• Barbara (7/5): - Die Lage fast direkt am Termini ist optimal für die Stadtbesichtigung. Das Zimmer war nach hinten heraus und somit sehr ruhig. Das Bett im Einzelzimmer war bequem, aber ein bisschen schmal. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. In der Dusche gab es nur eine Regenwalddusche, dessen Duschkopf direkt an der Wand montiert war. Es gibt keine Handbrause. Beim Duschen wird man von oben bis unten nass und muss die Haare mit waschen. Die Handtücher waren nicht aus Frottier. Sie waren sooo dünn wie Geschirrtücher. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht, aber mittlerweile sind die Übernachtungskosten überall in Rom sehr gestiegen.

Wir mussten am Anreisetag auch zu Mittag einchecken (am Abend war es laut Angaben nicht möglich)

Servizio di parcheggio inserito sul profilo dell’hotel in realtà assente in quanto, come asserito dallo staff:“si intende che è disponibile il parcheggio per strada, c’è chi capisce e chi non capisce”. Scarsa professionalità e trasparenza in aggiunta ad una struttura fatiscente con alloggi tristi e scomodi.

Na dole dwa bary obok siebie z pysznymi śniadaniami za 10e, w jednym z nich obsługa mówi po polsku/Cafe Victoria/, kilkadziesiąt metrów obok, lokal z peruwiańsko-kolumbijskim jedzeniem, polecam. Telewizor 16 cali wyłącznie z włoską telewizją. Wieczorem można by odpocząć przy dobrym filmie z Netflix lub You Tube.

• Ryszard (10/5): - Blisko dworca Termini, winda w kamienicy. Na dole bar gdzie można zjeść śniadanie i wypić kawę. Byłem tylko jedną noc (od 22 do 8), w drodze z innego miasta na lotnisko, więc moje oczekiwania spełnione.
• James (6/5): Close to the train station. - The Hotel was close to Roma Termini train station. As I was arriving late, it was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. The room itself was a good size. Everything worked. The hotel is within a larger building. I checked in on one floor and then went up two floors to another area for my room. The overall area did not feel particularly pleasant. There were rough sleepers near the entrance and piles of rubbish in the bins once inside the building. The receptionist was insistent on the city tax being paid in cash. A common theme but he seemed more assertive then others. Then I was told that the reception might be open around 9am the next day for check out. If not, then I should just leave the room keys in my room and close the door. The bathroom only had a rainfall shower. Worked well, but no option to remove the shower head from the wall. All round, the hotel served a purpose for a night, but there are probably better places to stay in nicer areas of Rome.

• Mirian (9/5): - No entiendo los comentarios negativos. El hotel está bastante bien, teniendo en cuenta que es de 1 estrella cumple con lo que promete. Si quieres lujos, este no es tu hotel. Pero nosotros solo lo pisabamos para dormir. Está limpio, la cama es cómoda, limpian la habitación todos los días. El agua salía caliente y llegábamos siempre por la noche. La zona no está tan mal como la pintan, me la esperaba mucho peor y al final nada. La ubicación es estratégica, puedes ir andando a cualquier lugar de roma, y si prefieres moverte en metro o bus, lo tienes literalmente a 2 minutos. Yo repetiría la verdad, hemos estado muy cómodos y la relación calidad precio está bastante bien. Nada.

No meu caso eu tinha o voo de volta as 5 da manhã e o hotel fica próximo a Estação Termini central de onde sai o shuttle. É um bom custo benefício. Faz muita falta a ausência de um frigobar para tomar uma água gelada.

Chegamos antes do horário com uma criança e já tinha avisado que chegariamos mais cedo e o hotel falou que cobraria uma taxa,mas que estava combinado.Quando chegamos, exaustos, não cumpriram o combinado e tivemos que esperar na rua por 5 horas.Isso foi péssimo.

• URS (6/5): Die Unterkunft leistete uns gute Dienste, weil sie sehr nah bei Roma Termini liegt. - Wir haben keine Frühstück erhalten. Der Lift war extraklein und bot nur Platz für eine Person mit Reisegepäck. Hinzu kommt, dass zuerst wenige Treppenstufen bewältigt werden müssen, um zum Aufzug zu gelangen. Grösse Aufzug. Am Sonntag erfolgt kein MakeUp der Zimmer. Immerhin kann man frischte Badetücher per Telefon bestellten. Das klappt einwandfrei.

• ARIANE (3/5): Fand es zu teuer für den Komfort, auch wenn es Rom ist. - Lage ist top. Metro Termini direkt zum Kolosseum und Spanischer Treppe oder Trevi Brunnen. Angabe Parkplätze: es gibt öffentliche Parkplätze auf der Straße oder für 30 Euro am Tag um die Ecke. Hatte es wegen Angabe Parkplatz ausgewählt. Konnte mir in dem Moment keine Interpretation auf "Parkplätze auf der Straße" machen. Ging davon aus, dass sie einen geblockten Bereich anbieten. Es ist ein Raucherhotel. Warum die Möglichkeit zu Nichtraucherzimmer besteht ist unklar. Insbesondere Rezeption wird aktiv beraucht. Unser Bad stank nach Rauch, Zimmer ging. Betten sind 70 x 190!!! Nur das Doppelbett ist entsprechend größer und hat glaube ich auch die volle Länge. Eine Nacht im 5. Stock war ruhig. Zweite Nacht musste in 3. Stock auf Rezeptionsebene gewechselt werden. Hier war es laut. Ganze Nacht Türen auf und zu. Schlüsselgeklapper. Mag aber ein individuelles Nachterlebnis gewesen sein.

• Fátima (10/5): - Nuestro vuelo se retrasó y el chico, super amable, nos esperó hasta las 2:00 para hacer el check in sin problema(bajo un suplemento). La habitación y el baño están muy limpios. Toallas limpias todos los días. La cama cómoda. Un balcón amplio en el que se agradece asomarse por la mañana. La ubicación excelente, cerca de todo andando. Tiene ascensor, un poco pequeño, pero fue muy gracioso montarnos en él.
