Fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, large covered balcony and built in braai. Back door opens to a shared pool. Building site next door with grinding and drilling from 8-5! Also noisy due to nearby roads. Should advise people of the building works in advance. Needs an air conditioner. There is a fan but it’s noisy and screeches in the night. No air flow in the flat as both front and back doors must stay closed at night.

- Melanie (8/5): Great stay in Plett Bay - Loved almost everything about our stay here. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook, even oil, which was a welcome touch. Beds were comfy & the pool was lovely to relax at after our day of sightseeing. Lockable flyscreens on the doors would be great, especially as it gets a bit hot in January & it would have been nice to let the seabreeze in.

Anything broken was stuck together with yellow electrical tape, not really a good look!! No information guide book detailing what is required to be done before departure, local restaurants, things to do or see etc

- Hans Christof (8/5): Sehr gute Wahl für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Plettenberg Bay! - Zentrale Lage und sehr geräumige Unterkunft. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Sehr gute Betten. Traumhaft schöner Blick über die Bay und Lagune. Durch die Lage nahe de Strasse war es bei geöffnetem Fenster ziemlich laut. Die Poolsituation ist eher dürftig.
- Christopher (7/5): Alles klar, hier ist die Version komplett ausgeschrieben: Geräumige Ferienwohnung - Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, auch das Badezimmer war groß und alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Küche war vollständig ausgestattet, sodass wir problemlos selbst kochen konnten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Bett, das außergewöhnlich bequem war – wir hatten hier die besten Nächte unserer gesamten dreieinhalb Wochen in Südafrika. Außerdem liegt ein kleiner Supermarkt quasi direkt um die Ecke in einer kleinen Mall, was sehr praktisch war. Die Lage der Wohnung ist weder zentral noch direkt am Strand, was uns nicht ganz überzeugt hat. Außerdem wirkt die Einrichtung eher schlicht und etwas lieblos, was aber Geschmackssache ist. Insgesamt handelt es sich um eine solide Ferienwohnung, die sich gut als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in Plettenberg Bay eignet.

- Cynthea (8/5): - Very clean, modern self-catering apartment, ideal for a family with 2 smaller children. Bathroom with shower and a lovely bathtub. Coffee, tea, milk and bottled water was very thoughtful. There was an ironing-board but no iron. We were 3 adults, consisting of a couple and another adult friend. The pictures and description of the unit was mis-leading. There were no separate rooms. The tv-room, double bed and a bunker bed (ideal for children) were all in the same room. The pictures showed no bunker beds and I was expecting bedrooms. It was an awkward situation, I did not expect. If I knew there were no separate rooms and a bunker bed for the 3rd adult, I would never have chosen this unit.

Lampshade skew, flusher behind toilet loose and skew. Vanity mounted to wall skew. No cushions set out on poolside furniture. No welcome and orientation. Woken up every day by furniture scraping in apartment above.

- Vera (10/5): Never to be forgotten stay in Plettenberg. - Beautiful apartment, roomy, bright, great situation and wonderful balcony. We were in the penthouse which is the whole length of the building and has it's own garage. Weather a bit mixed this year!!!!!!

Great location too! - There was no breakfast The GPS takes you to a different side of the entrance, and there was no answer or even a bell to ring. We were helped by a kind neighbour who told us to go to the other entrance on the next street.

Super friendly and helpful staff. - When we checked in, initially, we were disappointed as the property had very clearly been advert as having a sea view and the only way I could see a scrap of sea was by standing on the wall at the edge of the terrace. However, the next day we were moved to a room which did have a sea view and this made our stay perfect! Nothing, save the marketing being a little misleading about the sea view.

The caretaker of the property was extremely helpful and attentive to the small things we needed. Nothing, the place was amazing, close to the beaches. the closest beach was the best beach. we were able to walk from the property to the beach.

- Bobelo (9/5): Superb - The room was amazing. Very clean. The location is central to the mall, restaurants and the pubs. You can walk to basically anywhere. This was great because we didn't have a car. The decor is beautiful as well, not over-dressed but also not under-dressed. The view was not what I was expecting. From the pictures it looked like it was facing nature but it tunes out it was just trees which were played in the yard which they took pictures of. There is a beautiful view of the beach but it was a bit obstructed by the trees🥲.

- Francois (7/5): Pleasent, the staff experience almost ruined the entire trip. - The Wifi was poor, I send a message to the property notifying them but I am still waiting for a reply. The fridge made a terrible noise and had to be switched off during the night. No air conditioning and in SA this is a must. The host also did not notify us that staff stay on the property, to our dismay they arrived very suspiciously on Sunday night, we first thought they were robbers which made my kids feel very unsafe.
