which is worth visiting even for only a few hours.

The breakfast options ran out quickly because the hotel was booked but the person refilling the breakfast items took her time and was bot friendly. Tje feont desk staff was amazing and super helpful!

- Tyler (10/5): - This was our second time staying at this property. Sunday morning was very busy and the breakfast area was a mess, trash over flowing, no syrup, empty waffle mix, milk empty. And no person around to work the dining area. I was very upset with the amount of money we paid to stay here that this was the condition for breakfast. The other mornings were better during our stay but Sunday was very disappointing

- Laura (8/5): - Our room was a little quirky - the door was the heaviest door we've ever seen, the chair was really uncomfortable - and they had FOX News on the TV in the breakfast room. But our stay was pleasant and the bed was comfortable.

- Joseph H (8/5): - bar was a necessity as the shower floor gets slippery. The bathroom nightlight was a Very Nice surprise! The only drawback is the lighting in the large room was not sufficient for packing and unpacking. The entry light was huge and needed to be on the rooms ceiling. Clever idea of a sliding door that worked as a closet door and bathroom door but had its challenges at times getting caught while one wanted out of the bathroom and the other person was getting a item out of the closet. Breakfast buffet was ample. ,.

- Teresa (4/5): - I know the loss of power in the area and disruption of internet/wi-fi was not within the property’s control but made the stay less enjoyable because we had down time at the hotel and couldn’t utilize the services. Our room had gnats in the bathroom…which were reported to the front desk. For the cost of the room, just didn’t feel the room was at that level…
- Ramona (8/5): Decent for the price - The property was very clean and the staff was very nice. The free breakfast was decent specially for being free. It was centrally located next to the national park and restaurants can the pillows on the bed were horrible which made for a horrible night of sleep, the walls were very thin, and the people above us were up till 3 o’clock in the morning and stomping around the room.

- Jason (10/5): - Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I wish is that the air conditioning stayed on longer. Its on a timer and shuts off not to long after. The room was clean, and looked modern which I always like. My overall experience was excellent. The rooms are soundproofed so you can't hear people talking or their televisions like most hotels. However the floors are evidently not too thick. I could hear people walking througout the day and at night. It wasn't terrible but a minor annoyance. But overall this was a great stay and I would stay there again.

- shannonbQ4675IH (10/5): Great Location for a Cleveland Vacation - Stayed here with my fiance for 5 days while hitting all the Cleveland highlights (art museum, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Christmas Story House, etc.). This turned out to be a wonderful location. 20-30 minutes from everything we wanted to see. About 10 minutes or so away is Solon with lots of restaurants. The rooms were clean and they had a nice breakfast buffet. The standout was Mark who was in charge of taking care of the breakfast area each morning. He was wonderful -- attentive, friendly, and took great care of us. He's a real asset to the hotel.
