Не убрали спрятанные бутылочки от прежних гостей,вместо кроватки для 4 летнего ребенка поставили манеж для младенцев,хотя мы заранее писали что 4 годика ребенку!Что нет работников именно у бассейна,как обычно бывает в других отелях Завтраки не о чём!

Хочу также отметить шикарный завтрак: омлеты, колбасы, сыры, казы, красная рыба, выпечка, горячие блюда, глаза разбегались.

- Светлана (10/5): Как предложение в ванну с гидромассажем не пускать с детьми ( есть детский бассейн). - Отличный отель. Соответствует своим звездам! Номер супер удобный, красивый, чистый. Обслуживание безупречное, откликались на любую просьбу! Замечательный массаж, мастера великолепные!!!! В бассейне было много народу и при этом никто не следил , что дети прыгали в бассейн ( никто их не останавливал, таблички не помогали). Хотя конечно это вопрос еще и родителям этих детей ( воспитание хромает). Из-за это вокруг бассейна было очень много воды, тапочки намокали. Есть детский бассейн, но родители с маленькими детьми все сидели в ванне с гидромассажем ( причем многие без памперсов 🤦♀️).

На мой взгляд лучший отель в городе. Роскошь во всем, в запахах, интерьере, еде. Великолепно! Так держать 👍 Были проблемы с ключами и доступом, но эта проблема оперативно решалась сотрудниками отеля

- Jordan (8/5): Généralement très apprécié, merci. - Nous avons extrêmement aprpécié le personnel en général, très bien, et les attentions qui nous ont été faite pour note anniversaire de mariage, dont une carte écrite à la main, une création artisitique sur notre lit avec des serviette et un gateau ! Superbe. La cahmbre était nickel, propre et belle. L'espace SPA et le petit déjeuner sont particuliètrement appréciés, et c'est aussi pour ça que nous venons au Hilton Astana. Malheureusement nous avons trouvé l'endroit un peu bruyant, de notre chambre chaque personne qui passe devant notre porte est vraiment beaucoup entendue, également au SPA beaucoup d'enfants bruyants et l'eau (notamment du jaccuzzi) ne semblait plus très propre après leur passage.

Не очень понравилась СПА зона . Маленький и очень холодный бассейн. Зону джакузи выключили в 20.00 , хотя часы работы до 22.00! Так же не понравилось отношение сотрудников на Reception СПА . Все нужно было у них просить , начиная от полотенец ,халатов , заканчивая ключами от шкафчика. В итоге на двух взрослых выдали один ключ .( Здесь мы себя почуствовали не очень желанными гостями((
