Paul (9/5): Good enough! - Breakfast was not available at 07.00am as advised by the reception = staff kindly provided a quick breakfast , no cooked available. See above regarding breakfast. Shower in room 5 needs replacing as shower floor is broken.
Patrick Jay (10/5): Perfect Stay - Everything and more. We didn’t had time to enjoy the pool because of our busy schedule but we will definitely make some time for that next time. The staff were very friendly and the cold aircon was perfect for the weather.
Pam (3/5): - the rooms bathroom facilities was poor the toilet was stained thats not appealing , as well as the toilet paper holder was not working & was rusted , the kettle was stained on the inside, the bedding did not smell fresh nor did the towels & I had a 2 night stay & the towels where not taken to the laundry on day 1 instead folded & kept to be used again. Thats definetly not hygienic...
Volker (8/5): Gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. - Das Zimmer Deluxe Suite war ausreichend gross, insbesondere das Badezimmer, wenn auch in Teilen ( Dusche) reparaturbedürftig. Die teils überdachte Parkanlage für die Kraftfahrzeuge ist gut gesichert. Dei Anlage selbst bedarf einer besseren Pflege und Reinigung . Der Kühlschrank war völlig vereist und das Gefrierfach war nicht nutzbar. Frühstück nicht empfehlenswert.

Mia (5/5): OK for 1 night, but not 4 star accomodation. - We stayed one night enroute to Cape Town. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool after a long day in the car. The bed linen was clean and comfortable and the staff helpful and friendly. Private parking. The room and bathroom was not clean. The TV remote was missing a button. The aircon works, but is old and very noisy. The property is old and run down and needs love and attention. A good clean will already make a big difference. In its current state it is not 4 star accomodation.

Hansie Schutte (5/5): - We enjoyed a very comfortable stay with pool facilities right in front of our room. Getting to and from the parking area to your room is a bit of a problem with your luggage. A bit more attention can be given to the pool area by cleaning up after older guests.

Kenny (5/5): - The location is quite good. We did not have breakfast. I must however compliment the housekeeping lady because she was very friendly. I expected more from a resort rated as a 4-star. The chairs and table outside our room (garden view) were very old and dirty. The sitting area in the garden where we sat was full of bird droppings and the grass was long.

Bernard (9/5): Enjoyable short stop over stay en route to Namibia - Great breakfast, friendly staff, loved Kazo, the dog. The lamb knuckle for dinner was a treat too. Small point for the owners, the background music in the restaurant could do with an upgrade.

Tamillys (10/5): Maravilhosa! Quero voltar mais vezes. - Local tranquilo, aconchegante, bonito e organizado. As dependências do hotel são uma graça, com várias atividades para se ocupar. O jardim é lindo! Conhecemos o dono que nos contou com muito carinho sobre suas flores e as atrações nas proximidades. Além disso, o nosso carro estava com problema no pneu e o dono do hotel prontamente se dispôs a nos ajudar a fazer a troca e ainda nos emprestou seus equipamentos.

Boshoff (10/5): Awsome staff - They showed real care for my family. We came in the evening and the receptionist assisted us in finding a place to have dinner and her recommendation did not dissapoint.We were struggling with our SA sims and she assisted us with that as well.

Debbie (6/5): Ok - Views are beautiful within the establishment especially at night. Long walking distance from vehicle so difficult with luggage. Breakfast is way too expensive when you don't eat much. Beds are just a bit small and short. Would not recommend this place as wheelchair friendly at all. Strong cat urine smell evident especially at night.

June (9/5): This jewel of Springbok exceeded all my expectations. Loved every minute of my stay there. - The location suited us perfectly as it is close to the main road but not noisy at all. The room was really lovely, spacious, clean and had everything that we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was good. We had to leave early morning, so they brought our breakfast to our room so that we could eat while packing. The lodge has a fantastic atmosphere. Will recommend it to everybody . Honestly, there was nothing negetive.

The dinner was very good, compliments to the chef and staff. But the menu is somewhat unclear, confusing and expensive for the amount of food served.

Gareth (10/5): Blue Diamond Lodge - A lovely lodge set against the rocky outcrops of Springbok. The room was welcoming, clean and the bed comfortable. Dinner was acceptable not much choice available. Very sweet server who seemed to be doing it all
Taz (8/5): Very good - Beautiful, peaceful place. Cute room with a nice big TV. Lovely to just relax at the pool and recuperate. There's a lookout point where you can see a view of springbok as well as the sunset between the mountains. The water pressure in the shower and taps are very low and the shower needs maintenance.

Malvin (7/5): With minor furniture adjustment (as explained above) this is a good place to stay after a long drive - Breakfast was good. Enough food . Staff was very helpful The chairs outside the rooms was very uncomfortable to sit in. The chairs are to deep and to flat to the ground. Inside the room there is no place to sit and watch tv, you must lie on the bed. If you sit on the couch you can`t face the TV
